试验以赤茄、GS2、CRP和托鲁巴姆等4个野生茄子为砧木,以油罐茄、黑又亮、短把黑、快圆茄和二民茄等5个山西省主栽品种为接穗,进行了茄子嫁接栽培的田间试验,其中测定了嫁接栽培对茄子生长发育的影响.结果表明:除早期的花蕾数、座果数等指标略低于对照外,嫁接株的株高、茎粗、叶数、花蕾数、座果数、根千重均高于对照.得出了生长势最佳的砧木为托鲁巴姆,最佳砧穗组合为快圆茄/托鲁巴姆.  相似文献

根际拮抗链霉菌对茄子黄萎病防治效果的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过温室和田间试验测定了链霉菌菌株S-3、S-5、S-16对茄子黄萎病菌的防病效果.结果表明,链霉菌对茄子黄萎病的防病效果与施用量及其有效孢子量有关.随菌剂接种量增加,防病效果增强.5%链霉菌菌粉拌土S-3、S-5和S-16的防病效果分别为100%、55.25%、66.25%.在温室接种病原菌的条件下,S-3菌株菌剂拌土及其发酵液灌根防病效果最好.在使用初期影响茄苗生长.在自然发病的保护地使用链霉菌菌剂沟施防病效果接近化学农药多菌灵,在营养钵中穴施防病效果超过化学农药多菌灵,在自然发病田链霉菌菌株对茄苗生长无影响.  相似文献

利用番茄为砧木,并配以紫光无滴膜覆盖,进行日光温室茄子嫁接栽培,很好解决了日光温室茄子反季节栽培因黄萎病危害和低温障碍而无法进行冬季生产等技术难题,不仅嫁接亲合力高,长势良好,高抗黄萎病,而且田间增产效果显著,并茄果着色好,品质优。该技术自98年在红古区示范推广以来,为改变红古区冬季温室生产“老三样”种植结构,提高菜农收入取得了可喜成果,发挥了良好的社会及经济效益。  相似文献

茄子是我市蔬菜生产中的主要莱种之一,年栽培面积3300多公顷,其中春季保护地面积约为1600多公顷。随着茄子保护地栽培面积的不断增加以及茄子专业化的生产,连作现象逐年增多,由土壤带菌而引起的病害发病率较高,严重影响茄子的生产效果和经济效益。我市上辛口镇是茄子保护地种植集约化生产的主产区,据调查,上辛口镇木厂村因茄子连作重茬种植,使得土传病害大量发生,致使80%的茄子绝收,20%的茄子严重减产,给当地茄子生产和经济收益造成了严重损失。 天津农学院利用野生茄子作砧木,与当地主栽优良品种进行嫁接,可有效地控制茄子土传病害的发生,达到防病增产的目的。“茄子抗病钻木的筛选及繁种技术”对气流传播的病害“褐纹病”也具有较强的防治效果。该项成果筛选出的适合保护地栽培和露地栽培的托鲁巴姆,刚果茄为较理想的抗病砧木。还可以达到自繁种子  相似文献

通过种子发芽率和发芽势指标的测定,初步研究了用不同浓度的赤霉素、细胞分裂素和油菜素内酯植物生长调节剂对野生茄托鲁巴姆种子萌发的影响.结果表明:1000mg/L浓度的赤霉素处理24h、10mg/L6-苄基腺嘌呤处理8h.300mg/L赤霉素+10mg/L6-苄基腺嘌呤混合激素处理24h和低浓度的油菜素内酯(BR)(0.005mg/L)处理24h,该种子发芽率和发芽势均明显提高,彻底打破了休眠,促进萌发.  相似文献

研究了茄子不同品种、不同叶龄、不同生育期的净光合速率(Pn)以及光强、CO2体积分数和温度对茄子叶片Pn的影响.结果表明,F1代杂交种的Pn显著高于常规种;茄子中、下部叶片的光合速率高值持续期(PAD)大约为30~40天;盛果期的Pn显著高于苗期和初花期,苗期Pn最低;二苠茄和快圆茄Pn对光强、CO2体积分数和温度的响应均为"抛物线"型,二苠茄的光补偿点(LCP)和光饱和点(LSP)分别为28.33,1 125 μmol/(m2·s),快圆茄的分别为60,1 468.75μmol/(m2·s),二苠茄的CO2补偿点(CCP)和饱和点(CSP)分别为77.5,1367.5μL/L,快圆茄的分别为72.5,1 412.5 μL/L,二苠茄光合作用的温度冷限和热限分别为5.37,59.44℃,快圆茄的分别为5.87,54.23 C.  相似文献

:从云南、贵州、河北、吉林、黑龙江、北京、天津等地采集土样 2 8个 ,采用常规平板稀释法分离获得的细菌菌株 4 14个。以茄病镰孢菌为主要靶标菌 ,对分离菌株进行抑菌测定 ,筛选出强拮抗菌13株 ,并用附着在茄子、番茄等上 9种病原菌对其进行拮抗作用测定 ,发现所获拮抗细菌具有广谱抗性。筛选出具广谱拮抗作用的生防菌株 B0 73、B153,其发酵液中活菌在温室内人工接种条件下进行温室接种防病试验 ,对茄病镰孢菌防治效果分别达 71.1%和 6 1.8% ,并兼具治疗作用  相似文献

通过测定茄子叶片中叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量和果实中可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白、Vc含量、总酸含量及可溶性固形物含量,研究安塞不同年限设施土壤(当年、2年、4年)对茄子生长和果实品质的影响。结果表明:随着土壤连作年限的增加,茄子叶片中可溶性糖含量和茄果中可溶性蛋白质含量、总酸含量都在不同程度的降低;连作年限为2年的土壤生长的茄子叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量与茄果中可溶性糖含量和Vc含量都比其他年限土壤生长的茄子含量高。表明连作年限显著影响茄子的生长和果实的品质,其中生长在连作年限为2年的土壤中的茄子品质较好,相应机理有待进一步研究。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
