改性膨润土对废水中硫化物的吸附及再生研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用微波辐射技术和盐酸对膨润土进行活化改性处理,研究了改性膨润土对废水中硫化物的吸附性能.实验结果表明,改性膨润土对硫化物的吸附能力明显增强.吸附时间、温度、pH值和膨润土用量是影响吸附的主要因素.改性膨润土对硫化物的吸附规律较好地符合Freundlich吸附等温式.采用30%双氧水作为膨润土的再生剂,可使其再生重复使用.  相似文献

以十八烷基三甲基溴化铵(OTAB)为改性剂,对天然膨润土进行有机改性,并采用X射线衍射仪对样品进行表征.考察温度、吸附时间、有机改性膨润土投加量、pH对含油废水中COD去除效果的影响.结果表明:OTAB成功插入到膨润土层间,其层间距增加.在30℃、有机改性膨润土投加量9g/L、吸附时间45 min、pH 6.0的条件下,有机改性膨润土对含油废水中COD的去除率可达86.8%.该研究为膨润土表面改性方法改进提供了借鉴.  相似文献

采用自制有机改性膨润土对水中苯酚进行吸附研究, 探讨了吸附时间、 吸附溶液的pH值、 吸附溶液浓度等因素对吸附效果的影响. 结果表明, 改性后的有机膨润土能有效吸附水中的苯酚, 有机改性膨润土改善了其微观结构, 提高了膨润土的吸附能力和离子交换能力.  相似文献

目的探究影响有机改性膨润土同步吸附地下水中硝酸盐和六价铬的因素.方法利用有机改性膨润土吸附目标水样,通过单因素试验,分析膨润土的改性量、温度、pH值、原水质量浓度的变化对吸附效果的影响.结果试验得出最佳同步吸附条件:膨润土有机改性量为80%,温度为5℃,pH值为6.5,对硝酸盐和六价铬的去除率最高可分别达到73.86%和60.95%.随着水样初始质量浓度的增大,去除效果下降.结论有机改性膨润土吸附剂制备成本低廉,操作简单,可去除由于电镀、金属冶炼和农业生产等造成的同时含硝酸盐和六价铬的地下水污染.  相似文献

采用微波辐射技术和盐酸对膨润土进行活化改性处理,研究了改性膨润土对废水中甲基橙的吸附性能及影响因素.结果表明:经15%盐酸和480 W微波功率辐射15 min改性的膨润土吸附性能良好,在溶液pH为6及常温条件下,改性膨润土用量为12.5g/L,对浓度为250 mg/L的甲基橙的吸附量和去除率分别为24.65 mg/g、98.59%;对浓度为40 mg/L的甲基橙的去除率达98.01%.  相似文献

选择以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对膨润土进行改性,并对改性后的膨润土进行XRD、IR、TG以及体系电动电位、粒径分布的测定与表征.实验结果表明CTAB、SDS与膨润土的作用方式不同,CTAB带正电荷的亲油基与膨润土层间可交换阳离子发生离子交换作用,可进入膨润土的层间域;SDS没有插进膨润土的层间域中,但对膨润土颗粒的表面电荷产生屏蔽效应,使SDS改性膨润土的负电性下降.  相似文献

探讨了经Al3+改性并煅烧的膨润土对含氨氮废水的吸附特性,考察了pH、反应温度、反应时间、改性膨润土的用量等因素对改性膨润土吸附性能的影响.结果表明,经Al3+改性的膨润土对氮有很好的吸附性能,且当膨润土中Al3+质量分数为2.0%、经300℃煅烧2 h,在pH=6,Al3+改性的膨润土的用量为8 g/L,吸附时间为30 min的条件下,对100 mg/L含氮废水的去除率可达到92%,处理后的废水含氮量小于15 mg/L,达到了国家一级排放标准.  相似文献

研究了膨润土原土及2种经不同表面活性剂改性的膨润土在不同的pH值、不同的用量等条件下对Cr(VI)的吸附情况,以及3种土达到吸附平衡所需的时间.还研究了3种土对Cr(VI)的等温吸附.结果表明,1827改性的膨润土吸附效果好,平均去除率为93%,且几乎不受pH值和时间的影响.其中2种改性膨润土对Cr(VI)的吸附为Freundlich吸附.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
