Anodic oxide films of the titanium alloy Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al in ammonium tartrate electrolyte without hydrofluoric acid or fluoride were fabricated. The morphology, components, and microstructure of the films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Raman spectroscopy. The results showed that the films were thick, uniform, and nontransparent. Such films exhibited sedimentary morphology, with a thickness of about 3 μm, and the pore diameters of the deposits ranged from several hundred nanometers to 1.5 μm. The films were mainly titanium dioxide. Some coke-like deposits, which may contain or be changed by OH, NH, C-C, C-O, and C=O groups, were doped in the films. The films were mainly amorphous with a small amount of anatase and rutile phase.  相似文献

研究微合金化对Cu-10Ni合金耐3.5%NaCl溶液冲刷腐蚀的影响。使用中频真空熔炼炉熔炼Cu-10Ni-1Fe-1Mn-XX=0.2Al或0.2Ti)合金,使用相同的热处理及冷变形工艺制备样品后与Cu-10Ni合金一起进行冲刷腐蚀实验。通过扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer,XRD)、电化学腐蚀、电化学阻抗谱(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,EIS)、X射线光电子能谱仪(X-ray photoelectron spectrometer,XPS)、质量损失测试等对样品进行分析表征。结果表明:加入0.2Al/0.2Ti后的Cu-10Ni合金的耐冲刷腐蚀能力得到提高。这是由于在Cu-10Ni-0.2Al合金及Cu-10Ni-0.2Ti合金表面耐腐蚀膜中分别含有Al2O3、TiO2,提高了样品的耐冲刷腐蚀能力;Cu-10Ni-0.2Ti合金耐冲刷腐蚀能力略强于Cu-10Ni-0.2Al合金的,这是因为Cu-10Ni-0.2Al合金在Cl?富集的环境中易吸收Cl?,从而导致膜层有一定的裂纹。  相似文献

从含糖精(>0.06g/L)的Watts液中得到的含硫镍的电化学活性高,不易钝化,而从不含糖精的Watts液中得到的无硫镍却易钝化。X射线衍射结果表明,含硫镍晶粒较细,且其晶格参数及织构与无硫镍不完全一致,糖精浓度小于0.06g/L时得到的沉积层表现出两个不同电位区的阳极溶出峰,说明了镀层包含着不同活性的区域,此种沉积层的晶格参数,织构及晶粒尺寸受糖精浓度的影响较大。  相似文献

Effects of Al addition to a Mg–Sn–Ca ternary alloy on its microstructure and tensile properties after extrusion were studied via extrusion of Mg-1.0Sn-0.5Ca-xAl (x ​= ​0, 0.8, 2.4 ​wt%) sheets and analysis of the extruded materials. The results showed that Al addition not only refined the grain size (from 9.8 ​± ​0.7 ​μm to 8.3 ​± ​0.4 ​μm and 7.6 ​± ​0.5 ​μm) but also accelerated the generation of more second phase (from 0.98 to 1.72 and 4.32%). Except for the CaMgSn and Mg2Ca in Mg-1.0Sn-0.5Ca alloy, new phase (Mg, Al)2Ca appeared after Al addition. The addition of Al into Mg–Sn–Ca alloy induced the textural variation from an initially ED-split double-peaked texture to a weakened texture, i.e., divergent elliptical texture, due to the effect of particle stimulated nucleation. This eventually contributed to the improvement of mechanical anisotropy as well as the higher Hc value and n-value. For the strain hardening behavior when tension along the TD, the prolonged stage Ⅱ of Al-modified alloys was closely connected with the additional TD textural components, accelerating the activation of more basal slip. The decreased θⅢ0 in stage Ⅲ of Al-modified alloys is beneficial to the grain refinement and the emergence of more second phase.  相似文献

在柠檬酸盐溶液中电沉积制备了Cu-Ni-P合金镀层.采用能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对合金的成分、结构、形貌进行了分析.用交流阻抗(EIS)和动电位极化曲线法研究了镀层的腐蚀性能.结果表明,电沉积方法制备的Cu-Ni-P合金镀层具有纳米晶结构,镀层表面平整、光亮.P的加入使Cu-Ni合金镀层的硬度和耐腐蚀性能得到提高.  相似文献

This research aims to study the significance of Gd addition (0wt%-2wt%) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-9Al alloy. The effect of Gd addition on the microstructure was investigated via X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The Mg-9Al alloy contained two phases, α-Mg and β-Mg17Al12. Alloying with Gd led to the emergence of a new rectangular-shaped phase, Al2Gd. The grain size also decreased marginally upon Gd addition. The ultimate tensile strength and microhardness of Mg-9Al alloy increased by 23% and 19%, respectively, upon 1.5wt% Gd addition. We observed that, although Mg-9Al-2.0Gd alloy exhibited the smallest grain size (181 μm) and the highest dislocation density (5.1×1010 m-2) among the investigated compositions, the Mg-9Al-1.5Gd alloy displayed the best mechanical properties. This anomalous behavior was observed because the Al2Gd phase was uniformly distributed and present in abundance in Mg-9Al-1.5Gd alloy, whereas it was coarsened and asymmetrically conglomerated in Mg-9Al-2.0Gd.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法研究了含铝络合离子在铜电极上的电沉积,以探明含铝络合离子在铜电极上的电极过程及表面合金化.循环伏安结果表明,含铝络合离子在铜电极上还原时,铝络合离子首先被还原为金属铝,接着生成的金属铝与铜基体形成铜铝合金.电沉积实验后采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和X射线物相分析仪对样品进行形貌表征及成分分析,扫描电镜及样品侧面线扫描照片结果表明,含铝络合离子在铜电极上析出时与铜基体形成合金,具有明显的过渡层.X射线物相分析结果表明合金为AlCu和Al2Cu,这与铝在铜电极上的循环伏安曲线相吻合,即生成两种新的产物铜铝合金.  相似文献

在酸性柠檬酸盐镀液中电沉积制备低Mo高Fe含量的Fe-Ni—Mo合金;采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和X射线能谱仪对镀层微观结构、表面形貌及组成进行分析。结果表明:工艺条件和钼酸钠浓度对合金组成的影响较大;所得合金晶粒尺寸为6.2~12.7nm,并随电流密度、温度和电镀液的pH值的改变而变化;合金的晶体生长符合晶核三维生长模型,镀层表面形貌由平行和垂直于基体的生长速度的相对大小决定;镀层物相为固溶体和金属间化合物的多相结构,当电流密度为3A/dm^2时,镀层物相由FeNi(BCC)和FeMo固溶相转化为FeNi(FCC)和MoNi4多相结构;镀层的应力随晶粒尺寸的减小呈线性增大;合金镀层的点阵常数发生了畸变。  相似文献

为了提高铝的硬度及耐蚀性能,利用硫酸阳极氧化法对铝板材进行表面处理。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计和滴碱试验等对获得的氧化膜进行观察和性能分析。结果表明,铝硫酸阳极氧化膜具有多孔性,氧化膜主要以非晶态的形式存在,膜厚度处于5~19μm。随着阳极氧化时槽电压、电流密度和氧化时间的增加,氧化膜的厚度、耐蚀性和硬度增加;提高电解液温度和浓度,氧化膜的硬度、耐蚀性和厚度则下降。对氧膜化进行PTFE涂膜后处理能有效地改善氧化膜的多孔结构。  相似文献

The microstructure and electrochemical properties of Al–Cu–Fe alloys with the atomic compositions of Al_(65)Cu_(20)Fe_(15),Al_(78)Cu_7Fe_(15)and Al_(80)Cu_5Fe_(14)Si_1have been studied.The alloys were produced by induction melting of pure elements with copper mold casting.The microstructure of the alloys was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy.The formation of quasicrystalline phases in the Al–Cu–Fe alloys was confirmed.The presence of intermetallic phases was observed in the alloys after crystallization in a form of ingots and plates.The electrochemical measurements were conducted in 3.5%NaCl solution.The electronic structure of the alloys was determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The post corrosion surface of the samples was checked using a scanning electron microscope equipped with the energydispersive X-ray detector.It was observed that the Al_(65)Cu_(20)Fe_(15)alloy had the highest corrosion resistance.The improved corrosion resistance parameters were noted for the plate samples rather than those in the as-cast state.And the hardness of the Al_(65)Cu_(20)Fe_(15)alloy was significantly higher than the other alloy samples.  相似文献

在氩气保护下,采用悬浮熔炼法制备La0.7Mg0.3Ni3.4(Al0.3Co0.7)x(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)储氢合金,用X射线衍射仪测试相组成,并用MDI Jade 5.0软件分析相组成和晶胞参数,用开口三电极法测试电极电化学性能。结果表明,合金相主要由LaNi5、LaMg2Ni9、La2Ni7和LaNi2.28相组成,随着合金中Al和Co含量的增加,合金放氢平台压下降,最大吸氢量为1.43%(x=0),合金电极最大放电容量Cmax为381mA.h.g-1(x=0),合金电极100个充放循环后的容量保持率S100从53.0%(x=0)增加到57.1%(x=0.3),循环稳定性增强。当x=0.1时,合金电极的电化学动力学性能较好。  相似文献

Zinc-aluminum alloys have been used as bearing materials in the past. In recent years, binary Al-Zn alloys and Al-Zn-Cu alloys are being used as an alternative to the Zn-Al alloys for bearing applications. In this study, both binary Al-25Zn and Al-3Cu were prepared using stir casting process. Homogenization of the as-cast alloys was performed at 350℃ for 8 h and then, the alloys were furnace-cooled to 50℃. The homogenization led to the removal of the dendritic structure of the as-cast alloys. After homogenization, wear parameters optimization was carried out using Taguchi technique. For this purpose, L9 orthogonal array was selected, and the control parameters selected are load, velocity, and sliding distance. The optimum parametric condition was obtained using signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio analysis, and specific wear rate (SWR) is the selected response. The "smaller-the-better" is the goal of the experiment for S/N ratio analysis. After the optimization, confirmation tests were carried out using analysis of variance (ANOVA) from the developed regression equation. Finally, wear mechanism studies were conducted using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) images.  相似文献

Microarc oxidation(MAO)electrolysis plasma deposition was used to prepare Al_2O_3coatings on Ti-45Al-8.5 Nb alloys to improve high temperature oxidation resistance.The surface and cross-section morphologies before and after high-temperature oxidation,the chemical composition,and the phase identification of the coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),electron probe microanalyses(EPMA),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that Al_2O_3coatings with a thickness of approximately 8μm can be obtained on the Ti-45Al-8.5 Nb alloys by MAO for 600 s.The samples with the Al_2O_3coatings exhibited better high-temperature oxidation resistance.A minimal weight gain of only 0.396 g/m~2after 100 h oxidation at 900°C was observed for the coatings formed with a deposition voltage of 400 V and using a duty cycle of 3%.The deposition mechanism of the Al_2O_3coatings and the effect of the MAO parameters are also described.  相似文献

利用X射线衍射(XRD)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了添加钇对Zr55 Cu30Ni5Al10Y(=0,1,2,3,4)非晶合金体系玻璃形成能力的影响。用铜模铸造获得的Zr55 Cu30Ni5Al10Y(=0,1,2,3,4)块体非晶合金的临界尺寸从直径6 mm增加到20 mm。分析认为,微量钇的添加可以与合金中的残留氧形成氧化物,降低氧对合金形成非晶态结构的负面效应。因此添加适量的稀土元素钇有利于提高Zr55 Cu30Ni5Al10Y非晶合金体系的玻璃形成能力。  相似文献

采用铸锭冶金工艺,制备不同钪含量的Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金.通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、晶间腐蚀及剥落腐蚀等实验方法,研究钪对Al-5.3Cu-0.8Mg-0.6Ag合金的组织和腐蚀性能影响.结果表明:添加0.3%~0.5% Sc可明显细化铸态合金的晶粒,平均晶粒尺寸从300 μm降低到60 μm,而添加0.1%~0.3% Sc有助于提高挤压态合金抗腐蚀性能.但当添加0.5% Sc时,合金中形成粗大的Al3(Sc, Zr)稀土化合物相,导致合金的抗蚀性能降低.  相似文献

The eastern Xing’an-Mongolian (Xing-Meng) Orogenic Belt (XMOB) is one of the important areas of porphyry copper (Cu)-molybdenum (Mo) deposits in China. However, studies on the exact ages of mineralization and their geodynamic significance are very limited. In this study, granodioritic rocks from the Duobaoshan Cu deposit and Daheishan Mo deposit were selected to make zircon SHRIMP U-Pb analyses in order to constrain their mineralization ages. Geochronological data indicate that two episodes of mineralization took place in the Duobaoshan Cu deposits. The granodiorite related to the Duobaoshan porphyry Cu deposit was formed in the Early Paleozoic with zircon U-Pb age of 485±8 Ma, whereas the granodiorites related to the Sankuanggou skarn-type Cu deposit were emplaced in the Jurassic with zircon U-Pb ages of 176±3 and 177±3 Ma. In the Daheishan area of Jilin Province, the emplacement age of the granodiorite porphyry related to the porphyry Mo deposit was dated at 170±3 Ma, and the unmineralized monzogranite at 178±3 Ma. Therefore, two episodes of Cu-Mo mineralization were developed in the eastern XMOB, at ~485 Ma and ~175 Ma, respectively. Based on the geological history and spatial-temporal distribution of the granitoids in northeastern (NE) China, it is proposed that the Duobaoshan Cu deposit was related to the collision of the Xing’an and Erguna blocks in the Early Paleozoic, and the Sankuanggou Cu and Daheishan Mo deposits were related to subduction of the Paleo-Pacific plate during the Jurassic.  相似文献

分别采用电弧熔炼和机械合金化法制备Nd60 Fe30-xZrxAl10(x=5,10,15,20)晶态和纳米非晶态合金,并利用X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计等对制备的晶态合金和纳米非晶态合金的结构及其磁性能进行分析,研究Fe和Zr相对含量的变化对合金相的组成及磁性能的影响.结果表明:Nd60 Fe30-xZrxAl10(x=5,10,15,20)合金晶态及纳米非晶态合金均显示软磁性;对于晶态样品,随着Zr含量的增加,样品的磁化强度逐步降低;对于纳米非晶态合金,随着Zr含量的增加,合金的饱和磁化强度降低;相同成分的纳米非晶态合金的饱和磁化强度高于相应的晶态合金的饱和磁化强度.Nd60Fe20Zr10Al10混合粉末球磨100 h后达到了完全非晶化,说明Nd60 Fe20Zr10Al10有较好的非晶形成能力.  相似文献

Manganese dioxide (MnO2) was prepared using the ultrasonic method. Its electrochemical performance was evaluated as the cathode material for a high voltage hybrid capacitor. And the specific capacitance of the MnO2 electrode reached 240 F·g-1. The new hybrid capacitor was constructed, combining A1/Al2O3 as the anode and MnO2 as the cathode with electrolyte for the aluminum electrolytic capacitor to solve the problem of low working voltage of a supercapacitor unit. The results showed that the hybrid capacitor had a high energy density and the ability of quick charging and discharging according to the electrochemical performance test. The capacitance was 84.4 μF, and the volume and mass energy densities were greatly improved compared to those of the traditional aluminum electrolytic capacitor of 47 μF. The analysis of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) showed that the hybrid capacitor had good impedance characteristics.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline NiCrC alloy powders with a qualified particle size distribution for thermal spraying were synthesized using the cryogenic ball milling (cryomilling) method. The morphology, microstructure, size distribution, and phase transformation of the powders were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), laser scattering for particle size analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). After cryomilling for 20 h, the average grain size of the as-milled powders approached a constant value of 30 nm by XRD measurement. The average particle size slightly increased from 17.5 to 20.3 μm during the 20-h milling. About 90vol% of the powders satisfied the requirement for thermal spraying with the particle dimension of 10-50 μm, and most of the powders exhibited spherical morphology, which were expected to have good fluidity during thermal spraying. The Cr2O3 phase formed during the cryornilling process as revealed in the XRD spectra, which was expected to enhance the thermal stability of the as-milled powders during the followed thermal spraying or other heat treatment.  相似文献
