Hotelling竞争环境下网购平台的质量监控

为探索平台间存在相互竞争的环境下网购平台企业对在线卖方产品质量的诚信监控行为,基于双边市场理论,通过建立Hotelling模型研究了在注册费、交易费和两步费三种常见的定价方式中,网购平台的质量监控行为.通过博弈分析,结果表明:在三种收费方式中,平台之间围绕在线卖方、在线消费者资源的竞争会促进网购平台提高质量监控力度,但网购平台出于自身利益的考虑有积极性去增加平台之间对在线卖方和消费者资源的垄断性.文章认为应该对网购平台市场进行规制,保证网购平台之间对双边用户均存在竞争,且促使网购平台之间围绕双边用户的竞争程度由双边用户之间的网络交叉外部性所决定.     

考虑跨平台外部性的网购平台间竞争与其质量管控努力

网购平台间的竞争可以敦促网购平台增加对在线卖方的质量管控力度,但均假定各网购平台为独立性平台企业。鉴于当前平台企业的多领域扩张,文章假设相互竞争的2个网购平台之一会受到同企业其他网购平台的跨平台网络外部性的影响,然后基于双边市场理论框架,通过建立博弈论模型得到如下结论:非独立网购平台的跨平台网络效应相机影响非独立和独立网购平台竞争时的质量管控力度;哪一类网购平台的质量管控力度更大取决于质量管控成本、消费者对商品质量的重视程度、在线卖方的质量成本、网购平台对卖方资源的竞争程度等;2个网购平台间的竞争增加了跨平台网络外部性对非独立网购平台质量管控的积极影响。     

垄断网购平台的质量诚信监管动态行为

产品质量诚信危机已成为制约当前网购市场发展的障碍,这一定程度上源于网购平台对在线商家的质量诚信监管不力。关于网购平台的质量诚信监管行为,现有文献进行了有益的探索,但尚未对其动态行为进行分析。基于双边市场理论,采用最优控制模型分析了由在线消费者、诚信在线商家、非诚信在线商家和网购平台构成的网购市场中,网购平台质量诚信监管力度的演化行为。通过数学模型和实证分析,发现在网购平台垄断某类商品时,随着网购平台经营周期的增加、或者随着网购平台双边用户规模的增大,网购平台的质量诚信监管力度呈现先增后减的趋势。因此,不能完全寄希望于网购平台对网购市场质量诚信的治理,需要引入平台企业间的竞争机制或建立平台和政府的二元治理机制。     

基于模糊层次分析法的招标采购代理机构服务 工作监管与考评研究

结合招标采购工作与招标采购活动委托代理关系的内涵和特点,对招标采购代理机构服务工作监管、考评方法及内容进行研究,构建了招标采购代理机构服务工作监管与考评指标体系,并运用模糊层次分析法结合具体案例,对监管与考评指标体系进行了实证分析。结果表明:监管与考评指标体系全面、典型,实证分析结论科学、合理,符合当前招标采购代理业务实际,有利于维护招标采购项目利益及采购人合法权益,满足招标采购管理工作需要。     

基于委托代理理论的国有企业经营者监管研究

加强对国有企业经营者的监管,是我国国有企业改革中的一个关键问题,它将会直接影响到国有企业的前途和命运。在运用委托代理理论分析国有企业委托代理关系存在问题的基础上,提出建立起一套包括经营者选拔机制、激励机制和约束机制在内的切实可行的经营者监管机制。

从经济学的角度对会计信息失真进行了讨论,认为会计信息失真的主要原因是市场环境的变异性影响、委托－代理关系层次复杂且存在各行为主体的利益矛盾影响、会计管理体制的影响和激励与约束机制不对称的影响等。为此,提出了相应的治理措施：（1）明析产权,理顺各产权方利益关系;（2）精简委托－代理关系层次;（3）完善激励与约束机制;（4）加大处罚力度,降低经营者的预期风险收益等。

我国网购进口食品安全监管的难题与应对

随着跨境电商的兴起和国内食品市场的消费升级,我国消费者越来越青睐于网购进口食品。与此同时,与之相关的食品安全风险问题也开始受到监管部门和研究者的关注。归纳了现行的进口管理制度和监管实践,通过聚焦跨境电商零售和网购直邮两大模式,总结出网购进口食品的安全监管漏洞和可能风险,分析海关部门在食品安全监管工作中面临的主要难题,并尝试提出应对之策。根据监管部门的公开数据,分析了我国进口食品的形势。通过分析现有的政策规定和网购食品进口的特点、趋势,发现海关部门对网购进口食品进行安全监管时会面临一些难题,如鼓励跨境电商零售业务发展与安全监管之间存在矛盾,直邮进口模式的便利化安排会导致食品安全监管出现盲区,网购进口食品溯源难直接制约全链条监管,以及海量进口规模与有限监管资源存在尖锐矛盾。为有效解决这些监管难题,应着力构建网购进口食品安全的多元主体协同治理体系,包括消费者应理性海淘洋食品,平台经营者需进行全过程治理,电商应落实食品安全主体责任,一线监管须依靠智慧化提升工作效率,海关总署则应积极推动国际合作。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
