以Fe^2+-H2O2和NADPH-Fe^2+作为氧自由基生成系统造成大鼠肝线粒体脂质过氧化,研究了黄芩甙对脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)生成的抑制作用,以乙酰氨基酚和四氯化碳分别诱导脂质过氧化损伤,测定血清丙氨酸转氨酶活性,肝中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,肝中丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,研究了黄芩甙对这些指标的影响,结果表明黄芩甙对大鼠肝线粒体脂质过氧化产物MDA的生成有抑制作用  相似文献

通过对一种真菌虎奶多糖(HNP)的硫酸酯化修饰,合成了取代度分别为0.39和0.55的两种硫酸酯化虎奶多糖S1-HNP和S2-HNP,讨论了S1-HNP和S2-HNP对Fe^2+-Vc致鼠肝线粒体TBARS含量增加的抑制作用对CCL4诱导的肝脂质过氧化的保护作用,及对CuSO4-Phen-Vc-H2O2-DNA体系中.OH导致的DNA损伤化学发光峰的抑制作用差异。结果表明,S1-HNP比S2-HN  相似文献

以叶绿素和蛋白质的质量分数下降作为衰老的生理指标,研究了Ca2+和Ca2+的螯合剂EDTA对杂交水稻离体叶片衰老的作用.结果表明,Ca2+能延缓杂交水稻离体叶片中叶绿素和蛋白质的质量分数的下降,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AsA-POD)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的酶活性;增加抗坏血酸(AsA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的的质量分数;降低膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的质量摩尔浓度.1~20mmol/LEDTA降低叶片中叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质的质量分数;降低AsA-POD和CAT的酶活性;降低AsA、GSH的质量分数;提高SOD酶活性,但对GR酶活性的影响不大.外加Ca2+可使EDTA的抑制作用减轻.  相似文献

采用雄性wistar 大鼠,经冷冻加束缚应激来观察情绪的表露对应激性大鼠肝脏组织中丙二醛( MDA) 含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px) 和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 活性的影响- 结果显示,大鼠正常冷冻束缚应激后,肝脏组织中MDA含量显著升高,GSH—Px 和SOD酶活性明显下降- 而情绪表露处理的大鼠可使应激时肝脏组织中MDA含量显著降低,GSH—Px 和SOD 酶活性接近于正常室温下的对照组水平- 上述结果表明:紧张情绪和行为的变化可增强肝脏组织的脂质过氧化作用,情绪的表露能有效地抵御这种脂质过氧化作用-  相似文献

用密度泛函方法(DFT)的LDA和NL/LDA优化分子片试剂HFe(CO)5+和Mn(CO)5-的几何结构,并计算了Fe(CO)5的NL/LDA质子亲合能,其值为751.6kJ·mol-1,介于文献报道的HCN和NH3的质子亲合能之间,解释了Fe(CO)5容易从H2CN+中得到质子而难以由NH4+夺得质子的实验事实。HFe(CO)5+电离H+后其几何结构由C4v对称性变为D3h对称性,与等电子体HMn(CO)5电离H+后几何构型的弛豫相类似。NL/LDA计算的分子片Fe(CO)5的弛豫能为-59.78kJ·mol-1。计算结果还表明,HFe(CO)5+电离H+后Fe→CO反馈π键得到加强,使得FeC键缩短,CO键增长;同时,Fe原子上的电子电荷减少,而C和O原子上的电子电荷增加。Muliken布居分析同样表明,在HFe(CO)5+电离H+后,Fe和C之间的Muliken键级增加,C和O原子之间的键级减少  相似文献

1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)氧化酶催化ACC氧化成为乙烯.通过DEAE-Sepharose和Phenyl-Sepharose柱层析后,ACC氧化酶被纯化19.5倍.在体外分析中,ACC氧化酶活性被Fe2+和CO2促进;Co2+、Ni2+和Mn2+抑制ACC氧化酶的活性,但这种抑制效应能部分地被Fe2+所拮抗.CO2对ACC氧化酶活性的促进作用与反应体系中氧的浓度有关,在21%的氧浓度下,CO2的促进作用较显著  相似文献

以中试湿壁塔为基础,一个通用型湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)模型被发展。该模型包含一个总反应器模型和4个速率控制步骤,即SO2的吸收、HSO-3的氧化、石灰石的溶解和石膏的结晶。WFGD中所有重要的组分:SO2(g)、SO2(aq)、HSO-3、SO2-3、HSO-4、SO2-4、CO2(g)、CO2(aq)、HCO-3、CO2-3、Ca2+、CaCO3(s)、Mg2+、O2(g)、O2(aq)、CaSO4·2H2O、H2O、H+和OH-均在模型中被考虑。该建模方法可应用于其它类型湿法烟气脱硫装置的设计中。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
