不对称合成新型的吲哚螺-2,3-二氢呋喃衍生物

在辛可宁的作用下,以靛红衍生物(N-甲基-3-羟基-2-吲哚酮)和氰基苯乙烯衍生物为原料,1,3,5-三甲苯为溶剂,合成了一系列的新型的手性吲哚螺-2,3-二氢化呋喃衍生物.该反应产率较高(90%~99%),选择性较好,而且操作简单、后处理方便.产物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱(1H,13C)及高分辨质谱法表征.     

烟酰水杨酸的合成及调血脂作用初步研究

为寻找降血脂作用强、不良反应轻、安全有效的烟酸衍生物，以烟酸和水杨酸为原料，采用酰氯法经过二步合成了烟酸的衍生物烟酰水杨酸。经紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、质谱及元素的测定和分析，确证了该目标化合物的化学结构。并对该化合物调血脂作用做了初步研究，药效学试验结果表明，该化合物具有调血脂作用，并且比烟酸作用强，不良反应少。     

乙酰苯胺及其衍生物的氯甲基化反应

考察了乙酰苯胺及其衍生物在多聚甲醛-盐酸体系下的氯甲基化反应, 结果表明, N-氯甲基化反应的产物是主要产物. 关键中间体及最终化合物的结构经核磁共振氢谱及碳谱确证.     

微波辐射下3,4,9,10-四氢吖啶-1（2H）-酮衍生物的合成

在微波辐射下以希夫碱、1,3-二羰基化合物为原料,乙二醇为溶剂,合成了一系列3,4,9,10-四氢吖啶-1(2H)-酮衍生物.该反应的反应时间短,产率高,环境友好,后处理方便.产物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱表征.     

新型咔唑衍生物的合成表征及光学性质的研究

报道一种新型的咔唑类衍生物—3-(4-乙烯基吡啶基)-N-乙基咔唑的合成.用元素分析、红外光谱、电喷雾质谱、质谱和核磁共振谱进行了表征,测定其紫外吸收光谱和单光子荧光光谱.研究表明,该化合物具有好的紫外吸收和单光子吸收荧光效应.     

环三磷腈甘氨酸钠支化衍生化及性质研究

以六氯环三磷腈为原料,分别与甘氨酸钠等系列支化反应,得到了3种环三磷腈甘氨酸钠支化衍生物.利用红外光谱、核磁共振波谱对化合物的结构进行了表征,详细解析了光谱数据,证实为目标产物.利用紫外-可见光谱、SDS-AGE电泳技术分别考察了衍生物对信号分子激活剂-磷酸吡哆醛、Cu2+的识别性能及与小牛血清蛋白的相互作用关系.结果表明:支化衍生物对信号分子激活剂-磷酸吡哆醛及金属Cu2+均具有明显的识别功能;支化衍生物与人体内的蛋白质及生物大分子等有较强的结合能力.     

氮芳基取代靛红的合成研究

以靛红、芳基硼酸化合物为原料,经过Ullmann反应,合成了6个含有大π体系的氮芳基取代的靛红衍生物.合成化合物的结构运用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱、高分辨质谱的技术手段进行了表征,为进一步研究靛红衍生物的光学性质及生物活性奠定了一定的物质基础.进一步研究发现,在Ullmann反应条件下,靛红能发生自身缩合反应.芳基硼酸能被铜试剂氧化生成1,2-二羰基化合物.     

N-芳甲基-2-氨基-3-氰基-1,4,5,6,7,8-六氢喹啉衍生物的合成

以芳醛、丙二腈和N-芳甲基-5,5-二甲基环己-2-烯酮为原料,在冰醋酸溶剂中合成了一系列N-芳甲基-2-氨基-3-氰基-1,4,5,6,7,8-六氢喹啉衍生物,该方法具有反应时间短、后处理方便等优点.所有产物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱和高分辨质谱表征确证.     

二苯基锡水杨醛-2-噻吩甲酰腙的合成及晶体结构

利用二苯基氯化锡与水杨醛-2-噻吩甲酰腙反应,合成了新的二有机锡希富碱衍生物Ph2Sn(C12H8N2O2S),并用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和X-射线单晶衍射对该化合物进行了表征.测试结果表明,该化合物是单体结构,在化舍物中锡原子为五配位的三角双锥配位环境.     

两种二茂铁Schiff碱衍生物的合成及其表征

在温和条件下合成了2种新的二茂铁基Schiff碱衍生物, 甲酰基二茂铁缩2,4-二硝基苯腙(Ⅰ)及乙酰基二茂铁缩2,4-二硝基苯腙(Ⅱ), 采用现代谱学手段如元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等对其进行表征.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
