目的探讨脂肪肝的治疗方法。方法应用自拟消脂护肝汤配合行为疗法每日一剂口服。结果治愈50例(62.5%),显效8例(10%),有效9例(11.2%),无效13例(16.3%),总有效率83.7%。结论自拟消脂护肝汤配合行为疗法是治疗脂肪肝的较佳治疗方案。  相似文献

目的:观察自拟消癖散结汤治疗乳腺增生病肝郁脾虚型的疗效。方法:将69例患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例口服自拟消癖散结汤,对照34例口服乳康片。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.10%,对照组为64.70%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:消癖散结汤治疗乳腺增生病疗效显著,无明显毒副反应,值得推广运用。  相似文献

目的观察祛痰化瘀汤治疗肥胖型脂肪肝疗效。方法采用自拟祛痰化瘀汤治疗肥胖型(中、重度)脂肪肝103例,并与肝乐、多烯康胶丸、肌苷为主治疗的58例对比观察。结果治疗组103例中,治愈31例,好转59例,无效13例,总有效率87.38%;对照组58例,治愈9例,好转25例,无效24例,总有效率58.62%;两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论祛痰化瘀汤治疗肥胖型脂肪肝取得较好的疗效。  相似文献

目的:应用组织化学染色对61例肝活检标本进行研究,观察胶原纤维在慢性肝病组织中的分布,研究由慢性肝炎到肝硬化肝纤维化的形成过程。方法:应用VG染色显示慢性肝病组织中的胶原纤维,光镜观察。结果:胶原纤维染成粉红色,形成间隔分割肝实质。结论:VG染色对慢性肝病有诊断学意义。肝实质内的纤维组织可能来源于成纤维细胞和贮脂细胞。  相似文献

Use and effects of liver specific antigen in orthotopic liver transplantations were researched in this study. Group I: syngeneic control (Wistar-to-Wistar); Group II: acute rejection (SD-to-Wistar); Group III: Thymic inoculation of SD rat LSA day 7 before transplantation. The observation of common situation and survival time, rejection grades, NF-KappaB activity of splenocytes and IL-2mRNA expression of grafted liver were used to analyze acute rejection severity and immune state of animals in different groups. The common situation of group I was very well after transplantation and no signs of rejection were found. Recipients of group II lost body weight progressively. All dead within day 9 to day 13 posttransplantation; median survival time was 10.7+/-0.51 days. It was an optimal acute rejection control. As for group III, 5 out of 6 recipients survived for a long time and common situation was remarkably better than that of group II. Its rejection grades were significantly lower than that of group II(P < 0.05). NF-KappaB activity was only detected in group I at day 5 and day 7 after transplantation, whereas high activity of NF-KappaB was detected at all time points in group II and the low NF-KappaB activity detected in group III was significantly lower than that of group II(P < 0.05). No IL-2mRNA expression was detected at any time point in group I, whereas high level expression was detected at all time points in group II and the low level expression only detected at day 3 in group III was significantly lower than that of group II(P < 0.05). Conclusion: LSA is an important transplantation antigen which is involved directly in the immunorejection of liver transplantation. We report here for the first time that intrathymic inoculation of LSA can alleviate the rejection of liver allotransplantation; and that grafts can survive for a long time thereby, thus leading to a novel way to achieve liver transplantation immunotolerance.  相似文献

以 2 / 3肝切除 (patialhepatectomy ,PH)大鼠为材料 ,利用PT -PCR技术 ,通过ADAMs通用引物初步分析了肝脏中ADAMs种类及PH后恢复 4h和 36h时ADAMsmRNA差异。结果表明 :PH后不同恢复时间ADAMsmRNA的扩增谱带没有差异 ,但扩增谱带的强弱有变化 ;cDNA克隆和测序分析表明 ,大鼠肝脏有ADAM15和ADAM 19mRNA同源序列。  相似文献

Today, liver transplantation (LT) is the only established treatment for end-stage liver diseases. The de- velopment of LT, including OLT, cadaveric LT, split LT, living donor LT (LDLT), brings hopes to patients with these diseases. However, increasing donor shortage, rejection and life-long immunosuppression with its side effects are the major limitations of this therapy strategy. Bone marrow-derived stem cells (BMDSCs) are capable of differentiating into hepatocyte-like cells and contribute to liver injury repair. The microenvironment of liver injury caused by rejection, ischemia/reperfusion, loss of liver mass, recurrence of HCV and "small-for-size syndrome" after LT can attract a variety of bone marrow-derived stem cell population to the peripheral circulation and then migration to the injury liver to promote the hepatic function restoration. Additionally, BMDSCs can also take part in the functional regeneration of living donor liver after LDLT. This participation in liver regeneration may be associated to the interac- tion between SDF-1and its receptor CXCR4, involving HGF, IL-8, MMP9, and VEGF/VEGFR-2. BMDSC with its bio-characteristics could maintain the allograft tolerance from different angles and in different ways. In conclusion, BMDSCs transplantation, as a new assistant therapeutic method for LT, will ex- pand the space of LT, and provide more survival opportunities for the patients suffering liver diseases in the future.  相似文献

The construction of an in vitro liver analog is likely to be of great use for the study of alcoholic liver disease (ALD) and other hepatic disorders.Preliminary results indicate that multi-cell assembling technology can produce two hybrid cell-matrix spatial distributions according to predesigned digital models;therefore,it is possible to fabricate a liver-like construct that can mimic the structure and main components of the natural liver.After in vitro culture,a liver analog was formed.Employing the rat liver analog constructs cultured in vitro for several days for the study of ALD by adding alcohol,MDA and NO concentration were altered and controlled by adding vitamin E and vitamin C.ALD is considered an important factor in liver cancer where the pathogenesis is complex but the mechanism is still not well understood.Previous research of pathogenesis and drug prevention in ALD was based on animal models,such as baboons or rats,with particular limitations.Therefore,multi-cell assembling technology used to construct human liver analogs that contain various human liver cells is likely to be useful for studying ALD pathogenesis and related drug research.  相似文献
