基于单件流的叶轮轮毂及柜体精益生产研究

针对JF公司2.5 MW风电机组的叶轮轮毂及柜体生产中存在物料交接慢,备料过程串行,装配、检验、收尾以及包装过程交叉驱动,生产过程节拍不统一,人员操作过程中存在瓶颈工序等问题,基于精益生产的思想,综合运用流程程序分析、价值流图析等工业工程相关方法和工具,通过重组班组作业、修改员工作业流程、细化员工工作任务、对产线员工进行人员培训等,使叶轮轮毂及柜体的作业步骤由原来的16个缩减到8个,作业周期由原来的13 h缩减到8.5 h,加班时间由原来的4 h缩减为不加班或只加班0.5 h,生产平衡率由48.24%提升至64.04%,解决了生产过程中价值流现状图存在的效率低下的问题。     

某物流企业仓库布局及作业流程分析与改进

仓储是物流企业运营过程中重要的功能之一,仓库布局优化、作业流程精简,是提高企业经济效益的重要措施．通过对某物流企业仓储管理现状调查,发现仓储管理过程中存在的问题,并分析了产生这些问题的原因．从仓库布局、作业流程、货物储位等三方面提出了改进方案,并对改进前后作业指标进行比较分析,得出：改进后仓库的作业环节减少3个,作业人数减少5人,作业时间降低了13％,查找货位时间缩短了75％,出错率从3％降到0.5％,提高了仓储作业效率．     

基于GA与DSM的飞行机务保障价值流层次分割优化

针对保障任务交互复杂、作业流程刚性较大等问题,提出一种基于设计结构矩阵和遗传算法的飞行保障价值流层次分割优化方法。建立了真实情况下的飞行机务保障价值流传递模型,根据价值流时滞槽蓄特性分析结果,提出了通过价值活动聚类优化改善价值流通能力的思路;设计了遗传算法与DSM组合聚类优化具体步骤,并给出了DSM模型与聚类情况的映射关系;建立了基于聚类权重、聚类规模以及聚类总数的适应度函数和保障活动价值传递增益参数,进行价值活动遗传聚类算法和聚类活动解耦优化算法设计。最后,结合某机务大队保障实例对算法进行验证,结果证明所得飞行保障价值流的优化模式有效可行。     

基于电商行业的前置仓选址问题研究

为应对当前电商企业仓库容量饱和的现状,以及客户对配送的严苛要求,在“区域配送中心+前置仓”的布局模式下,对前置仓的选址及数量问题进行优化研究。结合H电商的现有区域配送中心仓库布局,采取混合整数规划方法来建立数学模型,以运输成本、仓储运营成本、退供成本之和的总物流成本为目标函数,并借助LINGO软件进行编程求解,通过结果比较分析,求得使得总物流成本最少的最优前置仓位置及布局。

基于改进层次分析法和云模型的物料供应优化

考虑精益生产过程中的供料问题,构建了及时准确供料的层次指标体系。针对实例,运用头脑风暴法获取备选方案,选取改进的层次分析法计算出指标权重。在此基础上,结合云模型对备选方案进行评价与选择。通过实施改善方案,有效提升了人均饱和度,消除无价值作业时间,降低了生产线断线的概率。同时,也验证了该方法在解决此类问题上的可行性。     

价值流在中小型企业生产管理中的应用研究

通过现场的实际观察以及价值流对生产流程的分析,发现企业生产过程中出现生产线平衡率较低、增值时间比较低以及物流路线混乱等问题,利用工业工程方法对生产线平衡率进行改善,利用SLP方法对物流路线混乱以及增值时间比低等问题进行优化.针对价值流的短期性以及静态性的缺陷,提出利用仿真软件对仿真过程进行分析,弥补价值流的缺陷.通过改善,企业的增值时间比以及生产线平衡率都得到较大的改善.提高企业的生产运营能力,降低了企业的生产成本,对我国中小企业发展具有一定的现实意义.     

基于遗传算法的人工拣选优化研究

为研究人工拣选作业中路径优化问题.在ABC存储策略下的双区域仓储布局中,建立路径模型,利用遗传算法求解最优路径,进行仿真实验,与S型、返回型拣选路径的最优解进行比较.仿真结果表明,在拣选件数较少时,遗传算法有明显的优势,在拣选件数较多时,3种方法趋于相近,且遗传算法的适用性受到仓库布局的影响.经优化后的路径能够节约拣选作业的时间,加快仓储内货物周转的速度,提高整个物流活动的效率,有助于物流活动快速及时地完成,增强客户满意度.     

基于鱼骨型仓库的拣选路径问题优化

为提高鱼骨型仓库布局下的订单拣选效率,基于拣货路径距离计算模型和以最小化拣货路径总距离为优化目标的拣选路径优化模型,提出一种混沌模拟退火粒子群优化算法,引入混沌理论使粒子更高效地遍历搜寻空间,同时结合了模拟退火算法的概率突跳特点使算法在迭代后期仍具有较好的全局寻优能力.最后,通过实例仿真验证了该算法在解决鱼骨型仓库布局拣选路径优化问题上的有效性,并通过与其他算法比较,证明了该算法的先进性,为鱼骨型仓库布局下拣选路径规划问题提供了新的解决思路.     

浅谈如何优化道岔备用料管理

对道岔备用料管理存在的问题进行了分析,从合理调整仓库设置、优化储备结构、加强计划定额管理、增强成本观念、提升服务水平等方面探讨了优化道岔备用料管理的基本策略。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
