中华双腔吸虫的生活史

本文首次报告中华双腔吸虫(Dicrocoelium chinensis)发展史各发育期的形态特征,通过生活史研究,首次阐明第一中间宿主是陆地蜗牛——同型阔纹蜗牛(Bradybaena similaris))(人工感染成功的厦门蜗牛)、枝小丽螺(Ganesella virgo)(黑龙江扎赉特旗,天然感染)及华蜗牛(Cathaicafasciola)(山西安泽,天然感染);第二中间宿主是蚂蚁:(Camponotuscompressus(山西安泽人工感染及天然感染)、Formica truncicola(黑龙江扎赉特旗,天然感染)及Formica gagates(吉林、乌兰浩特)。 比较了中华双腔吸虫和矛形双腔吸虫发育各期的主要特点,由此将长期来一直被混淆在矛形双腔吸虫中的这一重要虫种分别出来。 阐述了山西安泽中华双腔吸虫病流行区病原在自然界散布情况,包括羊只感染成虫状况及病原幼虫期在第二阶段的两个中间宿主(蜗牛和蚂蚁)感染情况。     

福建省家鸭光口科吸虫及其病害

本文报告寄生于我省家鸭的光口科Psilostomidae吸虫4属11种,其中2种为国内新记录;发现淡水虾类充当福建光孔吸虫新的第二中间宿主,首次报道杯叶科Cyatho-cotylidae的囊蚴寄生于福建光孔吸虫裂蚴体内;种不同科的吸虫蚴虫寄生于蚴虫属罕见寄生现象;对单睾球孔吸虫和福建光孔吸虫的流行病学、病害和防治作了叙述;试验表明硫双二氯酚是治疗本病的高效、低毒的药物。     

华北地区无尾两栖类的复殖吸虫(吸虫纲:复殖目)

调查华北地区无尾两栖类复殖吸虫，获６ 科１１ 种，其中包括一个新种和两个宿主新记录．脐宫科的华北长囊吸虫，新种Ｄｏｌｉｃｈｏｓａｃｃｕｓ ｈｕａｂｅｉｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ． ｎｏｖ．枝腺科２ 种，其中中华斜生吸虫Ｌｏｘｏｇｅｎｅｓ ｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ（ＬｉｅｔＧｕ，１９７８） Ｗａｎｇ， １９８０，寄生于金线蛙，为宿主新记录．蛇颈科的罕见蛇颈吸虫Ｇｏｒｇｏｄｅｒａ （Ｅｘｔｒｅｍ ｏｄｅｒａ）ｕｎｅｘｐｅｃｔａ ，也寄生于金线蛙，为宿主新记录，并首次见于输卵管部位．此外尚有重盘科吸虫３ 种，拟巨颈科１ 种和舐血科１ 种     

牛羊胰脏吸虫病的病原生物学及流行学的研究

1.本文报导了本省沿海地区屠宰场、乳牛场及农场或生产队等处的淘汰牛、乳牛和耕牛的阔盘吸虫病感染情况。屠宰埸中淘汰牛阔盘吸虫的感染率为62.22％—72.22％;乳牛场乳牛的感染率为66.67％—70.88％;农场及生产队中耕牛的感染率为14.2％—18.6％。 2.经过野外调查及实验室内生活史研究证实阔纹蜗牛Bradybaena similaris Ferussec及中华蜗牛Cathaica ravida sieboldtiana Pfeiffer是本省牛羊胰脏三种阔盘吸虫(腔阔盘吸虫Eurytrema coelomaticum,胰阔盘吸虫Eurytrema pancreaticum及枝睪阔盘吸虫Eurytrema cladorchis)的第一中间宿主。阔纹蜗牛和中华蜗牛的天然感染率在屠宰埸牛舍附近分别是1.27％—3.46％和0.59％;在乳牛场分别为5.06％和7.41％;在生产队及农场耕牛放养埸分别为0.54％—0.89％和0.08—0.11％。在福州南台岛的阔纹蜗牛中曾发现天然感染的矛形双腔吸虫(Dicrocoelium lanceatum)的子胞蚴和尾蚴等幼虫期。 3.东北双辽草原中经调查得知丽光属蜗牛(Ganeselld)是当地绵羊的胰阔盘吸虫及矛形双腔吸虫的第一中间宿主。丽光蜗牛感染此两种吸虫幼虫期的感染率分别为2.65和7.19％。 4.本文详细比较了上述三种阔盘吸虫成虫的主要特征及其变异情况。也详细地比较了胰阔盘吸虫和腔阔盘吸虫在第一中间宿     

短咽类吸虫Brachylaimasp.幼虫期形态及其感染情况调查

报道了短咽类吸虫Ｂｒａｃｈｙｌａｉｍａｓｐ．在中间宿主陆地蜗牛中的幼虫期：胞蚴、尾蚴和后蚴的形态及其在螺体中的自然感染情况的调查．发现尾蚴的尾部后排泄管的形态及开口位置不同于已报告种类;其在同型巴蜗牛Ｂｒａｄｙｂａｅｎａｓｉｍｉｌａｒｉｓ中的感染一年有一个高峰,主要在秋季,感染率达到３．０２％,春季感染率最低;一年的平均感染率为０．４２６６％．     

日本棘隙吸虫可在螺狮宿主体内完成囊蚴期发育

复殖目吸虫除了裂体科以外,其尾蚴均须经二个中间宿主才能完成感染期——囊蚴的发育。有的吸虫第二中间宿主即为第一中间宿主,尾蚴(如 Echinostoma revolutum)从螺体逸出至水中后再侵入原来或另一螺体结囊,或尾蚴(如 Echinoparyphium recuvatum)离开裂蚴后再在自身螺体结囊。有的吸虫除第一中间宿主为螺狮外,其第二中间宿主可为另一种贝类,或甲壳类、桡足类、昆虫、鱼类等,而第二中间宿主不同于第一中间宿主者,则又在其第一中间宿主发现囊蚴属罕见。本文是在日本棘隙吸虫(Echinocasmus japonicusTanabe,1926)的第一中间宿主纹沼螺(Parafossarulus striatulus)体内发现日本棘隙吸虫囊蚴的报告,现记述如下。     

牛、羊胰脏枝睾阔盘吸虫的生活史研究

本文报导我省北部山区浦城县九牧公社所发现的牛、羊及野生反刍动物獐,麂枝睪阔盘吸虫病纯一的流行区,当地耕牛本吸虫病的感染率高达83—100％,平均93.6％。病牛普遍瘦弱无力,经常死亡。首次报导了:枝睪阔盘吸虫的全部生活史及其各发育期的形态特征;同型阔纹蜗牛自然感染枝睪阔盘吸虫幼虫期,经人工感染试验发现针蟀是本吸虫的第二中间宿主,并介绍了人工感染的针蟀喂饲则断奶的山羊羔的试验。对本病的传播媒介针蟀种类进行观察,认为是和小针蟀(Nemobius caibae)同种。此外,叙述寄生在耕牛胰脏表面小胰管中一种圆睾阔盘吸虫新种。     

渤海湾虾蟹类的复殖吸虫

初步了天津渤海湾几种虾蟹寄生复殖吸虫的状况。其中日本大眼蟹（Ｍａｃｒｏｐｈｔｈａｌｍｕｓ ｊａｐｏｎｉｃｕｓ）体内已发现有２种吸虫囊呦,经体外培养,获得一种策茎科成虫－后睾异类茎吸虫（Ａｌｌｏｍｉｃｒｏｐｈａｌｌｏｉｄｅｓ ｏｐｉｓｔｈｏｒｒｃｈｉｓ）和另一种隐孔科侧孔吸虫（Ｐａｒａｇｏｎｏ ｓｐ．）的童虫。此项研究发现了后睾异类茎吸虫的中间宿主,囊蚴的形态和新的囊蚴分布区,进一步描述了侧孔吸虫的     

湖北省咸宁市华支睾吸虫病流行病学调查

目的：调查研究湖北省咸宁市居民华支睾吸虫感染与患病状况．方法：流行病学随机抽样调查中间宿主、保虫宿主和当地人群．结果：发现第一中间宿主2科5种，尾蚴感染季节为5～9月；第二中间宿主以麦穗鱼感染率最高，棒花鱼次之，虾未发现阳性；保虫宿主主要以家猫和犬为主；人群感染者各年龄组均有，感染率以20岁以下青少年组为最高；人群感染的主要方式是半生食或生食含华支睾吸虫囊蚴的鱼虾．讨论：咸宁市存在华支睾吸虫生活史各个阶段的动物宿主，疫源地分布较广，部分调查点人群感染率较高．加强卫生宣教。把住“病从口入”关是防止华支睾吸虫感染，控制华支睾吸虫病流行的有效措施．     

武夷山脊椎动物寄生蠕虫一百二十种

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
