以膨胀珍珠岩(Expanded perlite,EP)为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备出TiO2/EP光催化剂.以正辛烷模拟水面溢油,通过TiO2/EP光催化降解辛烷实验并结合XRD、BET比表面分析,对影响负载型光催化剂的催化活性进行了研究.结果表明:以20-40目的膨胀珍珠岩为载体,TiO2含量为(wt)7%,在450℃下活化7 h制得的TiO2/EP光催化剂活性最高,在光强为167μW/cm2的紫外灯下照射3 h后,正辛烷的降解率达到87.56%.  相似文献

为提高可见光在降解染料废水过程中的利用率,以珍珠岩为载体,制备了负载型介孔TiO2催化剂.分析了焙烧时间和负载次数对催化剂降解亚甲基蓝性能的影响及其动力学规律,并用SEM扫描电镜进行了形貌表征.研究结果表明:焙烧时间超过1.5 h时,催化剂活性随焙烧时间的增加而降低,在最佳焙烧时间1.5 h的条件下,可见光对亚甲基蓝的降解率达71.59%;多次负载有利于催化剂活性的提高,其中负载3次的降解效果最佳珍珠岩呈现出疏松多孔结构,珍珠岩负载1次的二氧化钛较少;负载3次的较多,分布比较均匀;负载5次的二氧化钛较集中,但不及负载3次的多.所制备的催化剂降解亚甲基蓝反应都符合一级或准一级动力学规律,其中焙烧时间为1.5 h及负载次数为3次时的一级反应速率常数分别达到最高.  相似文献

以椰壳活性炭和煤质活性炭颗粒为载体,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了活性炭负载二氧化钛的复合光催化剂,并对其光催化降解亚甲基蓝的活性进行评价.结果表明:复合光催化剂的光催化降解效果比纯二氧化钛好.载体的结构显著影响着复合光催化剂的活性.椰壳活性炭因其具有更丰富的孔体积和更大的比表面积,对亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解率明显要高于煤质活性炭负载二氧化钛复合型光催化剂.随着煅烧温度的升高,复合光催化剂的效果越来越好.  相似文献

1987年10月20日,膨胀珍珠岩及膨胀珍珠岩制品憎水试验研究通过省级鉴定.本试验所处理的膨胀珍珠岩和膨胀珍珠岩制品,经国家建委建筑科学院物理研究所等科研部门测试分析,达到或接近国内外选进水平,填补了河南省的空白.该项目是由我院化学系讲师陈远昆、刘菊珍二同志完成的.这个研究对于综合利用珍珠岩,提高膨胀珍珠岩制品质量,降低能源消耗,扩大珍珠岩制品生产,有较大的应用价值.  相似文献

选用20~30目珍珠岩矿砂和20~30目膨胀珍珠岩作为混凝土的细骨料,替代一定量的砂子,采用微观角度和宏观角度相结合的方法研究了珍珠岩种类和替代率对混凝土基本力学性能的影响.试验结果表明:将表面圆润的20~30目膨胀珍珠岩掺入混凝土中,膨胀珍珠岩混凝土的保水性比珍珠岩矿砂混凝土更好.膨胀珍珠岩混凝土(20%替代率)的水化反应温差峰值跟基准混凝土的基本一致,达到峰值的时间提前.通过试验综合分析发现,选取20~30目膨胀珍珠岩,替代率为20%左右时,珍珠岩混凝土的基本力学性能最为优异.  相似文献

采用真空浸润法制备一种定型复合相变材料,其中癸酸(CA)和棕榈酸(PA)低共熔物为相变工作物质,膨胀珍珠岩(EP)为载体材料。通过FT-IR、SEM、DSC和TG等手段研究定型相变材料的化学稳定性、微观结构、热性能和热稳定性。结果表明:CA-PA合金通过物理结合被均匀地吸附在膨胀珍珠岩的孔道中。膨胀珍珠岩吸附CA-PA合金的最佳质量分数为55%,熔融潜热、凝固潜热分别为81.5、79.7J/g,对应的熔融温度、凝固温度分别为27.9、19.1℃。冷热循环1 000次后,CA-PA/EP定型复合相变材料的热性能基本不变,具有很好的稳定性。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
