卫星二次分离方案仿真研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
首先借助Adams软件对多星二次分离方案建立简化的分离系统模型,研究卫星质量,子星分布特性,分离参数等因素对小卫星二次分离的影响,并选择合理参数值对多星二次分离过程仿真。然后,为验证模型,对二次分离进行了动力学计算,得到子星分离速度和角速度值。对比两者结果一致,验证了ADAMS模型计算的正确性。仿真研究对小卫星设计具有重要实际意义,为我国新一代小卫星的多级分离技术的研究提供依据和参考。
Abstract:
Firstly,the simplified model of satellite separation system was built for secondary separation schemes,and the elements of affecting micro-satellite secondary separation were analyzed,such as micro-satellite mass,distributing character and separation parameters,and then ADAMS simulation was applied to the multi-satellites secondary separation based on the optimized parameters. After that,in order to verify model,the dynamic calculating was carried out and velocity and angle velocity of secondary separation were obtained. Finally,it could be concluded that the Adams model was correct comparing dynamics results. The results are a good reference to satellite design and step separate technology of new generation satellite.  相似文献

针对汽车电子稳定性控制系统的开发,提出了集成ADAMS/Car的整车虚拟样机、MATLAB/Simulink的虚拟控制器和LabVIEW的测控平台的汽车电子稳定性控制的硬件在环仿真方法(VCHIL),阐述了该方法的实现原理,讨论了基于虚拟集成技术的硬件在环仿真系统的组成及其相互关系,并以此为向导,研制了汽车电子稳定程序(ESP)的硬件在环仿真实验平台,并进行了实验验证。
Abstract:
Aiming at the development of ESP system,hardware-in-loop simulation method based on virtual cross technology (VCHIL),which combined virtual modal by ADAMS/CAR,virtual controller by MATLAB/Simulink and LabVIEW platform,was addressed.The realization principle of the method was introduced.The structure and relation between parts of hardware-in-loop simulation system based on virtual cross technology were discussed,and according to these,the hardware-in-loop simulation testing platform was developed.Test on this platform was performed and the results were analyzed and compared.  相似文献

高速卷绕头是化纤长丝纺丝机的重要单元机,国内之前研究相对较少。采用虚拟产品开发技术进行高速卷绕头新产品开发的技术创新,提高卷绕头产品开发效率。与同类研究类似,在高速卷绕头产品的虚拟开发过程中,集成CAD/CAE系统存在若干技术瓶颈。基于CAD/CAE系统集成方法的对比分析,建立了主模型CAD/CAE集成框架,并在该框架下进行了高速卷绕头锭轴结构参数优化设计,其优化设计的动力性能分析结果验证了基于主模型CAD/CAE集成框架进行高速卷绕锭轴部件虚拟开发的有效性。
Abstract:
Researches based on the high speed winder, which is a key unit machine for filaments treatment, are relatively rare in China. The techniques of virtual product development (VPD) were applied to improve the new product development of the high speed winder, which would raise the product development efficiency of the high speed winder. Similarly to the research of this kind, in the procedure of developing the virtual product for the high speed winder, there were several key technical problems in the CAD/CAE integrated system. The contrast analysis of the CAD/CAE integrated methods was given; furthermore, the CAD/CAE integrated framework based on master model was built, in which the structural parameters of the high-speed winder chuck was optimized for design. The dynamic characteristics analysis for the optimization design was done; consequently, the result indicates that in the CAD/CAE integrated framework based on master model, the structural parameter optimization of high-speed winder chuck is available.  相似文献

重载列车和准高速动车组的运行,使轮轨之间的粘着经常处于极限状态,因此需要研究更先进的控制方法来优化利用粘着力。建立了包括牵引系统、控制系统和机车多体动力学模型的多学科虚拟样机仿真平台。使用机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS/Rail建立了某种电力机车的多体动力学仿真模型;利用MATLAB建立了组合粘着控制算法;通过联合仿真实现了针对机车粘着控制系统的多学科虚拟样机仿真。联合仿真平台成为了沟通粘着控制方法理论研究和试验研究的桥梁,为智能控制方法在粘着系统中的应用提供了有效的仿真环境。
Abstract:
With heavy-haul train and high-speed electric multiple unit (EMU) operation,the adhesion between wheel and rail often reaches limit states.Therefore the advanced control arithmetic should be studied to optimize the use of the adhesion force.A simulation platform was built including traction system,control system and multi-body dynamics model of an locomotive.The model of the electric locomotive was established with ADAMS/Rail (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems).Then a hybrid adhesion control algorithm was designed using MATLAB.The adhesion control system can be studied with co-simulation of different simulation tools.The theoretical and experimental studies are realized with the simulation platform.It provides a new and effective ways to study the adhesion control.  相似文献

分析装甲装备月份维修计划的制订目前存在的问题,通过研究任务与装甲装备月份维修计划之间的相关关系,提出了根据任务的强度确定维修时机为优化目标的维修计划优化模型,统筹考虑维修资源、规章制度等因素。经LINGO软件仿真验证,结果显示该模型能够极大化装备的使用效益,实现科学化、精确化的送修,以及对装备的集约化管理。
Abstract:
The problems were analyzed that lay in the formulation of the armored equipment month maintenance plan. Based on researches about the relationship between the mission and the month maintenance plan, a maintenance plan optimization formulation model was brought forward. The model took factors such as maintenance resources, rules and regulations into overall consideration, and selected maintenance opportunity based on the strength of the mission as optimization goal. The model was validated by LINGO simulation. The result shows that the model can not only maximize the use efficiency, but also realize the scientific and precise delivery and the intensive management of the equipment which needs preventive maintenance.  相似文献

How to reduce downtime and improve availability of the complex equipment is very important. Although the unscheduled downtime(USDT) issues of the equipment are very complex, the self-organized criticality(SOC) is the right theory to study complex systems evolution and opens up a new window to the investigation of disasters, such as the sudden failure of the equipment. Firstly,SOC theory and its validation method are introduced. Then an SOC validation method for USDT of the equipment is proposed based on the above theory. Case study is done on bottleneck equipment in a factory and corresponding data pre-process work is done. The rescaled-range(R/S) analysis method is used to calculate the Hurst exponent of USDT time-series data in order to determine the long-range correlation of USDT data on time scale;at the same time the spatial power-law characteristic of USDT time series data is studied. The result shows that the characteristics of SOC are revealed in USDT data of the equipment according to the criterion of SOC. In addition, based on the characteristics of SOC,the overall framework of the prediction method for major sudden failure of the equipment is proposed based on SOC.  相似文献

A new method for image fusion based on Contourlet transform and cycle spinning is proposed. Contourlet transform is a flexible multiresolution, local and directional image expansion, also provids a sparse representation for two-dimensional piece-wise smooth signals resembling images. Due to lack of translation invariance property in Contourlet transform, the conventional image fusion algorithm based on Contourlet transform introduces many artifacts. According to the theory of cycle spinning applied to image denoising, an invariance transform can reduce the artifacts through a series of processing efficiently. So the technology of cycle spinning is introduced to develop the translation invariant Contourlet fusion algorithm. This method can effectively eliminate the Gibbs-like phenomenon, extract the characteristics of original images, and preserve more important information. Experimental results show the simplicity and effectiveness of the method and its advantages over the conventional approaches.  相似文献

Nonlinearity and implicitness are common degradation features of the stochastic degradation equipment for prognostics.These features have an uncertain effect on the remaining useful life(RUL)prediction of the equipment.The current data-driven RUL prediction method has not systematically studied the nonlinear hidden degradation modeling and the RUL distribution function.This paper uses the nonlinear Wiener process to build a dual nonlinear implicit degradation model.Based on the historical measured data of similar equipment,the maximum likelihood estimation algorithm is used to estimate the fixed coefficients and the prior distribution of a random coefficient.Using the on-site measured data of the target equipment,the posterior distribution of a random coefficient and actual degradation state are step-by-step updated based on Bayesian inference and the extended Kalman filtering algorithm.The analytical form of the RUL distribution function is derived based on the first hitting time distribution.Combined with the two case studies,the proposed method is verified to have certain advantages over the existing methods in the accuracy of prediction.  相似文献

为了减小剪叉式升降台运动过程中的加速度和节点力,以内装式液压单片剪叉式升降台为研究对象,推导了液压缸驱动速度与机构运动速度的关系,利用ADAMS软件进行了机-液联合动力学仿真,分析了液压系统中方向控制阀的控制函数对机构运动学特性的影响,得到了控制函数的优选方案。其分析方法与结论对剪叉式升降台及其液压系统设计具有指导作用。
Abstract:
In order to reduce the acceleration and force of scissors elevating platform in the process of motion, the relationship between the velocity of hydraulic cylinder and scissor mechanism was derived for the single scissors mechanism. The dynamic property of scissors elevating platform was analyzed using by ADAMS software. The influence of the control function for the dynamic property was studied, and the optimum project of control function was acquired. The methods and conclusions are available for designers of scissors elevating platform and hydraulic circuit.  相似文献

The concept and advantage of reconfigurable technology is introduced. A kind of processor architecture of re configurable macro processor (RMP) model based on FPGA array and DSP is put forward and has been implemented. Two image algorithms are developed: template-based automatic target recognition and zone labeling. One is estimating for motion direction in the infrared image background, another is line picking-up algorithm based on image zone labeling and phase grouping technique. It is a kind of "hardware" function that can be called by the DSP in high-level algorithm. It is also a kind of hardware algorithm of the DSP. The results of experiments show the reconfigurable computing technology based on RMP is an ideal accelerating means to deal with the high-speed image processing tasks. High real time performance is obtained in our two applications on RMP.  相似文献

面向动态指控过程中指挥权限跨域重构与资源点对点动态调配需求,基于区块链技术设计了动态指控组织架构模型,在此基础上分别研究了基于认证联盟与共识阈值的权限流转模型、基于任务表单和装备表单的任务执行模型,并依托智能合约建立了应急响应机制,为动态指控中指挥权限可信流转与装备点对点访问提供了解决方案。通过Hyperledger Fabric搭建原型系统,实验结果证明了方案具备可信性与较好的运行效率。  相似文献

分析了装备保障过程中远程监测和网络协作故障诊断技术研究的必要性、意义和效益,提出了以公共对象请求代理体系结构(common object request broker architecture,CORBA)为基础的复杂装备网络化故障诊断体系的架构及其实现方案。系统采用现场总线技术组建测控子系统,实现了分布式监控;采用CORBA技术屏蔽了软硬件平台、数据库及网络协议上的异构性,并融入智能代理技术使之进一步具有监测诊断的智能性和自主性;采用KIF实现了知识的共享和重用;采用移动计算技术提高了计算效率。整个系统具有经济、开放、安全、可靠等特点。  相似文献

平行仿真技术是近年来系统建模与仿真领域的新兴仿真技术,已经成为研究前沿。从战场指挥决策领域、装备任务规划领域和装备维修保障领域对仿真技术的新需求出发,归纳了以往仿真技术面临的突出问题,即领域模型固定,不具备自适应演化能力。提出了装备平行仿真技术的概念,并指出其应具备的特点,系统梳理了装备平行仿真技术的理论缘起和相关技术研究现状,并对主要相关技术进行了对比分析。在装备维修保障领域中,侧重讨论了面向装备剩余寿命预测的平行仿真技术,分析了模型定位问题和技术框架,探讨了主要建模技术,包括装备退化状态在线感知、装备退化状态空间模型构建、装备退化状态空间模型演化,为下一步开发面向装备剩余寿命预测的平行仿真原型系统提供了技术思路。  相似文献

基于备件库存在装备保障中的重要作用,提出了备件延期交货量、无延期交货概率、平均等待时间及短缺风险四个新的、能反映库存供应能力的指标,并建立了基于备件需求率的指标模型。在此基础上,利用Mento-Carlo法、数理统计、计算机仿真等理论建立了一种面向任务的备件库存供应能力仿真模型。实例表明该仿真模型能实现对库存供应能力指标的仿真,仿真结果不仅可以定量分析影响备件库存供应能力的因素,还可为确定合理备件库存策略,提高武器装备的保障能力提供决策依据。  相似文献

针对有效开展导弹装备军民一体化维修保障及其训练的需求,提出了开发导弹装备军民一体化维修保障仿真系统的课题. 在分析导弹装备军民一体化维修保障系统的基础上,设计了基于HLA的导弹装备军民一体化维修保障仿真系统体系结构, 开发了联邦成员的对象模型,并运用RTI实现了联邦成员间的信息交互. 最后,设计了仿真系统的仿真流程、时间管理服务和所有权管理服务. 该仿真系统可为提高器材及其他保障资源利用率、科学制定保障方案、加强军民双方协调指挥控制能力提供一个技术平台.  相似文献
