重载列车和准高速动车组的运行,使轮轨之间的粘着经常处于极限状态,因此需要研究更先进的控制方法来优化利用粘着力。建立了包括牵引系统、控制系统和机车多体动力学模型的多学科虚拟样机仿真平台。使用机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS/Rail建立了某种电力机车的多体动力学仿真模型;利用MATLAB建立了组合粘着控制算法;通过联合仿真实现了针对机车粘着控制系统的多学科虚拟样机仿真。联合仿真平台成为了沟通粘着控制方法理论研究和试验研究的桥梁,为智能控制方法在粘着系统中的应用提供了有效的仿真环境。
Abstract:
With heavy-haul train and high-speed electric multiple unit (EMU) operation,the adhesion between wheel and rail often reaches limit states.Therefore the advanced control arithmetic should be studied to optimize the use of the adhesion force.A simulation platform was built including traction system,control system and multi-body dynamics model of an locomotive.The model of the electric locomotive was established with ADAMS/Rail (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems).Then a hybrid adhesion control algorithm was designed using MATLAB.The adhesion control system can be studied with co-simulation of different simulation tools.The theoretical and experimental studies are realized with the simulation platform.It provides a new and effective ways to study the adhesion control.  相似文献

为实现ISG混合动力汽车最大限度地回收再生制动能量,并保证其制动安全性,提出了一种协调再生制动系统和液压制动系统制动力矩动态分配的控制算法。该控制算法以路面识别为基础,以在制动过程中车轮滑移率为路面的最佳滑移率为控制目标,实时计算并动态调整前后轮液压制动力矩和再生制动力矩,保证在制动过程中车轮获得最大的附着系数。仿真结果验证了所制定的控制算法的稳定性和有效性。
Abstract:
In order to recycle braking energy as much as possible and ensure the safety in braking for ISG Hybrid Electric Vehicles,a novel coordinated control algorithm was proposed for dynamical distribution between regenerative braking torque and hydraulic braking torque.To assure that the adhesion coefficient of wheels is maximal during braking,the control algorithm based on the Road identification synchronously calculates and dynamically adjusts front wheel hydraulic braking torque,rear wheel hydraulic braking torque,regenerative braking torque and makes Slip Ratio of wheels equal to Optimal Slip Ratio all along.The simulation results show that the proposed control algorithm is steady and effective.  相似文献

This paper presents the development of dynamic simulation of a flexible plate structure with various boundary conditions. A flexible square plate is considered. A finite-difference method is used to discretise the governing partial differential equation formulation describing its dynamic behaviour. The model thus developed has been validated against characteristic parameters of the plate. The model thus developed is further formulated using discrete state-space representation, to allow easy and fast implementation for simulating the dynamic behaviour of the plate with various boundary conditions. The simulation algorithm thus developed is validated, and accurate results with representation of the first five modes of vibration of the plate have been achieved. The algorithm thus developed is used in subsequent research work as a platform for development and verification of suitable control strategies for vibration suppression of flexible plate structures.  相似文献

高速卷绕头是化纤长丝纺丝设备单元机,其运动机构组成和工作性能直接影响着高速纺丝质量和技术本身。运用虚拟样机技术,通过实体建模软件Solidworks和系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS建立了包括兔子头、锭轴及压丝辊等关重件的运动学、动力学分析模型,对其动态特性进行了仿真计算和曲线分析。这不仅为机电一体化系统整机模型的建立打下了基础,同时,为实际物理样机关键部件的结构设计和参数优化设计提供了依据。
Abstract:
The high speed winder is an important spinning equipment, whose assemblies and their performances influence the spinning property and the spinning technology itself. The kinematics and dynamic model of its key parts were built in Solidworks, and based those models, the motion processes were simulated in ADAMS using virtual prototype technology. The kinematic curves of rabbit head, spindle and surface roller were obtained and analyzed. These play a foundation for the whole system simulation based on mechanical-electronic model, and provide evidences for the structure parameter optimization design of the physical equipment.  相似文献

一个能对不同飞行器进行仿真的综合性平台对飞行器建模和飞行控制算法设计等理论研究工作具有重要意义。采用基于UML的面向对象的程序设计方法,综合利用网络通信与3D视景仿真,数据库,模型库等技术,构建了基于局域网的分布式通用3D飞行仿真平台。通过为飞行器模型设计合适的接口,该平台可以适用于多种飞行器的仿真,大大减少了数据和代码的冗余,具有良好的飞行器通用性和功能扩展性。

针对汽车电子稳定性控制系统的开发,提出了集成ADAMS/Car的整车虚拟样机、MATLAB/Simulink的虚拟控制器和LabVIEW的测控平台的汽车电子稳定性控制的硬件在环仿真方法(VCHIL),阐述了该方法的实现原理,讨论了基于虚拟集成技术的硬件在环仿真系统的组成及其相互关系,并以此为向导,研制了汽车电子稳定程序(ESP)的硬件在环仿真实验平台,并进行了实验验证。

将航天器的质量、质心和转动惯量调配到一定目标范围内,可以降低航天器姿态控制的难度,提高航天器姿态控制的准确性,利用虚拟样机技术和数值优化技术的相关软件设计了航天器配重仿真优化方法,能够对航天器进行构件设计,仿真装配、动力学分析和可变装配参数优化,能够支持构件可变质量优化和装配位置优化,最后通过空间机器人地面气浮仿真平台的配重实例验证了配重方法的正确性,结果表明该方法可以有效地对航天器进行配重优化。
Abstract:
The mass, centroid and moment of inertia of spacecraft, regulated at a certain target range, can reduce the difficulty and improve accuracy in spacecraft stance control. The relative software of virtual prototyping and numerical optimization techniques were used for designing the methods of simulation and optimization in spacecraft balance. The methods could make spacecraft devised in components, simulation assembly, dynamic analysis and parameter optimization of variable assembly and support the components of variable quality optimization and assembly location optimization. The accuracy of balancing platform was validated by the balancing example of space robot ground floatation simulation platform. The result shows that spacecraft can be effectively balanced and optimized by this method.  相似文献

为了验证无人潜水器系统的软件逻辑及智能控制系统的硬件体系、数据接口和可靠性,通过对其体系结构中的决策层进行实物仿真,对感知层和行为层进行功能性虚拟仿真来构建半实物仿真平台。详细阐述了该平台的硬件和软件体系结构,对虚拟仿真中的运动仿真、传感器仿真以及实物仿真中智能控制系统的设计做出了说明,进行了自主避障仿真试验和远距离航行仿真试验,该半实物仿真平台对实际海试具有重要的参考价值。
Abstract:
To verify the system software logic of a newly designed autonomous underwater vehicle and the hardware architecture,data interface and reliability of the intelligent control system,the semi physical simulation platform was established by combining physical simulation of decision layer with virtual simulation of perception and behavior layer.The hardware and software architecture of the simulation platform were explained in detail.The virtual simulations of motion,sensors and physical simulation of intelligent control system were described.Finally,the obstacle avoidance simulation and long voyage simulation tests were conducted,and the platform is important for the success of sea experiments.  相似文献

针对目前液压缸实验台存在不足,把非对称阀控制非对称液压缸这一思想应用于系统设计中,建立了非功率回收方式的液压缸实验台。采用功率键合图法建立了该液压系统动态特性数学模型。利用变步长的Runge-Kutta法探讨了管径、负载等参数对液压系统动态特性的影响规律。通过Laplace-Itae建立了寻优准则,并利用ODE变换法对其仿真模型进行了参数优化。研究结果表明,把功率键合图法与ODE转换法结合起来对液压系统进行动态特性仿真,既能全面地包含系统中各元件的动态效应,又可以减少计算量和计算时间。  相似文献

以液压驱动的大型装置起竖系统为研究对象,选择Pro/E、ADAMS、AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink作为软件环境,探讨了蔓杂机电灌一体化系统建模与协同仿真的实现策略。利用Pro/E和ADAMS软件建立起竖机械系统多体动力学模型,利用AMESim软件建立起竖液压系统的模型,利用Simulink建立控制系统的模型,并以MATLAB/Simulink为主仿真环境,通过软件接口将多锥动力学模型和液压系统模型集成到MATLAB/Simuilnk中,并利用参数关联构建系境完整的仿真模型,赛现了机械,液压、控制系境仿真模型的有机集成。研究结果对复杂机电液一体化系统的协同仿真与优化设计具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

应用流体力学基本原理,从理论上分析了液压传感器的动力学和运动学特性,推导出用锁离合器控制阀开启压力的计算公式;建立了控制阀和闭锁离合器的力学方程和运动学方程,采用SIMULINK仿真工具箱建立了仿真模型,以假想的涡轮转速作为输入,得到闭锁离合器活塞位移曲线和负载压力曲线,并和现场实验得到的结果比较,验证了仿真模型的正确性.液压控制闭锁离合器的动态仿真对合理设计控制阀以及闭锁离合器的控制方式的研究有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

探讨了基于Simulink平台的液压起升机构建模与仿真方法。利用Simulink的SimMechaics模块集建立了起升机构的机械模型,采用改进的节流流量模型,基于节点法建模思想建立了易于计算机求解的液压系统模型,根据液压、机械系统的参数关联关系将两个系统模型有机集成起来,得到较为完整的液压起竖机构仿真模型,并给出了仿真结果,对起升机构的性能分析和智能控制算法的应用研究具有实际意义。同时指出,该方法能够实现机械、液压、控制系统仿真模型的有机集成,对复杂机电液一体化系统的仿真与优化研究具有借鉴意义。  相似文献
