针对汽车电子稳定性控制系统的开发,提出了集成ADAMS/Car的整车虚拟样机、MATLAB/Simulink的虚拟控制器和LabVIEW的测控平台的汽车电子稳定性控制的硬件在环仿真方法(VCHIL),阐述了该方法的实现原理,讨论了基于虚拟集成技术的硬件在环仿真系统的组成及其相互关系,并以此为向导,研制了汽车电子稳定程序(ESP)的硬件在环仿真实验平台,并进行了实验验证。
Abstract:
Aiming at the development of ESP system,hardware-in-loop simulation method based on virtual cross technology (VCHIL),which combined virtual modal by ADAMS/CAR,virtual controller by MATLAB/Simulink and LabVIEW platform,was addressed.The realization principle of the method was introduced.The structure and relation between parts of hardware-in-loop simulation system based on virtual cross technology were discussed,and according to these,the hardware-in-loop simulation testing platform was developed.Test on this platform was performed and the results were analyzed and compared.  相似文献

为了验证无人潜水器系统的软件逻辑及智能控制系统的硬件体系、数据接口和可靠性,通过对其体系结构中的决策层进行实物仿真,对感知层和行为层进行功能性虚拟仿真来构建半实物仿真平台。详细阐述了该平台的硬件和软件体系结构,对虚拟仿真中的运动仿真、传感器仿真以及实物仿真中智能控制系统的设计做出了说明,进行了自主避障仿真试验和远距离航行仿真试验,该半实物仿真平台对实际海试具有重要的参考价值。
Abstract:
To verify the system software logic of a newly designed autonomous underwater vehicle and the hardware architecture,data interface and reliability of the intelligent control system,the semi physical simulation platform was established by combining physical simulation of decision layer with virtual simulation of perception and behavior layer.The hardware and software architecture of the simulation platform were explained in detail.The virtual simulations of motion,sensors and physical simulation of intelligent control system were described.Finally,the obstacle avoidance simulation and long voyage simulation tests were conducted,and the platform is important for the success of sea experiments.  相似文献

为了减小剪叉式升降台运动过程中的加速度和节点力,以内装式液压单片剪叉式升降台为研究对象,推导了液压缸驱动速度与机构运动速度的关系,利用ADAMS软件进行了机-液联合动力学仿真,分析了液压系统中方向控制阀的控制函数对机构运动学特性的影响,得到了控制函数的优选方案。其分析方法与结论对剪叉式升降台及其液压系统设计具有指导作用。
Abstract:
In order to reduce the acceleration and force of scissors elevating platform in the process of motion, the relationship between the velocity of hydraulic cylinder and scissor mechanism was derived for the single scissors mechanism. The dynamic property of scissors elevating platform was analyzed using by ADAMS software. The influence of the control function for the dynamic property was studied, and the optimum project of control function was acquired. The methods and conclusions are available for designers of scissors elevating platform and hydraulic circuit.  相似文献

首先介绍了分布实时仿真系统的四层体系结构,从而引出支撑系统KD-DRT;再提出采用这种分层的分布实时仿真技术构建精确制导武器的雷达射频信号半实物仿真系统;对系统模块的层次化分解以及分布系统的时间同步策略进行了分析,最后给出了系统的具体实现结构,验证了KD-DRT针对雷达信号级分布实时仿真的有效性。
Abstract:
4-tier hiberarchy was put forward as the standard architecture of distributed real-time simulation system, and KD-DRT was introduced as a supporting platform. A radar RF signal simulation system for precisely guided missile was constructed based on KD-DRT. The system modules were arranged to different layer according to its time restriction and the time synchronization method of the distributed system was studied. At last, the simulation system was constructed and the efficiency of KD-DRT in simulation of radar signal was proved.  相似文献

A kind of networked control system with network-induced delay and packet dropout, modeled on asynchronous dynamical systems was tested, and the integrity design of the networked control system with sensors failures and actuators failures was analyzed using hybrid systems technique based on the robust fault-tolerant control theory. The parametric expression of controller is given based on the feasible solution of linear matrix inequality. The simulation results are provided on the basis of detailed theoretical analysis, which further demonstrate the validity of the proposed schema.  相似文献

目前众多学者致力于将当前先进的控制理论应用到船舶运动控制领域,但在实际船舶上验证这些先进的控制算法面临很多困难,为此,设计并实现一套船舶运动控制硬件在环仿真系统。该系统包括船舶运动DSP控制器,船舶运动仿真系统,控制与监测系统三部分,对相关硬件电路和软件设计进行了研究。系统测试结果表明该系统性能良好,为在实验室环境下进行船舶运动控制算法研究和船舶运动控制器开发提供了一个有效的测试平台。
Abstract:
Many scholars devote to applying current advanced control theories to the ship motion control.However,there are many difficulties in verifying the performance of the control theories.In the view of this contradiction,a hardware-in-loop simulation system for ship motion control was designed,which includes ship motion controller based on DSP,ship motion simulation system,and control-monitoring system.The relative design of hardware and software was discussed.The simulation results show that the proposed hardware-in-loop simulation system has satisfactory performance and it can provide an effective test platform for the study of the ship motion control theories and the development of the ship motion controller in the laboratory environment.  相似文献

A kind of networked control system is studied; the networked control system with noise disturbance is modeled based on information scheduling and control co-design. Augmented state matrix analysis method is introduced, and robust fault-tolerant control problem of networked control systems with noise disturbance under actuator failures is studied. The parametric expression of the controller under actuator failures is given. Furthermore, the result is analyzed by simulation tests, which not only satisfies the networked control systems stability, but also decreases the data information number in network channel and makes full use of the network resources.  相似文献

为了验证星载计算机的软/硬件性能,建立了以两个星载计算机为核心的卫星编队仿真验证系统。介绍了该系统的软、硬件构成,重点解决了动力学仿真机与星载计算机CAN总线双向数据传输、动力学仿真机以及星载计算机的进程同步、星载计算机的无线通信以及实时驱动STK场景动画显示等问题。在成功实现系统的基础上,进行了双星编队自主维持控制仿真。仿真结果校验了系统设计的合理性以及软硬件接口的正确性。
Abstract:
To verify the software and hardware performance of the on-board computer, a demonstration simulation system for formation flying satellites was established based on two on-board computers. The software and hardware architecture of the simulation system were introduced, and the key problems of the data communication between the dynamic simulation computers and the on-board computers via CAN bus, the synchronization of the dynamic simulation computers and the on-board computers, the wireless communication of the on-board computers, and the real-time visualization animation by driving STK were solved. Based on the developed processor-in-the-loop simulation system, the autonomous formation keeping control for dual satellites was performed. The simulation results demonstrate the validity of the simulation system and the correctness of the software and hardware interfaces.  相似文献

针对一类采用有限能量供电的新型航空电驱动系统,研究系统的最小损耗电流控制及母线电压直接前馈控制问题。提出一种考虑电机铁损的永磁同步电机(PMSM)Γ型等效电路模型,推导满足电机电磁损耗最小的励磁电流表达式。电机转子磁链定向控制,在dq轴电流解耦控制中引入dq轴电流近似表达式。同时,针对电源电压跌落现象,在逆变器空间矢量调制算法中引入母线电压的实时检测值。基于dSPACE半物理仿真实验平台,研制成功航空电驱动系统地面半物理仿真实验系统,给出了系统结构设计及基于MATLAB/SIMULINK的实时控制系统模型。实验结果表明,采用最小损耗电流控制及母线电压直接前馈可以扩宽PMSM高效运行范围,有效抑制电源电压扰动对系统的影响。
Abstract:
A loss minimization current control (LMC) and DC bus voltage feedforward control for a novel aero electric propulsion system with limited power supply were researched. The optimal magnetizing current expression was derived from a Γ equivalent circuit,with taking the iron losses of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) into account. Adapting rotor field oriented control,the d and q_axis decoupling current control was designed based on an approximate expression of d and q_axis current. As the output voltage sag of battery packs,the sampled value of DC bus voltage was used in the space vector modulation generation algorithm. Hardware-in-loop (HIL) simulation system for this electric propulsion system,based on dSPACE is constructed and the HIL system structure design and real time control module under MATLAB/Simulink were proposed. A variety of experiments was carried out. And experiments result shows that LMC can extend the PMSM operation area with high efficiency as well as restrain the influence caused by the DC bus voltage sags.  相似文献

将航天器的质量、质心和转动惯量调配到一定目标范围内,可以降低航天器姿态控制的难度,提高航天器姿态控制的准确性,利用虚拟样机技术和数值优化技术的相关软件设计了航天器配重仿真优化方法,能够对航天器进行构件设计,仿真装配、动力学分析和可变装配参数优化,能够支持构件可变质量优化和装配位置优化,最后通过空间机器人地面气浮仿真平台的配重实例验证了配重方法的正确性,结果表明该方法可以有效地对航天器进行配重优化。
Abstract:
The mass, centroid and moment of inertia of spacecraft, regulated at a certain target range, can reduce the difficulty and improve accuracy in spacecraft stance control. The relative software of virtual prototyping and numerical optimization techniques were used for designing the methods of simulation and optimization in spacecraft balance. The methods could make spacecraft devised in components, simulation assembly, dynamic analysis and parameter optimization of variable assembly and support the components of variable quality optimization and assembly location optimization. The accuracy of balancing platform was validated by the balancing example of space robot ground floatation simulation platform. The result shows that spacecraft can be effectively balanced and optimized by this method.  相似文献

分析了电力机车牵引系统动力学模型及其粘着控制问题,利用基于多分辨率分析的模糊系统(MAFS)方法,根据系统输入和输出数据,建立具有优化结构的电力机车粘着控制对象的模糊系统模型。在此基础上,结合粘着控制模型,给出了基于MAFS及其辨识算法的模糊自适应粘着控制器。仿真结果表明该粘着控制方法的可行性和优越性。  相似文献

基于Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)模糊模型,提出了一种感应电机的模糊转速磁链观测器,并实现了一种新的感应电机无速度传感器模糊控制方法。该方法利用Lyapunov稳定性理论分析了观测器的稳定性,通过求解受线性矩阵不等式(LMI)约束的广义特征值问题来得到观测器的反馈矩阵。在Matlab软件平台上,利用SimPowerSystems Blocks(PSB)电气模块和Simulink通常模块搭建了基于模糊观测器的无速度传感器控制系统,仿真实验验证了该系统的正确性。仿真结果表明该方法在全速度范围各种工况下都能稳定工作,准确观测定子磁链和转速。
Abstract:
Based on Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model,a fuzzy speed and flux observer of induction motor (IM) was proposed and a novel speed sensorless fuzzy control for IM drives was developed based on fuzzy observer design. This method utilized Lyapunov stability theory to analyze the stability for the observer. The observer gains were obtained by solving a generalized eigenvalue problem (GEVP) under linear matrix inequality (LMI) constraints. The speed sensorless control system of IM drives on the basis of the fuzzy observer was built with PSB blocks and Simulink blocks in Matlab platform and verified by simulation results. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method could operate stably in whole range of speed with preferable observation precision of stator flux and rotor speed.  相似文献

为了提高SMP2模型在分布式环境下的互操作与可组合性,提出了基于模型驱动架构的分布并行SMP2仿真体系结构。针对分布式环境模型组合的特点,提出了基于代理的SMP2仿真模型分布式组合方法。针对在分布式环境下进行模型调度的两个问题,提出了基于时间管理器和消息管理器的仿真模型分布式并行调度方法。设计实现了原型系统,包括基于空消息的异步仿真协议时间管理器、基于WebService的消息管理器、仿真控制管理器和仿真应用客户端。最后并以导航系统DOP分析仿真为例,验证了方法的可行性,并讨论了下一步研究方向。
Abstract:
To enhance the interoperability and composability of the Simulation Model Portability Standard 2 (SMP2) in distributed environment, a simulation architecture based on Service-Oreinted Architecture (SOA) was promoted. To satisfy the composition and schedule requirment under destributed environment, a proxy-based model composition method and a model schedule method based on time manager and message manager were studied. A prototype system was designed and implemented, including CMB-based time manager, web-service-based message manager, simulation control manager and simulation client. Finally, an application of Navigation System DOP analysis simulation demonstrates the validity and feasibility of the method.  相似文献

针对列车在轨道线路上运行是一个动力学过程,本文研究了列车动力学的计算机仿真。扩展过去的数值仿真模式,从集成综合仿真的角度,建立了数值、几何简化模型和运动模拟相结合的直观仿真方法,给出了数学、列车几何模型和线路等相关模型的建立方法和相互之间的数据协调方式,并对列车的基于图象帧的动态仿真理论进行了深入的研究,形成了列车动力学综合仿真集成软件,在使用过程中得到了良好的评价。  相似文献

针对多机协同作战编队队形控制问题,给出了相应的军事概念模型,提出了基于几何约束的三角形、菱形、主从式等典型树形编队控制模型,并通过可视化仿真技术,构建了可用于制定试飞方案的可视化仿真验证环境。验证结果表明基于该编队队形控制的算法可用于简单的模拟飞行操作和战术对抗、验证飞机模型。
Abstract:
In order to control the form of multi-fighters cooperative combat in formation, the military notion model was introduced. Several typical tree form team models (triangle, lozenge and leader-follower) based on geometry constraint were proposed on multi-fighters flying in formation. Through researching VR technology, a visual simulation testing model platform was built for making a plan of flight-testing mission. The simulation results indicate that the arithmetic can be well used on simulating flight, anti-tactics and valuating the flight models.  相似文献

量子定位系统中精跟踪系统的跟踪精度是高精度定位的前提。针对卫星平台抖动以及工作环境噪声对量子定位系统跟踪精度的影响,建立了带有卫星平台振动信号模型以及有色噪声信号的精跟踪系统模型;设计了自适应强跟踪卡尔曼滤波器(adaptive strong tracking Kalman filter,ASTKF)算法,对状态扰动和输出噪声进行在线估计;并设计ASTKF对精跟踪系统进行闭环跟踪控制。在系统仿真实验中,对ASTKF进行了数值设计;对带有滤波器和比例积分微分(proportion integration differentiation,PID)控制器的精跟踪系统的控制性能,与仅采用PID控制方法以及采用自抗扰控制方法进行了性能对比实验。结果表明:采用带有所提出的ASTKF的PID控制的跟踪精度相较PID及自抗扰控制精度均有明显提高,可以达到量子定位的精跟踪系统对跟踪精度±2 μrad的要求。  相似文献

利用多领域软件构建了基于Simulink的机电液一体化系统集成化仿真平台.分析了机电液一体化系统各领域之间的参数关联关系,提出了基于Simulink的集成化仿真平台框架,研究了各软件之间的组织内部协同仿真方法.以液压驱动的大型起竖系统仿真为例验证仿真平台的可行性和有效性,表明该方法能够实现机械,液压、控制系统仿真模型的有机集成,高效、经济、可靠地处理机电液系统非线性建模仿真和优化控制问题,为机电液一体化系统的协同研发搭建一个支撑平台.  相似文献

为防止腐蚀,舰船上采用了阴极保护系统,却产生了极低频轴频电场,而极低频轴频电场又构成了远场威胁,成为目标追踪的特征信号。提出了基于缩比模型理论的舰船轴频电场仿真系统,同时介绍了该系统的基本组成、实现方法和功能。在仿真过程中通过采用PXI总线和LabVIEW7.1可视化的虚拟仪器系统开发平台,实现了腐蚀电场信号的自动采集,并通过计算机进行分析和处理。仿真结果表明,由腐蚀产生的轴频电场是以轴转速为基频的极低频电场。  相似文献
