在校大学生亚健康现状的分析与对策

了解大学生亚健康的现状,分析在校大学生发生亚健康状态的原因,提出消除大学生亚健康的可行性措施,促进在校大学生的身心健康.以济南大学、山东财政学院和山东大学的在校大学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和访问法.结果显示在校大学生对亚健康的概念了解甚少,对亚健康状态的内外表现认识不全面.学业负担重、不规律的生活节奏、网络的诱惑、就业压力等是导致大学生亚健康状态的主要原因.结论:大学生是处于亚健康状态的多发群体.学校和社会以及其它各个阶层应对大学生的健康给予更多的关注,正确引导大学生预防和消除亚健康.     

高校大学生亚健康成因研究

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计法对湖南城市学院大学生亚健康现状、主要表现症状及相关成因进行了研究与分析.结果显示：湖南城市学院85.27%的在校大学生处于亚健康状态,主要表现为瞌睡、记忆力减退、思维效率低、耐力下降、情绪不稳定.造成湖南城市学院大学生亚健康状态的主要因素有学生对健康和亚健康的认知的偏颇...     

定向运动对改善大学生亚健康状况的研究

该院大学生目前的体质健康状况越来越受社会关注的社会问题,同时大学生存在体质的个体差别大的情况。但是就其原因是更多的学生并不是不健康,更多的学生是处于一个健康与不健康的中间状态即亚健康状态。对于解决亚健康状态有很多的锻炼方式可以加以解决,可是就运动本身来说都要承受一定的运动负荷,不一定适合每一个人,因此,体育工作者急需找到一个可以参与度更高的项目运动来缓解目前学生的亚健康状态。     

大学生亚健康状态的心理因素分析

亚健康是指人体介于健康与疾病之间的一种临界状态.国内学者调查研究发现,我国高校大学生的亚健康状态已经到了不容忽视的境况.除生活习惯、周围环境等因素外,心理状态也是导致大学生身体亚健康状态的重要因素之一,本文主要从大学生的压力、抗压能力、心理调控能力、人生观因素及人格障碍等方面对此进行了阐述,并且对健康教育提出了有针对性的建议,以期改变目前大学生的亚健康状态,改善大学生的健康状况.     

基于耦合模型的广东省生态系统健康时空动态变化

探究广东省2009-2019年的生态系统健康时空动态变化特征,可为广东省社会经济与生态系统健康可持续发展提供数据支持与理论参考。本文基于VOR模型耦合生态服务系统价值并采用最小二乘法优化组合赋权方法构建新的多指标评价体系,对广东省2009-2019年的生态系统健康状况进行评价与分析。结果表明：(1)广东省近11年来生态系统健康状况整体处于二级亚健康及以下水平,呈现北部内陆地区优于南部沿海地区的空间分布特征;(2) )广东省近11年来生态系统健康等级变化主要在二级和三级之间相互转化,生态系统健康等级为二级的区域面积占比呈现起伏状态。处于二级亚健康水平的区域面积占比在2015年、2016年和2018年高达50%以上,生态系统健康状况最好;而2009-2011年以及2019年处于二级亚健康水平的区域面积占比不到30%,生态系统健康状况有变差的趋势。(3)广东省在2009-2019年间生态系统健康状况处于改善的区域面积比退化的区域高4.79%,但2014-2019年间相较于2009-2014年间生态系统健康等级退化的区域面积占比上升23.05%,生态系统健康状况在2014-2019年间出现明显恶化,呈现由二级亚健康水平向三级一般健康水平转化趋势。研究结果从时间和空间上定量分析 2009-2019 年广东省生态系统健康状况,根据南北地区生态系统健康状况差异提出相应政策建议,对推动广东省生态文明建设协调发展具有实际意义。     

高校大学生亚健康状况及运动干预途径研究

当代大学生无论从身体上还是心理上都承受着越来越大的压力,身体处于亚健康状态的占很大比例,为了能使更多的人特别是大学生意识到高校学生的健康状况并积极改善,本文对高校学生的亚健康现状进行分析研究,探讨了大学生进行体育锻炼来抵御亚健康的必要性。     

基于DPSIR模型的城市生态系统健康评价——以衡阳市为例

根据DPSIR模型的原理,从驱动力、压力、状态、影响及响应5个方面建立衡阳市生态系统健康评价指标体系,应用层次分析法赋予指标权重,采用模糊数学方法构建评价模型,对衡阳市2004--2008年生态系统健康状况进行了实证评价研究。结果表明衡阳市的总体健康状况2004年处于病态状况,2005--2007年处于不健康状态,2008年处于亚健康状态,衡阳城市生态系统整体健康状况趋于好转。     

黄冈市在校大学生口腔健康状况与影响因素探析

对黄冈市在校大学生口腔健康状况以及影响因素做出分析,对于明确黄冈市口腔健康宣传与教育目标、提升黄冈市在校大学生口腔健康水平具有重要意义。本文以分析黄冈市在校大学生口腔健康状况、探索黄冈市在校大学生口腔健康状况影响因素为目标,对黄冈市在校大学生口腔健康状况开展了调查,并对调查结果进行了分析。     

大学生亚健康研究现状及发展趋势

随着社会改革的深入,大学生承受着越来越多的压力,心理矛盾更加激烈,为了使社会认识和了解大学生健康状况,本文试图对大学生亚健康的研究现状、主要表现形式等进行阐述。并且从流行病学、生物学、心理学等方面对大学生亚健康状态进行分析研究,在此基础上,提出大学生亚健康研究的发展方向,为大学生健康教育提供一定的理论基础。     

北仑河口近岸海域生态健康分析与评价

【目的】对北仑河口近岸海域生态环境质量现状进行分析,评价该海域的生态系统健康状况。【方法】根据2011年11月对广西北仑河口近岸海域海洋的调查结果,采用《近岸海洋生态健康评价指南》中的河口及海湾生态系统健康评价方法对该海域的生态系统健康状况进行分析与评价。【结果】水环境健康指数、沉积环境健康指数、生物残毒健康指数、栖息地健康指数、生物健康指数分别为11.73、10.00、9.00、10.00、14.24,海域生态系统健康指数为54.97。表明,北仑河口近岸海域水环境和沉积环境都处于健康状态,未受生物残毒污染,而栖息地和生物指标分别处于亚健康和不健康状态;虽然水环境判定为健康状态,但其健康指数已接近亚健康标准阈值,且已呈现富营养化。【结论】综合5类评价因子的评价结果,判定北仑河口近岸海域的生态环境处于亚健康状态。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
