推进城市生态化建设，构建生态文明城市

人类社会正从工业文明向生态文明转化;生态文明城市是生态文明社会的重要组成部分;城市生态化是生态文明城市构建的必然过程;生态文明城市的基本特点是和谐性、高效性、持续性、整体性和区域性;生态文明城市建设需要跨越五个发展阶段。     

环渤海海洋生态文明城市建设的评价体系与水平测度

 从海洋生态文明城市的界定入手,从海洋生态、海洋资源、海洋环境、海洋经济、海洋文化和海洋制度6个方面构建了环渤海海洋生态文明城市建设的水平测度指标体系。研究表明,大连、威海、烟台3市为海洋生态文明建设示范城市;东营、天津2市为海洋生态文明建设先进城市;唐山、盘锦、葫芦岛、营口、丹东、秦皇岛6市为海洋生态文明建设重点城市;潍坊、锦州、滨州、沧州4市为海洋生态文明建设培育城市。基于环渤海海洋生态文明建设水平测度分析,提出了海洋生态文明建设的路径。     

东北地区城市水生态文明建设的思考

以我国正在开展的水生态文明建设为出发点,详细解析了生态文明和生态文明城市的内含以及具体要求。结合东北地区水资源、水环境、水文化现状和特点,论述了东北地区水生态文明建设需考虑的主要内容,为水生态文明城市建设提供参考。     

济南黄河河道内(城区段)建设湿地的研究与探索

从2013年起,济南市还被确定为首个创建全国水生态文明城市的试点城市,将积极开展全国水生态文明城市的创建工作,到2015年率先建成全国水生态文明的先行区、集成区和示范区,到2020年济南市将基本建成全国水生态文明城市。济南黄河河道(城区段)建设湿地将对济南市水生态环境起到极大的改善作用,对济南创建水生态文明城市起到推动作用。     

南阳市水生态文明城市建设举措探析

南阳市为南水北调核心水源区,是全国水生态文明城市建设试点城市之一。本文针对南阳市当前水生态文明城市建设过程中仍存在着各区域进度差异大、管理体制落后、水资源利用率落后等问题,就此探讨建设举措,南阳市可从详实规划、健全法制、加强管理、技术创新等方面下手,旨在形成水生态文明建设新篇章。     

县域城市建设水生态文明城市的调研及思考——以青州市为例

水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基,既不可或缺又无以替代。发展生态水利,实现人水和谐,是生态文明的必要基础和重要标志。建设水生态文明城市,对于统筹解决水资源短缺、水灾害威胁、水生态退化三大水问题,保障经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。青州作为一个县域城市,在水生态文明城市建设中具备特定的优势条件,也取得了一定建设成效,但也存在诸多问题。研究相关问题,有针对性地提出对策,对县域水生态文明城市的建设具有重要意义。     

水生态文明城市建设评价方法及其应用研究

党的十七大提出“建设生态文明”,在此背景下,水利部于2013年提出水生态文明建设,水生态文明城市建设逐渐成为国内水资源管理研究的热点,其评价方法及指标体系均在不断发展之中. 在已有研究中,多运用层次分析法、Delphi法、主成分分析法等主观赋权法进行评价. 熵值法因其客观、科学性近年来在生态评价中得到广泛应用. 本文对比归纳主观赋权法与熵值法在水生态文明城市建设评价中的应用。论述了熵值法在水生态文明城市建设评价中的可行性,并以长江经济带城市群为例进行评价. 结果表明:长三角城市群、成渝城市群和长江中游城市群水生态文明城市建设评分分别为0.584 6、0.485 2和0.556 6分,长三角城市群与长江中游城市群的水生态文明建设明显好于成渝城市群;评价结果与当前长江经济带城市群的水生态文明水平基本一致. 熵值法能够满足水生态文明城市评价的数据和范围要求,且能有效避免主观影响,对于水生态文明城市建设评价是可行的.      

萍乡市水生态文明城市建设研究

萍乡市已列为全国第二批59个水生态文明试点城市之一,萍乡资源枯竭、城市正在转型,迫切需要开展水生态文明建设。萍乡又通过了节水型社会建设试点城市验收,具有良好的实施条件。水生态文明城市建设需紧紧围绕萍乡城区"一轴二核"空间发展布局和市域经济发展总体目标,以可持续发展的治水思路,通过加强水安全、水环境、水生态、水文化的建设,全面构建与萍乡城市发展相适应的协调的水生态系统,本文从萍乡概况、开展水生态文明建设迫切性与可行性、建设思路及措施等四个方面进行了阐述。

文明城市创建视域下的市民素质建设探析——以嘉兴市为例

全国文明城市是市民整体素质和文明程度较高的城市,市民是文明城市的主体,市民素质是城市文明展现的窗口。实地考察嘉兴市的文明城市创建活动,不难发现少数市民文明素质依然缺失,究其原因是多种因素互相作用的结果。因此,我们应通过建立相应的领导机制和监督机制、拓展市民素质教育的多条途径、完善市民素质建设的环境保障机制等,提升市民素质,巩固文明城市的创建成果。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
