短日植物稀脉浮萍6746一般需要4个光周期诱导而开花。在4天的SD诱导中过氧化物酶活性明显增加,诱导4天时酶活性出现高峰,接着逐渐降低。诱导结束后2天到开花酶活性变化不大。SD诱导2天时,过氧化物同工酶出现两条新酶带。诱导4天时新带活性增强,从诱导结束后2天到开花,新酶带逐渐减弱,而后消失。酯酶同工酶和酸性磷酸酯酶同工酶在SD诱导3天时分别出现1条和2条新带,诱导4天后逐渐减弱,开花时消失。  相似文献

用细胞质雄性不育系小麦和普通小麦中国麦与鄂恩1号为材料,用Davis和Reisfeld不连续聚丙烯酰胺垂直析以凝胶电泳技术进行吲哚乙酸氧化酶和阴、阳离子过氧化物酶同工酶分析,并用SC910型双波段薄层扫描仪进行扫描,记录其谱带数及强弱,结果表明阳离子过氧化物酶同工酶谱与IAA-氧化酶同工酶谱十分相似,而阴离子过氧化物酶酶谱相差甚远,由此表明具有吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性位点的过氧化物酶,应主要是阳离子过氧  相似文献

槐开花后约60d至种子成熟,为胚乳细胞半乳甘露聚糖积累期。利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析了比较胚乳细胞半乳甘露聚积累过程中过氧化物酶同工酶谱。结果表明,胚乳细胞壁上半乳甘露聚糖积累时,过氧化物酶活性较低,同工酶谱带较多;反之,半乳甘露糖降解时,过氧化物酶活性增高,同工酶谱带减少。  相似文献

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,研究了3个大豆品种在铝毒害下过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶在不同时期的变化情况.结果表明,随着铝浓度的增加,不同品种大豆的过氧化物酶同工酶的酶活性和酶带数量变化不一,其中大豆9703的过氧化物酶同工酶的酶带数和酶活性明显下降,浙春3号大豆的变化不明显,浙春2号大豆的明显增加,这与各品种对铝毒胁迫的抗性密切相关.  相似文献

以新选育出的籼型水稻细胞质雄性不育系马协A有其相应保持系马协B为材料,分别取不育系和保持系处于花粉母细胞形成期、减数分裂4分体时期、单核期、2核期、3核期的花药进行过氧化物酶同工酶、细胞色素氧化酶同工酶电泳分析及酶活性测定分析。不育系与相应保持系比较发现,不育系过氧化物酶同工酶电泳酶谱带型丰富,酶活性较高;细胞色素氧化酶同工酶电泳酶电泳酶谱带型较小,酶活性较低。这现象是从单核期花药开始表现,并随发  相似文献

本文比较分析了三粒小麦和普通小麦种胚萌发初期过氧化物酶活性和同工酶的变化及其对放线菌素D(AMD)和环已亚胺(CHM)的敏感性。结果表明,三粒小麦的酶活性显示单峰曲线,AMD和CHM分别抑制其酶活力的5%和24%左右。普通小麦的酶活性显示V形曲线。AMD和CHM分别抑制其酶活力的34%和67%。 两种小麦的同工酶酶谱明显不同,AMD的抑制效应均不明显,但CHM对三粒小麦的过氧化物酶同工酶抑制较强。  相似文献

本文对贮存二年和十四年的八个春小麦品种进行了蛋白质和丙二醛含量、α—淀粉酶、过氧化物酶、酯酶同工酶及其酶活性的分析比较,分析结果表明:贮存十四年的种子其蛋白质含量,α—淀粉酶与过氧化物酶的活性都有明显的降低。过氧化物酶、同工酶酶谱差异较明显。α—淀粉酶有4—5条同工酶带,且均为阴极酶带。贮存时间长的种子丙二醛的含量较高。酯酶同工酶酶谱的差异则主要在慢带区表现出来。  相似文献

较系统地研究了乌麦萌发前后过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等几种抗氧化酶活性的变化,同时利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对几种抗氧化酶进行了同工酶分析,结果显示:乌麦萌发前后,几种抗氧化酶活性均有显变化,且与对照小麦有明显差异,乌麦萌发前后POD同工酶谱的变化显,且与对照小麦的差异性大,SOD同工酶谱的变化及与对照小麦的差异性不明显。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
