本文介绍了作者在研制万能试验用风扇及其叶片角度检测仪的基础上,通过改变叶片数目、内外径比值与出口安装角β_2的优化试验研究,使175F-1型柴油机冷却风扇(叶片型状与尺寸不变)风量增大7%,消耗功率降低14%,噪声降低2.5dB(A),并总结出了冷却风扇设计的一些规律。  相似文献

随着汽车工业的发展和人们对驾驶舒适性要求的不断提高,汽车冷却风扇组件(CFM)离散噪声水平的控制与改善日趋重要.在CFM设计的早期,寻找一种能够快速预测离散噪声的方法有助于设计师缩短设计周期,提高工作效率.为此,提出一种动-静叶片相位调制的组合方法来控制CFM的谐波噪声,即通过控制CFM叶片的角度分布参数来降低CFM噪声频谱中的二次谐波以及三次谐波成分;基于静叶(定子叶片或者支撑筋)阵列的声学百叶窗效应,设计静叶角度分布参数,使CFM噪声频谱中的一次谐波成分进一步降低,从整体上改善CFM的离散噪声水平.通过7叶片风扇分别与6静叶和8静叶的组合对所提出的方法进行实验验证,结果表明其与理论预测结果较为吻合.  相似文献

发动机舱热管理逐渐成为提高发动机性能的重点问题,为此在传统乘用车的单风扇系统上设计了5种矩阵风扇,并利用数值模拟技术分析了阵型对冷却模块空气侧流场的影响,在此基础上引入导风管进一步研究了冷却模块的空气质量流量及前端热回流效果。结果表明:相比单风扇系统,矩阵风扇型式下通过散热器的空气质量流量有所提升,特别在高速工况下,受冲压气流的作用散热器表面的速度均匀度提高,通过散热器的空气质量流量提升,前端热回流减少;引入导风管后不仅能够进一步提高车辆在高速工况下通过散热器的进气量,而且可以降低怠速时冷凝器迎风面温度;结合导风管的矩阵风扇可在不减少冷却模块进气量的前提下,通过降低风扇转速来减少冷却系统的能耗,进而提高燃油经济性,抑制怠速时车辆前端的热回流,改善冷却模块的换热性能。  相似文献

为探索发动机冷却风扇变转速气流场、声场和噪声传播特性,建造了发动机冷却系统试验台和研制了465Q型发动机轴流风扇。首先,通过调节6挡风扇转速,对风扇轴功率、散热器正面不同半径10测点静压强、总压强和噪声声压级进行了测量,同时完成护风圈出口不同半径6测点静压强、总压强和噪声声压级,以及散热器外不同半径3个方向6测点噪声声压级的测量。然后,计算出风扇变转速流量、全压和效率等特性参数,绘制了风扇变转速散热器正面和护风圈出口气流场和声场压强、风速、声压级分布曲线及风扇变转速性能曲线。最后,根据试验数据拟合出转速-风量、转速-效率等经验计算公式,给出噪声声压级与位移半径和转速之间约束方程式,验证发动机轴流风扇变转速噪声声压级换算满足对数比例定律。通过比较日本机械工程师学会实验统计数据,本研究最大比声压级为37.8 dB在其所测21~38 dB范围内,证明本研究结果达到较高的精确度。经过综合分析阐明了发动机冷却风扇流场与声场主要特征及流动和传播规律,提出了高效低噪风扇优化设计改进的具体措施。本研究结果可为发动机冷却风扇的优化配套设计提供参考。  相似文献

为了提高发动机舱散热性能,提升风扇效率,研究了冷却风扇导流罩对汽车冷却模块流动性能的影响.在整车环境下对某乘用车的发动机舱冷却模块进行了CFD仿真分析,对比了在有无风扇罩2种情况下发动机舱冷却模块的性能,并对具有几种不同过渡截面倾角的风扇导流罩进行了分析.结果表明:汽车低速行驶时,冷却模块中风扇导流罩对冷却空气有一定的引导作用,使得风扇在车速较低的工况中也能较好地起到压升作用,使冷却空气能够通过散热器,从而冷却动力系统和发动机舱;在汽车高速行驶时,冷却模块中风扇罩对冷却空气有一定的阻力作用,风扇导流罩过渡段倾角越大,气体由于气流偏转损失的能量就越小,可以提高风扇效率从而降低能耗.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
