采用分子动力学方法研究了气液共存体系的蒸发与凝结现象,模拟验证了经典理论对界面分子碰撞流率预测的有效性,并通过对气液界面上的相变微观过程的分析统计,获得了气相分子凝结的判据,以此为依据提出了采用分子动力学方法统计凝结的新方法,模拟计算了3个不同温度下氩的凝结系数,对不同温度条件下的分子动力学模拟表明,氩的凝结系数随系统温度的升高而减小。  相似文献

采用分子动力学(MD)方法对纳米单晶氩的扩散性质进行了模拟研究。采用L-J12-6势函数描述氩原子势,半步长的Leap-frog算法求解运动方程,Berendsen热浴法调温,P-R方法调压,在充分弛豫后进行扩散模拟的时间为100 ps,计算得到了10个恒定温度下原子均方位移(MSD)与时间(t)的关系曲线。根据MSD-t曲线特点,分为初始阶段和稳态阶段2个阶段进行数据处理。利用Einstein关系求出了稳态阶段的扩散系数D,由Arrhenius表达式求出了纳米单晶氩的稳态扩散常数D0为0.100 004 509 m2/s、稳态扩散激活能Q为4.848 81×10-21J。  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法对氩晶体颗粒在皮秒脉冲激光照射下内部发生的传热过程以及相变现象进行模拟研究.通过记录氩原子速度和原子位置随时间的变化情况分析了颗粒内热量的传递过程,并计算了单位体积内氩原子数目的空间分布情况以及随时间的变化规律,从而分析了颗粒内部的相变过程.研究结果表明:当激光强度较低时,晶体内部仅仅发生传热过程而没有熔化发生,加入的激光能量随时间由外向内传递;当激光强度增加到足够晶体熔化的时候会发生相变,此时固液相态之间并没有明显的界面,而是存在一个纳米级别的过渡区域;当照射的激光强度增加时,过渡区域的移动速度和移动深度都将增加.  相似文献

对原来只适用于在微机上对由500~1000个液态金属原子组成的小系统的凝固过程进行分子动力学模拟研究的串行计算程序作了分析,并进一步将其改造成为可以在YH-3M型巨型机上对由50000~100000个原子组成的大系统的凝固过程进行分子动力学模拟研究的并行计算程序.使模拟研究的系统可容纳的原子数扩大100倍以上,因而其模拟研究的结果更接近于真实情况.  相似文献

采用分子动力学(MD)模拟的方法,计算了模型流体氩及氩/氪溶液的自扩散系数和互扩散系数.计算结果表明,对不同状态下氩的自扩散系数的计算与实验结果符合较好,误差在10%左右;采用Green-Kubo法和Einstein法计算的扩散系数相等.氩/氪溶液的理想性较好,由径向分布函数计算得到热力学因子Q的数值为1.03。  相似文献

用分子动力学模拟方法研究汽液界面性质时,适当选取模拟分子数目和势函数截断半径,既能满足合理的计算时间要求,又减少分子数目效应和势函数截断半径对计算结果的影响,在NVT系综中,以氩原子为对象,对长方形模拟盒中粒中数目为500、864、1372和2048个的汔液平衡系统进行模拟计算,在计算时发现,汔液界面的表达张力值与模拟分子数目有关,模拟分子数目在1000个以上,表面张力值趋于恒定,势函数截断半径Rc=4.5σ,计算结果与实验值吻合较好。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
