Summary Chick embryo mesoderm cells were explanted to culture systems in vivo and in vitro and their subsequent movements were correlated with the external morphology as studied by SEM. In vitro cell movements are exaggerations of normal in vivo movements where a 2-dimensional substrate is encountered rather than a 3-dimensional environment.The authors are grateful to Mr J. Two 2-dimensional electrophoreses: A combination of crossed immunoelectrophoresis and dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis for protein analysis

Summary An improved method of two 2-dimensional electrophoreses that combined crossed immunoelectrophoresis and 2-dimensional sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was developed with a horizontal gel-electrophoretic apparatus.Acknowledgments. Zusammenfassung In Extrakten normaler und verbrannter Haut von Mäusen wurde kein Unterschied zwischen den Antigenen gefunden. Kurze Zeit nach der Verbrennung wurden Antigene auch im Serum festgestellt.     

Antigenic relationship between the cysts and trophozoites ofEntamoeba invadens

Résumé La technique des anticorps fluorescents a été appliquée à l'étude de la relation antigénique des cystes et des trophozoïtes d'Entamoeba invadens. Le sérum anticyste préalablement absorbé par les trophozoïtes a montré chez ces derniers une fluorescence négligeable mais il continua a produire une fluorescence intense chez les cystes, ce qui indique que les antigènes de surface des cystes sont différents de ceux des trophozoïtes.     

Antigenic correlation between rat thymus and superior cervical ganglion

Summary By using rabbit anti-rat thymocyte and anti-rat superior cervical ganglion sera in cytotoxicity, immunofluorescence and absorption assays, it has been shown that surface membranes of rat thymocytes and cervical ganglion cells (i.e. peripheral nervous tissue cells) contain common antigenic determinants.Acknowledgment. 本文提出了一个用于滑坡分析的三维边坡稳定分析新方法．这一方法推广了建立在摩尔．库仑相关联流动法则基础上的三维边坡稳定分析上限解方法．以往经验表明,在三维分析中,某一条柱按相关联法则以摩擦角剪胀有可能在几何上是不成立的．本文介绍的新方法提出了一个二元速度场的概念：（i）首先,建立一个代表岩土材料真实变形特征的塑性速度场;（ii）再建立一个用于功能平衡方程式求解的安全系数的虚速度场．这一新方法允许输入任意的材料剪胀角,从而较好地解决了上限解方法以摩擦角剪胀时几何上可能不成立和相应的计算收敛问题．本文还介绍了此法在一个混凝土重力坝深层抗滑稳定分析中的实际应用．

Zusammenfassung Zweidimensionale Immunodiffusionsteste nachOuchterlony zeigten, dass das im Hamster überpflanzte menschliche Ovarialkarzinom, GW-127, nach über 5 Monaten Tierpassagen noch humanes Antigen beibehalten hat. Die Möglichkeit einer Hybridisation von Humantumor- mit normalen Hamsterchromosomen wird zur Diskussion gestellt.
