NSFC Delegation Visits Russia

A NSFC delegation led by Prof.Shen Wenqing,NSFC's Vice President,paid a scientific visit to Russia during June 8th through 13th,2009,at the invitation of Prof.Vladislav Ya.Panchenko,President of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR).During the visit to RFBR, the delegation was cordially received by Prof.Panchenko,Prof.Aleksei M.Zheltikov, RFBR's Vice President,and Dr.Alexander N.Sharov,Head of International Relations Department,RFBR.

Vice President Shen Wenqing Meets Guest from K.T.Li Foundation

On September 21st,2012,Prof.Shen Wenqing,Vice President of National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC),met the delegation led by Prof.Sun Yihan from K.T.Li Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology. NSF Inspector General Visited NSFC

Top Heads Met at China-US Computer Science Leadership Summit

NSFC Vice President Sun J iaguang, heading a delegation composed of computer science professionals and NSFC staff, attended the Second China-US Computer Science Leadership Summit held in the U. S. A. from July 9 to 13, 2008, which was jointly sponsored by NSFC and NSF. NSF attached great importance to the summit and its Director, Dr. Arden L. Bement, attended the summit. When talking with Prof. Sun, Dr. Bement expressed his hope for the further consolidation of the cooperative relationship between NSF and NSFC and the substantial enhancement of the collaboration and exchanges between scientists from the U. S. A. and China. They also delivered speeches at the opening ceremony.     

Vice President Shen Wenqing Met with NSERC President

On 13 October, 2008. NSFC Vice President Prof. Shen Wenqing met with a Canadian delegation, which consists of Dr. Suzanna Fortier, President of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council （NSERC）, Dr. Martin Godbout, President of Genome Canada, Dr. Paul Hebert, Professor of University of Guelph and Dr. Christian Burks, President and CEO of Ontario Genomics Institute. Both sides exchanged the latest progress on new developments of each organization.     

核电站放射性液态流出物对大亚湾海洋生物所致的辐射剂量率

选择大亚湾 5类生物的 9种体模 ,考虑宇宙射线、本底放射性核素及人工附加放射性核素等 3类辐射源的照射 ,用点源剂量分布方程计算α粒子和β射线剂量率 ;用Monte Carlo方法算得γ射线剂量率 .结果表明 ,西大亚湾浮游动植物的本底年剂量为 2 .72和 1 .75mGy ,其他生物为 0 .31～ 0 .49mGy .附加核素对底栖动物的剂量率是其本底的 5 .7～ 6 .1倍 ,对鱼类为8.3%～ 1 5 .3% ,对浮游生物仅 0 .2 % .附加核素对浮游生物的主要照射途径为β内照射 ;对浮游动物贡献较大的是13 1I和60 Co;对浮游植物则为10 3 Ru和60 Co .对底栖动物的主要途径是沉积物γ照射 ;主要核素为5 8Co和60 Co .对鱼类的主要途径是β和γ内照射 ;主要核素为12 4Sb .

目的报告针刀结合骶管阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法1.针刀闭合术;2.骶管阻滞;3.手法复位.结果优19例,良76例,无效3例,总有效率97%.结论针刀加骶管阻滞可明显提高腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.
