首先简述了晶体的倍频理论,总结了适用于紫外倍频的非线性光学晶体的特性,提出了倍频晶体选择的理论依据,选用KTP晶体,调试出高效腔外倍频绿光激光器。选用LBO晶体,设计出一台紫外激光器,获得稳定的24.3mw的355nm紫外激光输出,转换效率为10.6%。  相似文献

本文提出一种培养具有优良倍频效应的2,4-二硝基苯丙氨酸甲酯(MAP)晶体的方法,并研制出综合性能良好的两种2,4-二硝基苯丙氨酸盐类(钠盐和吡啶氢盐)单晶.同时,运用EHMO法计算了MAP分子及2,4-二硝基苯丙氨酸根离子(IAP)的电荷分布和偶极矩,对这些晶体的倍频效应规律作了初步的探讨。  相似文献

研究了色心调Q YAG倍频激光器总效率与晶体初始透过率及倍频效率之间的关系,找出了最佳的初始透过率;分析了色心调Q晶体的热力学破坏情况及晶体内部的温度分布情况,在高重复率情况下建立了调Q晶体的热物理模型;测量了不同透过率的晶体的输出能量和脉冲宽度,在散热与不散热状态下测量了晶体的温度场。结果表明,实验与理论相吻合。  相似文献

文章通过分析Nd:YAG激光晶体的准三能级结构,并考虑到大功率泵浦条件下激光晶体中的热透镜效应,采用最简单的平凹腔结构,使激光晶体和倍频晶体分处于两个独立的子腔中,通过ABCD矩阵计算出谐振腔的腔长以及激光晶体和倍频晶体在腔中的最佳位置,实现了蓝光激光器的最优模式匹配,确保了蓝光的高效倍频效率。  相似文献

本文系统研究了新型有机倍频材料4—溴—4′—甲氧基查耳酮的化学合成、晶体生长及性能测试。在N,N—二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液中用降温法生长得到了5×6×7mm~3的单晶,用蒸发丙酮溶液的方法得到了6×9×9mm~3的单晶,并用X—衍射射线等方法研制了晶体的有关性质。  相似文献

为了解决非均匀温升对非线性晶体倍频转换效率影响的问题,建立了方形非线性晶体模型.该模型在建立中考虑了基频光具有高斯分布,方形倍频晶体具有周边恒温、端面满足近似绝热等特点.根据非线性晶体腔内倍频的实际需要,给出了方形非线性晶体基频光辐射偏心度的定义,并利用热传导方程,得到了方形非线性晶体受基波偏心辐射时温度场分布的一般解析表达式,解决了在温场模式研究中将倍频使用的方形晶体近似为圆柱形晶体所带来的问题.实验结果表明;当基频光辐射偏心度增大到0.75时,倍频晶体的最高温升下降了21.1%.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
