研究复方氨酚右敏溶液在健康人体的药代动力学.12名健康受试者以自身为对照采用随机交叉给药方式,单次空腹口服3个剂量复方氨酚右敏溶液(低、中、高3个剂量分别为7.5、15、30 mL,每mL含对乙酰氨基酚32 mg、马来酸右氯苯那敏0.1 mg).用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定血浆中对乙酰氨基酚和马来酸右氯苯那敏的浓度,计算2种药物的药代动力学参数,评价其药代动力学特征.对乙酰氨基酚在人体内的动力学过程符合二室模型,低、中、高3个剂量主要药代动力学参数消除半衰期t1/2分别为(2.93±0.47)、(3.08±0.43)、(3.01±0.49) h,血药质量浓度时间曲线下面积AUC0~t分别为(12.29±3.91)、(27.80±7.64)、(60.41±17.24) μg·h·mL-1;右氯苯那敏在人体内的动力学过程符合一室模型,低、中、高3个剂量主要药代动力学t1/2分别为(20.49±7.86)、(19.66±5.05)、(19.96±6.48) h;AUC0~t分别为(32.61±13.65)、(67.58±23.31)、(158.12±56.44) ng·h·mL-1.对乙酰氨基酚和右氯苯那敏药动学参数ρmax、AUC0~t、AUC0~∞均与给药剂量呈线性相关(P<0.001),复方氨酚右敏溶液在7.5~30 mL剂量范围内呈线性人体药代动力学特征.  相似文献

建立同时测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、马来酸氯苯那敏含量的HPLC法.色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为磷酸二氢铵溶液(取0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液1 000 mL,加磷酸1 mL,混匀)-乙腈(82:18),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为216nm,柱温27℃.线性范围为对乙酰氨基酚2.020~ 25.245 μg,r=0.999 6;咖啡因0.099~1.240 μg,r=1.000 0;马来酸氯苯那敏0.020 ~0.256 μg,r=1.000 0;平均回收率:对乙酰氨基酚97.1%,RSD=0.78%;咖啡因99.2%,RSD=0.70%;马来酸氯苯那敏98.6%,RSD =0.89%.本方法简便、快速、准确,可更好地控制氨咖黄敏胶囊的质量.  相似文献

建立了同时测定可立停中的愈创木酚甘油醚、马来酸氯苯那敏和盐酸甲基麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱法。色谱条件:以Shim-pack CLC-ODS 150mm×6.0mm为分析柱,以甲醇:水:三乙胺=40:60:0.2(水相用H_3PO_4调节到pH=3.0)溶液为流动相,检测波长为220 nm。结果表明,测定念创木酚甘油醚的线性范围为0.24~1.92mg/mL,平均回收率为99.86%,RSD=0.33%;测定马来酸氯苯那敏的线性范围为0.0072~0.057 6 mg/mL,平均回收率为99.77%,RSD=2.58%,测定盐酸甲基麻黄碱的线性范围为0.04~0.32mg/mL,平均回收率为95.83%,RSD=2.79%。  相似文献

提出测定马来酸氯苯那敏片剂中马来酸氯苯那敏的1H-NMR方法。考察了实验条件的影响,选择重水为溶剂,反丁稀二酸为内标,延迟时间为20 S,脉冲宽度为3.0 μs,采样次数为16次,内标浓度为4?5 mg/mL。在内标与样品质量比为0. 48?2.12范围内,峰面积比与质量比之间具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0. 9990,用绝对定量法和标准曲线法测定了 3种马来酸氯苯那敏片剂的含量,并与药典的紫外分光光度法作了比较。  相似文献

目的:测定麻黄水煎液及其泡沫中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定。Diamonsil-C18(250mm*4.6 mm,5um);乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(4:96)洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长210nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱的回归方程为:Y=34195X-331.2,r=0.9998,在61.5~307.5mg.L-1范围线性关系良好;盐酸伪麻黄碱y=31131X-59.3,r=0.9996,在40.5~324 mg.L-1范围内线性良好。结论:麻黄水煎液及其泡沫中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱含量基本一致。  相似文献

目的建立HPLC法同时测定维C银翘片中对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏、维生素C含量。方法采用Hypersil NH_2(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调pH至2.2)为流动相,柱温30℃,波长246 nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏、维生素C线性范围分别为0.16~1.60μg(r=0.9996)、0.08~0.80μg(r=0.9999)、0.04~0.4μg(r=0.9991);加样平均回收率(n=6)分别为98.7%、98.1%和98.7%,RSD分别为0.4%、1.5%和1.1%。结论此方法简便、快速、准确。  相似文献

高锰酸钾在酸性条件下可氧化马来酸氯苯那敏,该反应产生的能量转移到罗丹明6G而产生化学发光,在体系中加入CTMAB可以进一步增强该体系的化学发光强度,据此建立了流动注射化学发光测定马来酸氯苯那敏的新方法。该方法线性范围为4.0×10-7g/mL~8.0×10-5g/mL,方法的检出限为3.2×10-8g/mL,对1.0×10-5g/mL的马来酸氯苯那敏进行了11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为2.8%;方法用于药剂中马来酸氯苯那敏含量的测定,结果与药典标准法测得值基本一致。  相似文献

采用C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,磷酸调pH值2.5,9:91)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长210nm,建立反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿清热止咳H服液中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量。结果表明,盐酸麻黄碱在0.102~1.02μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为97.62%,RSD为1.56%(n=6);盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.1016~1.6256μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为97.55%,RSD为1.84%(,2=6)。本方法分离度好,具有良好的重复性,可以同时测定小儿清热止咳口服液中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
