新法制备高亮度蓝色SrS∶Ce薄膜电致发光器件

以ＳｒＳ∶Ｃｅ和ＺｎＳ的混晶为原料用电子束蒸发的方法制备了蓝色ＳｒＳ∶Ｃｅ薄膜电致发光（ＴＦＥＬ）器件,研究了新法制备的ＳｒＳ∶Ｃｅ膜的光致发光（ＰＬ）性能和它的电致发光（ＥＬ）器件的电致发光性能,并与直接用ＳｒＳ∶Ｃｅ粉末制备的薄膜和器材的性能进行了对比．结果表明混晶法制备的薄膜电致发光器件的亮度和效率比直接法制备的器件要高得多,且ＺｎＳ的引入弥补了在ＳｒＳ∶Ｃｅ薄膜Ｓ的不足,避免了直接用ＳｒＳ∶Ｃｅ材料蒸发而采用的共Ｓ蒸发方法中Ｓ气氛对环境的污染．

区域发展规划决策支持系统（ＲＤＰＤＳＳ）是解决半结构化和非结构化规划问题的有效方法．本文尝试探讨了ＲＤＰＤＳＳ的集成扩展模式, ＲＤＰ－ＳＤＳＳ、ＲＤＰ－ＧＤＳＳ、ＲＤＰ－ＩＤＳＳ在区域发展规划中的应用,设计出了ＲＤＰＤＳＳ的主体结构及在区域发展规划中的决策支持功能

论述了ＥＩＳ的目标导向,关键成功因子驱动的特点,阐明了ＥＩＳ同传统ＤＳＳ的主要区别与相互关系,指出除了技术进步方面的原因之外,决策支持范围、处理问题视角和系统运作机理的不同造成了ＥＩＳ和传统ＤＳＳ之间的差异．但是,从能有效支持高层管理决策这一立足点考虑,ＥＩＳ又归属于ＤＳＳ之列,它和传统ＤＳＳ各具特色,相互补充,共同丰富着决策支持的形态和内容．     

智能搜索算法设计和分析

提出了人工智能博弈树搜索ＳＳＳ＊算法的两种改进算法ＢＳ＊和ＤＳ＊算法，给出了ＢＳ＊和ＤＳ＊搜索博弈树端结点的充分必要条件，由此证明了，如果能估计一个合适的上界，则ＢＳ＊算法优于ＳＳＳ＊算法．同时还证明了ＤＳ＊算法优于α－β算法．论述了ＤＳ＊算法搜索深度为奇数的博弈树时，在一般情况下也优于ＳＳＳ＊算法，且这两种算法都降低了存储开销．     

MESIDSS 的设计与实现方法研究

阐述了将专家系统的基本概念和实现方法同决策支持系统的开发技术相融合的一种新型的多专家系统集成式决策支持系统（ＭＥＳＩＤＳＳ）提出的必要性，给出了ＭＥＳＩＤＳＳ的基本概念和特征，描述了ＭＥＳＩＤＳＳ的基本结构框架，着重讨论了ＭＥＳＩＤＳＳ中各组成部分所应具备的功能以及系统的实现方法．     

SRS、SBS效应对双向光纤通信系统中光信号功率的衰减

对双向密集波分复用光纤通信系统中的ＳＢＳ（受激布里渊散射）,ＳＲＳ（受激喇曼散射）的联合作用进行了研究,从理论上给出了ＳＢＳ,ＳＲＳ效应共同作用下小信号功率的衰减公式,定量分析了目前研究中的相干光通信系统和ＨＤ－ＷＤＭ系统中由ＳＢＳ,ＳＲＳ效应产生的非线性功率衰减、研究结果表明,在考虑ＳＲＳ作用的同时,必须考虑ＳＢＳ的作用。

综述了ＳｉＣ颗粒弥散强化Ｓｉ３Ｎ４基陶瓷材料的研究近况,根据Ｓｉ３Ｎ４和ＳｉＣ的不同烧结机理对Ｓｉ３Ｎ４／ＳｉＣｐ复相陶瓷材料烧结机理以及ＳｉＣｐ的掺入对材料可烧结性的影响进行了理论上的探讨将ＳｉＣｐ粒子的尺寸对Ｓｉ３Ｎ４／ＳｉＣｐ复相陶瓷材料显微结构和力学性能的影响与材料可烧结性之间的关系进行了分析通过比较热压Ｓｉ３Ｎ４／ＳｉＣｐ复相陶瓷材料和Ｓｉ３Ｎ４／纳米ＳｉＣｐ复相陶瓷材料中ＳｉＣｐ含量对材料显微结构和力学性能的影响,对ＳｉＣｐ弥散强化Ｓｉ３Ｎ４基陶瓷材料的强化效果和强化机理进行了初步的分析

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
