中国黑白花奶牛鲜乳及麦洼牦牛干乳期乳腺分泌物,高速离心后得到乳脂.以0.9%NaCl振荡洗涤3次后,分别用3mol/LKCl、0.2%SDS和5mmol/LTritonX-100增溶乳脂球膜蛋白,以PEG6000浓缩,采用SDS-PAGE分离膜蛋白,结合银染色方法,获得了分子在12~92kd的几种膜蛋白组分。  相似文献

报道用化学还原法在水溶液中用次亚磷酸钠,氯化钴,钨酸钠反应,制备了Co-W-P超细非晶合金微粒。研究了反应条件及钨酸钠的加入量对Co-W-P合金组成的影响,用X-射线衍射(XRD),差示扫描量热(DSC)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等方法对微粒进行了表征。  相似文献

本文利用冲击磨损实验机,扫描电镜,X射线衍射仪等仪器观察与分析了Ni-P(Ce)及Ni-Cu-P(Ce)镀层在冲击磨损过程中的磨损现象。其中Ni-P镀层的冲击磨损过程主要表现为镀层的加工硬化、片状剥落与粘着磨损。加入稀土Ce后,增加了镀层的硬度、改变了其结构,减缓了镀层加工硬化程度,并推迟了粘着磨损的发生。而Ni-Cu-P镀层的冲击磨损除了塑性变形,疲劳片状剥落外,与Ni-P(Ce)镀层不同的是还有点蚀剥落。加入稀土Ce后,改善了镀层的结构,明显提高了镀层的抗冲击磨损性能,但没有改变镀层的冲击磨损机制。实验表明,Ni-Cu-P(Ce)镀层抗冲击磨损性能远远高于Ni-P(Ce)镀层。  相似文献

(BO3)3-加入到(La,Ce)PO4:Tb中,一方面使Ce3+吸收峰位置随(BO3)3-加入浓度不同有规律性变化,另一方面可以提高材料的热稳定性。本文用X光电子谱测得了与后者相应的信息,讨论了Ce(3+)、Ce(4+)的共存,价态数比与(BO_3)3 ̄-的关系,从而解释了影响材料热稳定性机制。  相似文献

有衬电渣炉炼制的钢水进行离心浇注的过程中,选定CaO-SiO2-CaF2-Na2O-Al2O3-MgO渣系,按给定渣系成分的熔渣进行带渣离心浇注试验,试验结果表明:新渣系未对浇注钢水产生任何污染,形成的渣皮非常均匀,厚度仅在1~2mm之间,有效地防止了表面裂纹和气孔的产生。  相似文献

用紫外分光光度法测定不同浓度的溴化十六烷基三甲基胺(简称CTAB)对青霉素G钠盐(简称PGS)碱水解速率常数研究发现:当CTAB浓度小于2.250×10-3mol·dm-3时,随着CTAB浓度的增大PGS碱水解速率减小;当CTAB浓度在2.250×10-3~3.750×10-3mol·dm-3之间,随着CTAB加入量增加,其反应速率又增大;在实验曲线后段又出现下降。从理论上对上述现象给予解释。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
