利用循环伏安法研究了铜与8-羟基喹啉形成配合物的氧化还原性质和配合反应机理。讨论了不同配比配合物的配位情况,得到以各种不同配比下的铜与8-羟基喹啉电化学性质的关系曲线。在优化的实验条件下;pH=5.2(Na2HPO4-柠檬酸),静止时间80 s,吸附时间3 min,扫速0.05 V/s,铜与8-羟基喹啉形成的配合物具有一定的电化学活性,主要为1∶1配合。在0.154 V和0.60 V附近出现2个氧化峰,当配体量较小时,0.154 V处生成铜(Ⅰ)-8-羟基喹啉络合物,平衡常数为869,为表面控制。随着配体量的增大,在0.6V处出现铜(Ⅱ)-8-羟基喹啉络合物的氧化峰,平衡常数为2.41×107,为表面控制。  相似文献

在5.0×10-3mol/L的盐酸介质中,钼与8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸生成的络合物在NaNO2存在下,于-0.30V(vs,SCE)出现一尖锐、灵敏的极谱波.钼含量在0.2~400ng/mL范围内与波高呈线性关系,检测限为0.1ng/mL.用多种电化学方法研究了极谱波的性质及电极反应机理,证明络合波为吸附波.峰电流由中心离子Mo( )还原产生,Mo( )与络合剂的组成比为1∶1.方法用于自来水中痕量钼的测定,快速、灵敏、准确,结果满意.  相似文献

提出了 Mo(VI)-HQSA(8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸)-ClO_3~-的络合吸附催化体系,灵敏度较高,Mo(VI)的测定下限为2×10~(-10)mol/L,并应用于水中痕量 Mo(VI)的测定.用多种电化学测试手段研究体系的性质和反应机理.实验表明为络合吸附催化波.恒电解法证明,电极反应电子数为1,是络合物中 Mo(VI)还原为 Mo(V).在经典极谱仪上,测得催化反应的速率常数 k_(25℃)为7.9×10~2mol~(-1)·L·s~(-1).  相似文献

制备并研究了室温离子液体和血红蛋白修饰电极的电化学行为.在磷酸缓冲溶液中,在HB/IL/BPG修饰电极上可观察到一对可逆的氧化还原峰存在,其氧化、还原峰电位分别位于0.014V和-0.038V(vs.A g/A gCl),室温离子液体——溴化1-(3-氨基丙基)-3-甲基咪唑对血红蛋白的直接电化学表现出明显的促进作用.进一步实验表明,吸附于电极表面的血红蛋白能保持其生物活性,对氧气的电化学还原表现出明显的催化作用,构建了定量测定氧气的生物传感器,方法检出限为4.23×10-8 mol·L-1。  相似文献

制备了 2 5 ,2 7-二羟基 -2 6,2 8-二苯硫丙氧基 -杯 [4]芳烃 -PVC修饰膜电极。研究了该修饰电极在碱性、酸性介质中的伏安特性。实验表明 :修饰电极在 2mol·L- 1NaOH中的氧化还原过程为不可逆氧化过程 ,而乙醇的存在使碱性条件下的氧化过程受到抑制 ;在 1mol·L- 1HCl体系中 ,修饰电极具有良好的电化学活性 ,在 -1 .0V~ 0 .6V范围内有一对准可逆的氧化还原峰 ,并且在该条件下修饰电极对Zn2 + 、Pb2 + 、Cd2 + 、Hg2 + 、Ag+ 五种金属离子有良好的识别响应。  相似文献

研究了8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)在玻碳电极(GCE)上的直接电化学行为及其电化学动力学性质.实验结果表明8-HQ的电化学过程呈现出一准可逆的氧化还原过程.研究了实验条件对8-HQ电化学行为的影响,其电化学反应是受扩散控制的电极过程,并运用计时库仑法和计时电流法测定了8-HQ在GCE上电极过程的动力学参数.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了8-羟基喹啉修饰的CdS-SiO2复合材料并用多种谱学方法进行了表征,比较了修饰前后的荧光发射光谱.发现没有修饰的CdS—SiO2复合材料只产生激子荧光发射峰,用8-羟基喹啉修饰后,激子荧光发射峰和表面态荧光发射峰都能产生,这为非线性光学玻璃的改性提供了一个新的思路.  相似文献

利用电化学方法在石墨烯表面上沉积金-钯纳米粒子,制备了金-钯纳米粒子/石墨烯修饰玻碳电极.扫描电子显微镜和X-射线能谱仪对修饰电极组装过程进行了表征.采用循环伏安法研究了对乙酰氨基酚在修饰电极上的电化学行为,在p H 7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,对乙酰氨基酚在修饰电极上出现一对明显的氧化还原峰,其氧化还原峰电位分别为0.334V和0.299V.在最佳条件下,对乙酰氨基酚的氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10-7-1.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为1.0×10-7mol/L.利用该方法对药片中的对乙酰氨基酚含量进行检测,获得的结果令人满意.  相似文献

研究了4-氯-1-萘酚在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为,提出了一种灵敏、简便的检测4-氯-1-萘酚的电化学方法.在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,4-氯-1-萘酚在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上出现一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电位位于0.62V.与裸玻碳电极相比,多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极显著提高4-氯-1-萘酚的氧化峰电流.优化了底液pH、修饰剂用量、扫描速度、富集时间等测定参数.4-氯-1-萘酚浓度在4×10-8~2×10-5mol L范围内与峰电流呈线性关系,检出限1×10-8mol L.  相似文献

以亚铁氰化钾为探针,循环伏安和Pm7量子化学方法研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵在蓖麻油涂层石墨复合电极上形成的自组装膜,该自组装过程遵从两步指数解离方程,其表观一级动力学速率常数分别为0.002 377s-1和0.000 721 5s-1。该自组装膜表现出了对亚铁氰化钾氧化还原的电化学催化作用,其相应的氧化还原峰电位负移,峰电流增加及峰-峰电位差减小,并给出了氧化还原速率常数的增加。十六烷基三甲基溴化铵在水溶液中的浓度对自组装过程和速率常数有很大影响。Pm7量子化学计算揭示了自组装膜和亚铁氰化钾和铁青化钾与三十六烷基三甲基溴化铵形成的缔合络合物的稳定性,由前线轨道能量计算的可移动电子数定性地解释了铁青化钾和亚铁氰化钾及其与三十六烷基三甲基溴化铵缔合物的氧化还原趋势。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
