针对吹气法制备泡沫金属过程中产生气泡稳定性不易判断问题, 本文利用相场法理论, 引入长程有序化参数作为场变量, 描述并模拟泡沫铝和泡沫铝合金气泡演变过程中的结构尺寸的变化. 通过模拟分析发现, 相场法可以通过场变量简单明了的表征各种复杂的几何图形, 包括气泡的几何形状、 空间分布以及体积分数等, 并且其模拟结果与实验观察结果具有良好的吻合性.  相似文献

基于Ginzburg-Landau相变理论的相场方法是一种很重要的材料晶体生长研究方法,本文充分阐述了采用该方法对纯物质树枝状晶体生长的数值模拟研究;同时也对部分金属做了实验研究。文中采用相场方法对纯铜、纯镍、纯铝在凝固过程中的等轴晶形貌及其演变做了模拟计算,并把模拟结果与实验结果做了对比、分析,并给出了一些相关结论。  相似文献

定向凝固是一种新型的铸造成型技术,能够很好地呈现出凝固过程中界面形态的演化过程,而相场法在如今微观组织数值模拟领域中是最具有优势的一种研究方法.介绍了相场法数值模拟的基本原理,阐述了国内外学者对二元或多元合金在受流场、溶质间相互作用和各向异性、过冷等因素条件影响下自由枝晶和小晶面枝晶的相场法模拟的研究进展,说明了采用相场法耦合溶质场和计算相图等方法在其他微观组织中的应用,并且指出了相场法在模拟定向凝固微观组织领域中所存在的不足之处以及未来的发展趋势.  相似文献

可移动元胞自动机法(MCA)是继有限元法和边界单元法之后发展起来的一种新的建立在非连续介质力学基础上的离散数值计算方法。文章介绍了MCA方法的理论基础,并利用MCA模拟软件对冲击载荷作用下脆性块体材料的破坏进行了二维数值模拟,得到了材料的破坏变形过程、温度场、速度场和应力应变关系曲线。数值模拟结果与实际吻合较好,说明该计算方法可以有效地计算和模拟冲击破坏问题。  相似文献

金属增材制造过程是一个多尺度多物理场耦合问题,包括复杂的传热传质、相变和材料微观组织演化等物理现象.因此,本文从传热传质和材料微观组织演化两个方面,详细论述了金属增材制造的数值模拟研究现状.以所关注的物理现象和求解问题的尺度不同为主线归纳了已有的热源模型、传热传质数值计算模型(包括粉末尺度的高保真热流耦合模型、基于连续体假设的热流耦合模型、基于连续体假设的热传导模型)和微观组织演化预测模型(包括相场模型、元胞自动机法、动力学蒙特卡洛法),并分析了各个模型的优势和适用范围,进一步论述了"过程-组织-性能"集成耦合模拟模型.在此基础上,总结了金属增材制造数值模拟面临的挑战和发展趋势.  相似文献

通过相场理论建立了纯物质镍在过冷溶液中枝晶生长的相场模型.把相场方程和温度场方程进行耦合,建立了相对应的相场模型.该模型以熵增加函数为基础,通过熵增加函数推导出热力学一致性的相场控制方程.利用上述的模型和方法在计算机上编制二维组织凝固模拟程序得出结论:网格精度影响模拟过程的精确度;各向异性强度影响枝晶尖端生长速度。  相似文献

材料塑性成形与热处理一体化工程的理论基础,主要为应力—相变—形变间冶金交互作用和力学交互作用的机制、建模以及组织与性能变化的模拟。以钢为例,介绍了应力下铁素体、珠光体相变的文献工作,并提出038C-Cr-Mo钢在应力下铁素体形成和珠光体相变的动力学模型以及组织变化的计算机模拟;讨论了Scheil相加性原则的不足及其修正途径;略述应力对钢中贝氏体相变及马氏体相变的影响;简介相场理论及其应用。对材料在应力下相变理论、建模与组织模拟的后续研究工作提出了展望。  相似文献

为了深入了解气固两相湍流中气相脉动的非线性特征,用相平面不变量法对竖直方管内气固两相流场的气相瞬时速度的实验数据和运用随机分布方法得到的模拟数据进行对比研究。结果表明:流动行为相似的流场有着相似的相平面不变量曲线,流动行为差异较大的流场相平面不变量曲线呈现不同的趋势;在模拟数据和实验数据的统计分布基本相同时,采用不考虑变量相关性随机分布的模拟数据和实验数据的相平面不变量曲线存在非常大的差异,而在考虑变量相关性随机分布时符合较好,但在曲线两端存在一定的差异。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
