浅析偏头痛的中医内科治疗体会

目的 研究中医内科治疗偏头痛的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供可参考依据.方法 抽取该院2012年1月—2013年1月中医内科收治偏头痛患者64例进行研究.按照自愿原则分为研究组和对照组,每组32例.对照组使用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服治疗,研究组采用中医辨证法治疗.统计两组患者治疗结果.结果 研究组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率53.13%,研究组有效率显著高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医内科采用中医辩证法治疗偏头痛临床效果显著,改善患者预后,可以在临床中推广应用.     

中医辩证治疗偏头痛性眩晕60例分析

分析中医辩证治疗偏头痛性眩晕60例的临床疗效。回顾性分析甘肃省华亭县人民医院收治的123例偏头痛性眩晕患者临床资料,将采用中医辨证治疗的60例患者设为观察组,采用常规西药治疗的63例患者设为对照组,对比两组患者临床症状改善情况、治疗效果与不良反应。观察组患者治疗后头痛指数评分显著低于对照组(P0.05),治疗有效率95.00%显著高于对照组80.95%(P0.05),不良反应发生率13.33%与对照组30.16%相比明显较低(P0.05)。中医辩证治疗偏头痛性眩晕可改善临床症状,提高治疗效果,且不良反应较少。     

小剂量阿斯匹林加西比灵治疗偏头痛

偏头痛是一种常见病 ,治疗方法较多 ,采用小剂量阿斯匹林加西比灵治疗偏头痛 60例 ,取得较满意疗效 .1　临床资料年龄 :1 6～ 65岁 ,病程 4个月～ 2 0ａ.男 1 2例 ,女 48例 .典型偏头痛 1 1例 ,普通型偏头痛 49例 .另选 2 0例偏头痛为对照组 ,使治疗效果有可比性 .2　治疗方法治疗组给予西安杨森药厂生产的西比灵 1 0ｍｇ ,每晚 1次口服 ,阿斯匹林 2 5ｍｇ ,3次 /ｄ ,30ｄ为1疗程 .有效者停服阿斯匹林 ,西比灵改为 5ｍｇ ,每晚睡前口服 ,连服 3个月 .对照组口服颅痛定 30ｍｇ ,3次 /ｄ ,谷维素 2 0ｍｇ ,睡前口服 ,5ｄ后仅服谷维素 2 0ｍｇ …     

小儿偏头痛的临床特点及诊断治疗

通过总结30例小儿偏头痛的临床表现、相关因素、治疗及预后情况，探讨了小儿偏头痛的临床特点，提出了小儿偏头痛的诊断、鉴别诊断要点及预防治疗措施．     

氟桂利嗪联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛疗效与安全性观察

探究氟桂利嗪联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛疗效与安全性。选取陇西县第一人民医院收治的166例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,对其进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组83例。对照组采用氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组采用氟桂利嗪联合尼莫地平治疗,观察两组患者在治疗后临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。观察组总有效率为98.80%显著高于对照组78.31%(P0.05),观察组不良反应发生率为1.20%显著低于对照组10.84%(P0.05),观察组患者治疗后头痛发作评分较对照组而言明显降低(P0.05)。氟桂利嗪联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛疗效显著,且可降低头痛发作评分与不良反应率,安全性高。     

清空分散片对利血平所致小鼠偏头痛模型的影响

目的探讨清空分散片对小鼠偏头痛模型的作用。方法通过观察清空分散片对利血平所致小鼠偏头痛模型的影响了解清空分散片对小鼠偏头痛模型的作用。结果清空分散片有明显对抗利血平所致小鼠偏头痛模型的体重下降、提高模型小鼠鼠尾的光照痛域值,延长模型小鼠凝血时间,调节模型小鼠血清中五羟色胺过度降低的作用。结论清空分散片对利血平所致小鼠偏头痛模型有治疗作用,为清空分散片在临床上治疗偏头痛提供了药效学实验依据。     

黛力新治疗慢性偏头痛临床疗效观察

目的:评价黛力新治疗慢性偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:随机将98例慢性偏头痛患者分为治疗组(黛力新)49例与对照组49例,疗程8周,对比观察临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率为89.8%,对照组有效率为61.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:黛力新治疗慢性偏头痛疗效确切。     

中医内科治疗偏头痛的临床体会

在人体的神经血管功能发生障碍的情况下,就可以让人得上发作性的头痛疾病,即偏头痛。偏头痛在临床上是极其普遍的,神经血管功能出现障碍有一定的差异,同样让病人表现成不一样的头痛症状,然而普遍而言偏头痛在临床方面的表现为:病人发生偏侧还可能是双侧头痛,同时疼痛不断地发作。现阶段,偏头痛的治疗目标依旧处于对病人的症状加以掌控还有适当减缓症状,由于现阶段医学界未能发现有效的完全根治偏头痛的治疗方法。所以,该课题的研究就是想要发现治疗偏头痛的最佳的方法。     

佐米曲普坦治疗无先兆偏头痛临床疗效研究

目的观察佐米曲普坦治疗无先兆偏头痛的临床疗效.方法将54例无先兆偏头痛患者随机分成曲坦组和对照组,对患者治疗前后的头痛症状进行对照比较.结果两组治疗后不同时间点头痛程度评分、疗效较治疗前有明显改善(P0.01或P0.05),曲坦组优于对照组(P0.01或P0.05).结论佐米曲普坦治疗无先兆型偏头痛临床疗效较好.     

偏头痛患者颅内血管机能状态的研究

目的 :观察偏头痛患者颅内血管机能状态的变化 .方法 :采用经颅多普勒超声( TCD)技术 ,分别测定典型和普通型共 47例偏头痛病人发作期和间歇期脑动脉平均血流速度 ( Vm) .结果 :显示两型偏头痛的发作期和间歇期 Vm均显著或非常显著高于正常对照组 ,两型偏头痛比较无显著性差异 ,两期比较 Vm仅典型偏头痛的ACA、BA、VA有显著差异 .结论 :偏头痛患者存在脑血管机能异常     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
