补充维生素A对血清转铁蛋白受体及红细胞系影响的实验研究

选择血红蛋白＜114 g/L的56名体育传统学校学生为研究对象,随机分为3组：补铁补维生素A组19人,补铁组19人和对照组18人,实验组补铁方法为服用L-苏糖酸亚铁胶囊（7 mg元素铁/粒,3粒/d）4周,同时口服维生素A丸20万单位（10万U/d ×2 d）.4周后补铁补维生素A组sTfR、血清视黄醇、SI、Tf和TS%水平与实验前和对照组比较显著提高（P＜0.05）,Hb,RBC,Hct水平显著提高（P＜0.01）.补铁组SI,Tf, TS%,Hb,RBC,Hct水平显著提高（P＜0.05）.提示短期补铁加大剂量维生素A能使机体铁分布及营养状况改善,显著改善贫血学生的红细胞系的状态.     

内蒙古民族大学高职学生营养状况调查与评价

目的：了解我校职业技术学院大专学生的营养状况，为高职学生合理营养提供科学依据．方法采用膳食记录法连续调查5d，与《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量（DRIs）》比较评价学生膳食营养；测量身高、体重。采用体质指数（BMI）评价学生体格营养状况；用4h负荷尿试验测定还原性维生素C，评价机体维生素C营养储备状况．结果：与DRIs相比，学生膳食中热能、蛋白质、铜、硒、维生素PP供给充足，蛋白质质量较好，早、午、晚三餐的热能分配比例合适．男女生膳食中存在的共性问题是膳食纤维、钙、锌、维生素A、维生素岛、维生素C摄入不足．学生体质指数（BMI）评价结果，男女学生90％以上均属正常．维生素C负荷尿试验。维生素C不足和缺乏者占29．7％．结论：学生膳食结构不够合理，主要是多种矿物质和维生素及膳食纤维摄入不足，应对学生加强营养指导．     

内蒙古民族大学医学生膳食结构与营养状况调查

目的：了解医学院大学生膳食结构与营养状况,为医学生合理营养提供科学依据．方法：采用膳食记录法连续调查学生5天膳食,与《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量（DRIs）》及《中国居民平衡膳食宝塔》比较评价膳食营养．结果：学生平均每人每日膳食营养素摄入量与DRIs比较,男女生蛋白质、烟酸、铁、锌摄入充足,热能营养素来源比例合理,蛋白质质量较好;但维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C摄入不足,钙摄入严重不足;另外,女生还有能量、维生素B1摄入不足．结论：学生膳食结构不够合理,需对医学生加强合理营养知识的宣传教育．     

β-环糊精包合作用下的维生素A衰变动力学研究

采用紫外光谱法测定了维生素A乙酸酯在β-环糊精和2,6-二甲氧基-β-环糊精水溶液中的衰变反应动力学常数及反应活化参数.研究结果表明：β-环糊精和2,6-二甲氧基-β-环糊精的包合作用对维生素A乙酸酯热衰变起到明显的抑制作用.     

LED色温对隧道暗适应过程视觉功效的影响

采用视觉功效试验,研究隧道暗适应过程中LED光源色温对瞳孔直径、瞳孔面积变化率和反应时间的影响.结果表明:人眼暗适应过程分为初期和中后期两个阶段,前者时长约2 s,瞳孔面积变化率频繁超过70％,眨眼频率高达1.7次/s;后者时长约20 s,瞳孔面积变化率在±4％,眨眼频率恢复到正常水平.在暗适应初期,LED光源色温越高...     

1-6岁儿童亚临床状态维生素A缺乏的调查

基层编号 994332 完成单位及南京市儿童医院: 主要人员秦铭、葛传生等 儿童亚临床状态维生素A缺乏是目前大多数发展中国家普遍存在的营养问题,其无典型的临床表现易被忽视,但体内维生素A的总体水平已低下,机体抗感染能力受到损害,呼吸道感染的易感性升高.课题组取外周毛细血管血,采用高效液相法测定了360名1～6岁儿童的血清维生素A含量,其中反复呼吸道感染的和健康的儿童各180名.对二组儿童的血清维生素A的含量及亚临床状态维生素A缺乏的状况进行了比较,并观察了各年龄段儿童年呼吸道感染的次数与血清维生素A含量的变化,探讨了小儿反复呼吸道感染与亚临床状态维生素A缺乏的关系.为防治小儿反复呼吸道感染从营养学角度探索了新途径.     

硒对癌细胞生长的抑制作用

本文叙述了用体外癌细胞培养技术来研究硒与维生素A、维生素E及砷对宫颈癌细胞生长的作用的情况.研究结果表明,维生素E对硒表现协同作用,维生素A、砷对硒表现拮抗作用.

"一锅煮"合成新型类维生素A酸甲叉二酯

为了改善类维生素A酸的疗效,利用两分子类维生素A酸与一分子二溴甲烷偶联,设计合成了具有结构对称性的4种类维生素A酸甲叉二酯,即全反式维A酸甲叉二酯、异维A酸甲叉二酯、阿维A酸甲叉二酯、阿达帕林甲叉二酯,并以1H NMR,MS对它们进行了结构确证.     

褐菖鲉视网膜感受系统及其适应特性研究

褐菖鲉Sebastiscus marmoratus的暗适应时程特别长,用LogIs=0的光强漂白后,阈值需要经4.5h暗适应才能回到原来暗视水平.而明适应进程很短,只需要3min就达稳定,这与网膜变化一致。它的网膜具有视杆和视维两种不同光感受系统,但是,暗适应曲线无明显平台和转折,强光明适应曲线也未出现R型变化.因此,其视锥感光功能可能在某种程度上发生退化,适于弱光视觉,这些视觉特性可能与其长期生活于近海底层礁石间弱光环境的习性相适应。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. 低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
