在大跨径拱桥的设计中,悬链线被较多地作为拱轴线,计算拱轴系数是拱桥设计的重要组成部分,但目前确定拱轴系数的常规方法有不足之处.基于APDL参数化语言,建立了实桥模型,运用ANSYS软件强大的有限元计算能力和APDL参数化语言的灵活性,实现了拱轴系数m的优化设计.此方法用于拱桥设计中拱轴系数的确定,可弥补常规方法的不足,对提高拱桥设计的计算效率和精度有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

运用APDL语言开发参数化计算模块程序,完成某船浮动舱室的三维声学建模,根据实际工作情况选取约束条件,在ANSYS环境下对整体舱室进行有限元模态分析,对比分析不同防火等级情况下舱室低阶振动频率.编制流固耦合声学计算程序并进行谐波声场分析,验证不同厚度防火岩棉对舱室声学性能的影响.将参数化设计与有限元分析相结合,实现复杂模型的结构参数调整、自动生成实体模型并完成有限元分析,对优化船舶舱室声学设计具有重要作用.  相似文献

针对汽车起重机伸缩臂设计过程中随着臂长和起重量的变化设计繁琐的缺点,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言(APDL语言),开发出中文设计软件界面。对设计计算过程参数化,使得设计人员在不必深入学习ANSYS软件全英文界面的基础上,方便快捷的完成汽车起重机伸缩臂设计,最后以一实例验证了软件的可行性。  相似文献

采用有限元软件ANSYS自带的APDL语言和可以考虑水影响的PIPE59单元,建立了管架平台的参数化有限元模型,通过改变有限元模型中的单元几何参数和物理参数的方法,描述导管架在作业中常见的腐蚀、弯曲等损伤情况。选择和测取导管架上部远离损伤位置节点处的模态位移,创建目标函数;利用ANSYS的优化功能寻找某种对原完好导管架有限元模型进行修改后的模型,使其在测试节点的数据与预先建立的存在损伤的模型对应节点的数据趋于一致,从而实现识别导管架的损伤类型和损伤位置。计算结果表明当计算步数达到20000时,对于单处损伤的情况,损伤位置以及损伤程度识别准确率平均可达到90%以上;对于两处损伤同时存在的情况,损伤位置以及损伤程度识别准确率平均可达到70%以上。  相似文献

为提高多种类活塞环数值模拟的效率,文章以Java语言为平台,采用ANSYS参数化设计语言APDL进行二次开发,编制了针对活塞环应力与变形的分析系统。该系统固封了不同种类活塞环的建模、应力及变形分析参数化命令流模板,通过可视化界面操作,快速完成不同类型活塞环的参数化建模、网格划分、边界条件加载、模拟计算及结果显示。以某类型发动机活塞环强度分析为例,验证了该分析系统计算的准确性,大大提高了活塞环强度分析的效率。  相似文献

介绍了ANSYS软件子模型法的使用方法,说明了设置结构诱导缝的作用,并利用子模型法对小湾拱坝结构诱导缝进行有限元计算,使用APDL参数化语言进行相应的二次开发辅助计算,分析子模型法的适用场合及其优缺点.分析结果表明,用子模型法对结构物进行有限元分析,可以得到结构部分区域更加精确的数值解,大大降低了计算工作量,且有利于提高计算精度.  相似文献

为提高移动式压力容器强度计算效率,同时降低ANSYS的使用难度,应用Visual Basic(VB)和ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL),以典型的移动式压力容器——半挂车的罐体为例,开发出了基于分析设计标准的强度计算软件。利用VB自动生成APDL命令并后台调用ANSYS,封装了ANSYS复杂的建模、加载、求解和后处理等分析步骤,实现了用户输入强度计算所需的参数后便能得到计算结果和校核结果的功能。应用实例表明该软件可行有效,可用于半挂车工程设计。  相似文献

基于结构参数化设计思想,在有限元软件ANSYS的基础上嵌入APDL语言,采用VB语言开发出前后置处理软件。该软件采用人机对话的方式,操作十分简便,只需输入双圆弧齿轮设计的基本参数,就可以进行计算分析,并且自动获得计算结果。该软件为设计人员提供了双圆弧齿轮分析应力的工具,也为工程设计分析提供了一种新的思路。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
