二类化合物PCDDs正辛醇/水分配系数的QSAR研究

根据分子拓扑理论，提出二噁英类化合物分子中顶点原子价点价值δi^H的计算方法，并由δi^H构建分子结构信息价连接性拓扑指数^mχ^H(m=1，2，3，…，n)，提出取代基原子距离熵S指数。用^mχ^H（m=1，2)和S研究二噁英类化合物的正辛醇／水分配系数Kow的log Kow的构效关系(QSAR)，相关性显著(a=0．05，P=0．0000)，其计算值与实验值的吻合程度高于有关文献。利用建立的模型，给出无log Kow文献值的其他33种PCDDs化合物的预测值。     

改进的价连性指数用于烃衍生物标准生成焓的研究

对分子价连接性拓扑指数中杂原子价点价δνi 进行了改进 ,重新定义了一个价点价δhi。并用δhi 构建的新价连接性拓扑指数nχh(n =0 ,1,2 ,3,… ,n)中 0价、1价、2价连接性拓扑指数研究了烃衍生物标准生成焓 -ΔfHm(g) 与其之间的相关性 ,相关系数均在 0 .99以上。δhi 和nχh具有物理意义明确、计算简便等优点     

金属卤化物的晶格能和标准生成焓与拓扑指数的关系研究

在Randic分子价连接性拓扑指数的基础上 ,将Randic的δi 修改为原子结构特征参数δi′(δi′ =Z 2i × (Xai) 0 5 n I ,其中Z i ,Xai,n i 分别为原子i的有效氧化数、阿莱 罗周电负性和s价轨道的有效主量子数 ) ,构建了无机分子的连接性指数 mG(mG=∑(δi′×δj′×δk′×… ) 0 5) ,其具有优异的结构选择性 ,用其 0 ,1阶指数0 G、1 G、及(0 G) 2 与碱金属卤化物的晶格能、过渡元素卤化物的标准生成焓相关联 ,拟合得到两个回归方程U =4 76 6 0 4 791 9781 G ,ΔfH⊙m =5 8 86 131 10 5 (0 G) 2 - 36 1 5 75 1 G ,相关系数分别为 0 9935和 0 9783,预测取得了较好的结果

氯代苯和部分氯代酚的生物活(或毒)性定量研究

在分子拓扑理论的基础上,根据分子中成键原子i价层电子结构特征和所处的化学环境,提出一个新的计算顶点原子价点价δYi方法:δY i=mi Z(i-hi)+ΣLi×L[()]j/n2i[L(i+1)/pi],以δYi为基础构建了价连接性指数mYt,通过逐步回归法对化合物的拓扑参数进行筛选,所得最佳参数与氯代苯和部分氯代酚的生物活(或毒)性进行定量构效关系研究(QSAR)。结果表明:2D(Two-dimensional)指数mYt和3D(Threedimensional)指数QC对这些化合物的生物活(或毒)性具有良好的结构选择性,且所建模型具有良好的预测能力、较好的可靠性和稳健性。     

分子连接性指数估算衍生脲类除草剂的正辛醇-水分配系数

研究了衍生脲类除草剂的分子连接性指数（MCI）与正辛醇－水分配系数（Kow)的关系。通过计算14种取代脲类除草剂的MCI并与其logKow进行多元线性回归分析，建立了估算衍生脲类除草剂的Kow的定量模型。计算结果表明零阶指数^0X^v是计算衍生脲类除草剂Kow主要因素，二阶指数^2X^V是计算Kow值的次要因素。多元线性回归方程的相关系数R=0.8712。平均估算误差S=0.188个对数单位。     

新的价连接性指数^mX用于烷烃的结构与活性相关性研究

定义原子特征值βi=(ni-1)mi±hi.由βi建构新的价连接性指数mX=Σ(βi*βj*βk…)0.5,其中0阶指数0X=Σ(βi)0.5,1阶指数1X=Σ(βi*βj)0.5.并计算了25个烷烃分子的0X,1X值.发现mX与烷烃的热力学性质有良好的相关性,与其他有的拓扑指数比较,该指数结构选择性和相关性好,且方法还具有计算简单,物理意义明确等优点.并采用Jackknife方法对模型稳健性进行了检验.

链烃标准熵的边价拓扑研究

由顶点i与j形成边k的特征值(δ_k)：δ_k=4.96/(χ_p,i+χ_p,j),链烃中边j的边价δ^V_j定义为与边j相邻边的δ_k值之和。在分子图的邻接矩阵基础上,定义新的边价连接性指数（^mF′）及其逆指数（^mF′）。使用其中的⁰F,¹F,⁰F′,¹F′与228种链烃（含157种链烷烃,71种不饱和烃）标准熵(S_m^Θ)的复相关因数为0.999,计算值与实验值基本吻合。优于Thinh基团加和法的估算结果。     

多氯代二苯并呋喃的lgKOW与结构信息连接性指数的相关性研究

在Randic分子连接性拓扑指数mX基础上,根据分子中成键原子i的结构特征和所处的化学环境,提出了新的计算顶点原子价点价δTi方法,以δTi为基础构建了一个新的能表征含有杂原子分子结构信息的价连接性指数mTt.用2T与50个多氯代二苯并呋喃分子和二苯并呋喃的lgKOW关联,拟合的回归方程的相关系数为0.9918,且新模型物理意义明确,计算简便,对不同类型有机物的理化活性具有较好的估算和预测能力,计算值与实验值之间能很好地吻合.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
