基于云模型和熵权的网络性能综合评估模型

针对网络性能评估中存在的模糊性和随机性问题,采用云模型和熵值理论,建立了基于云模型和熵权的网络性能综合评估模型;采用熵权方法计算各指标权重,为权重确定提供理论依据;采用云模型理论实现评语与评估指标值之间的不确定映射,保留了评估过程中的随机性.以VoIP网络为例采用仿真的方法对模型进行验证.结果表明该模型与普通模糊综合法相比不仅能得到正确的评估结果,而且能得出其概率值.     

军用电站健康状态评估

为了通过预先维修提高军用电站的可靠性、安全性,提出了一种基于层次分析的军用电站健康状态模糊评估方法。依据专家经验,比较军用电站评估指标重要性,采用层次分析法获取评估指标的相应权重。在此基础上,根据需要进行变权处理,利用模糊评估和正态云模型构造模糊隶属矩阵,通过与评价指标权重运算得到评估向量,进而评估军用电站的健康等级。通过实例验证了方法的可行性,可为军用电站的预先维修提供技术支持。

基于三角模糊数互补判断矩阵的装备战场威胁评估

根据三角模糊数互补判断矩阵完全一致性的概念,通过建立一个多层次非线性规划,求解出三角模糊数互补矩阵的权重向量,并将其和熵权结合,得到一种主客观互补的权重向量,建立了新的威胁评估模型.利用三角模糊数的期望值公式,稳定而有效地对决策方案进行了排序.算例结果表明该模型是合理而有效的.     

试论基于层次分析与熵权法的高压断路器运行状态模糊综合评估

为了使高压断路器运行状态的评估更准确可靠,提高其诊断精确度,提出了运用层次分析法、熵权理论与模糊综合评判相结合的高压断路器运行状态的评估方法。该方法由模糊数学确定各因素的隶属函数,通过层次分析法、熵权理论确定高压断路器运行参数指标的综合权重,结合指标权重与评判矩阵进行模糊运算得到高压断路器的综合运行状态;以SF6高压断路器为例,验证该方法合理有效。     

基于战场态势变权的空中集群威胁评估

以联合空中作战为背景,提出了一种基于战场态势变权的空中集群威胁评估方法。首先建立了空中集群的威胁评估指标体系,根据离散信源与武器装备的相似原理构造了基于层次聚合的威胁指标量化模型;采用层次分析法和熵权法得到主客观权重,博弈组合得到常权权重,引入变权理论确定变权权重,使指标权重能够反映战场态势的特点和变化;然后针对传统多属性决策方法没有考虑决策者心理因素以及灰色关联分析和TOPSIS法评估结果不一致的问题,构建了基于后悔理论的灰色TOPSIS威胁评估模型,通过计算综合贴近度得到最终威胁评估结果,仿真实验证明该方法可靠有效。     

我国水资源短缺风险评估及空间分析

水资源短缺风险评价是目前风险领域研究的热点.为分析中国水资源的短缺程度,根据水资源系统存在的风险构建了水资源短缺风险评价指标体系及可变模糊模型,基于熵权与层次分析法(AHP)确定了指标权重,对全国80个二级流域水资源风险开展评估.结果表明:1)水资源风险评价指标体系及模型可以解释各流域现状水资源短缺风险;2)熵权法与层次分析法(AHP)结合更为合理的确定指标权重;3)基于GIS的风险区划表明我国水资源短缺风险空间差异较大,存在不同程度的风险.研究结果为国家宏观水资源管理及风险应对提供决策参考.     

基于熵权法确定病害权重值的桥梁水下桩基安全评估改进方法

基于层次分析法的桥梁水下桩基传统安全评估方法中,用于确定权重的判断矩阵中各数值完全由专家经验确定,导致评估结果主观性过大.为此,在福建省桥梁水下桩基检测数据基础上,提出结合熵权法计算得到客观权重,对传统安全评估方法进行改进.首先,基于现有规范和水下桩基病害特点建立多层次安全评估模型;其次,分别采用层次分析法和熵权法计算各评估指标的主、客观权重值,并将其组合确定指标的综合权重,该方法克服了传统层次分析法单独使用时仅通过主观经验确定病害权重值的局限性.最后,以福州市某桥为例对其水下桩基进行评估,验证了该评估方法的合理性和实用性.     

基于组合赋权法的建筑结构安全评价

为了客观准确地进行房屋安全性评价,考虑到房屋结构的复杂性和评价指标的不确定性,提出基于区间层次分析法和熵权法的建筑安全模糊综合评价方法.首先,将建筑结构划分为6个相对独立的部分,在此基础上建立影响每部分安全性的评价指标.其次,采用区间层次分析法和熵权法通过耦合赋权的方式计算综合权重,根据评判标准建立两种类型的隶属函数,并对各因素进行模糊评价,运用多级模糊评价原理构建房屋安全评估模型.最后,对工程实例进行安全评估,结果表明:基于房屋安全评估模型提出的评价方法能较为全面真实地反映房屋的安全状态,同时为房屋的修缮工作提供科学性依据.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
