广义费用及其在公路网络分配中的应用

本文应用广义费用的概念对有关公路网络流量的多种参数进杆分析，最后利用吉林省有关数据定义了吉林省公路网络分配的广义费用公式，为有效的进行公路网络分配提供了条件．     

费用担保制度在中国的借鉴

目前我国的仲裁法和各仲裁规则对仲裁费用的收取与分配都没有具体的规定。实践中,仲裁庭则在仲裁费用的分配上较为轻率随意,这无疑会影响费用分配的可预见性,也会损害当事人的权益和仲裁员公正严谨的形象。费用跟随规则几乎已成为普世所承认的一般规则,具有诸多的益处。因此,为了使中国的仲裁法更有效地服务于国际经济交流的开展,有必要引入费用担保制度。     

用回归方程划分生产费用的方法

通过对变动费用和固定费用的再考察，运用回归方程建立数学模型，给出其在划分固定费用与可变费用中的应用。

文章主要从借款费用资本化问题方面对国内会计准则与国际会计准则进行比较。介绍了我国会计准则与国际会计准则在借款费用的定义、开始资本化、资本化金额的确定、暂停资本化、停止资本化以及披露等方面的异同点。文章还就资本化金额的确定方法举了一个实例,分别按我国会计准则与国际会计准则计算了应与资本化的金额,并分析了其差异产生的原因。     

一类网络系统中的容量扩张问题

考虑一种网络系统中的容量扩张问题：给定网络N（V,E,C^-）,如何对容量向量C^-进行扩张,在假设的每条过的扩张费用（包括固定费用与成本费用）的条件下,使得网络中最大容量树的容量尽可能提高,同时总的扩张费用不超过给定的预算D。讨论了此类问题的特性,并给出了解决问题的一个强多项式算法。

医疗费用的上涨对新型合作医疗制度的健康发展构成了一定的威胁,本文拟对我国医疗费用上涨的表现、对新农合的影响,以及如何控制医疗费用上涨作出探讨。

关于随机小修费用模型的最优维修策略

采用变分方法考察了具有随机小费用的可修模型的维修策略问题，推导出了依赖年龄的最倨费用界维修策略所满足的微分方程及其边界条件。从而得到了费用界策略形式下的最优。对于包含预防性更换的可修模型也同样得到了费用界－预更换策略形式下的最优解。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
