化学是一门以实验为基础的学科,本文主要探讨了在实验教学中引导学生如何观察实验、分析实验、设计实验、灵活变通各类实验,同时让学生多动手实验,从而培养学生的观察能力、分析能力、迁移应用能力、探究能力、创新能力等.     

开设综合性仪器分析设计实验的探索与实践

设计性实验是介于基础教学实验和科学实验之间的教学实验.在仪器分析实验教学中引入综合性仪器分析设计实验可以提高学生对仪器分析理论课和仪器分析基础实验课所学知识的理解和运用,加深对各种仪器的综合运用能力.与依靠单一仪器的设计实验相比,综合性仪器分析设计实验需要结合多种仪器分析方法得到最终的结果.开设综合性仪器分析设计实验可以加强学生的逻辑思维能力和分析总结能力,同时又培养了学生的创新意识和初步的科学研究能力,为后期进一步深入学习和从事科学研究奠定基础.     

高校实验教学改革的实践探索

高等学校的实验和实践是培养学生动手能力、独立分析问题能力、解决问题的能力的重要环节,在深入国内部分高校进行调研的基础上,对实验教学地位、实验教学经费、实验设施及实验教师待遇等方面的问题进行了分析,探索解决这些问题的方法,即增加实验经费,逐步完善实验实施;建立有效的激励机制,促进实验教师队伍建设;实行开放式实验教学,加强学生综合能力培养,激发学生学习的自主性和积极性,提高学生利用所学理论知识解决实际问题的能力,培养其创新意识和创新能力．

卫生检验专业分析化学实验改革初探

成都中医药大学医学技术学院卫生检验专业分析化学实验以前多为基础性实验,较少开设设计性和综合性实验,不能适应卫生检验专业的发展与学生的需求。文中通过更新实验项目,减少了验证性实验,增加了样本前处理过程,增加了综合性和设计性实验。在实际操作中进行分层次教学,按照基础实验、综合实验和设计实验组织教学。通过这些措施,激发了学生的实验兴趣,提高了学生的实践动手能力,培养了学生科学的思维、综合分析、解决问题的能力。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
