胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内隔绝术10例分析

目的:讨论胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的术前注意要点.方法:回顾2004年12月至2008年12月应用带膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗DebakeyⅢ型胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤10例资料.结果:10例患者带膜支架腔内隔绝破口封堵均一次成功.结论:带膜支架腔内隔绝术适应于DebakeyⅢ型胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤,应注意手术时机及胸腹主动脉部成角及内径影响带膜支架的置入.     

miR-22在急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者中的表达

目的 探讨miR-22在急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者中的表达.方法 选取急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者26例为研究组,瓣膜性心脏病患者26例为对照组.采集两组患者空腹外周静脉血5 mL,术中采集边长约0.5 cm的主动脉壁组织标本.应用RT-PCR法检测血清和主动脉壁组织中miR-22、核苷酸结合...     

彩色多普勒超声在主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值

探讨了彩色多普勒超声对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断价值。对32例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者进行了彩色多普勒超声检查,并与其他检查手段进行了对照比较。32例夹层动脉瘤患者中I型12例、Ⅱ型16例、Ⅲ型4例。彩色多普勒超声、CT与MRI都能较好地探测到主动脉夹层动脉瘤。诊断率分别是90.6%、83.9%和84%。彩超对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的分型、区分真假腔、夹层范围的观察均优于其他检查,是无创性检查诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的首选方法。     

主动脉夹层的MRI诊断

目的 探讨主动脉夹层的MRI表现及其诊断价值。方法对23例主动脉夹层的MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果23例显示主动脉内膜片及其分隔的真假腔，18例显示内膜破口和再破口，假腔内附壁血栓形成11例，合并胸腔积液1例。结论 MRI对发现主动脉夹层内膜片及真假腔，判断病变部位、程度和主要血管分支的受累情况均有明显优势，是诊断主动脉夹层的最佳影像诊断方法。     

重度高血压合并降主动脉夹层1例介入治疗的护理

本院心血管内科于2006年3月收治1例重度高血压合并降主动脉夹层瘤患者，并成功对其进行了血管内支架置入术（ES），护理上以整体护理观为指导，制定了相应的护理措施，取得了满意的效果。     

128层螺旋CT血管成像对主动脉夹层的诊断价值

目的：探讨128层螺旋CT血管成像在主动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法：15例主动脉夹层,全部进行128层螺旋CT胸腹联合平扫及增强,并将原始数据在工作站进行多平面重建（MPR）、阴影表面显示（SSD）、最大密度投影（MIP）及容积处理（VR）等后处理。结果：15例均很好地显示了主动脉夹层全程及其分支,真腔、假腔、内膜片及夹层动脉瘤的部位、范围。结论：128层螺旋CT血管成像是诊断主动脉夹层准确、快捷、有效的首选检查方法,具有较高的临床应用价值。     

主动脉夹层动脉瘤的MRI诊断(附三例报告)

通过三例主动脉夹层动脉瘤MRI检查结果的分析,认为MRI可以发现主动脉夹层动脉瘤的主要病理变化,即主动脉扩张、双腔形成,剥离的内膜片及假腔内血栓等。通过MRI多方位成像可以显示病变的类型、范围及部分并发症。     

微创治疗升主动脉夹层腔内技术获进展

正《美国心脏病学会杂志》(JACC)发表了第二军医大学长海医院血管外科教授景在平领衔的"升主动脉夹层腔内微创治疗疗效评估"研究成果。国际血管领域权威专家、主动脉疾病腔内治疗先驱Michael D.Dake教授专门为此论文在JACC作长篇述评。这标志着我国在主动脉疾病腔内微创治疗技术领域已走在世界前列。累及升主动脉的Stanford A型主动脉夹层是最为凶险的血管系统疾病之一,以体外循环为基础的开胸大手术一     

金属裸支架植入治疗冠状动脉不同病变的远期疗效比较

目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者植入金属裸支架(BMS)的远期疗效.方法随访植入BMS的CHD患者224例.随访指标:1)全因死亡;2)主要心脏不良事件(MACE);3)靶病变血管重建(TLR)、靶血管重建(TVR);4)支架内再狭窄和/或支架节段内再狭窄等.结果 224例中累积MACE发生率为35.7%,平均每年MACE发生率为4.58%.CAG复查的148例中,冠状动脉A型病变再狭窄率16.4%,B1型病变24.1%,B2型病变62.2%,C型病变66.7%.晚期管腔丢失率平均为(29.32±10.17)%.结论植入BMS治疗冠状动脉病变A型和B1型,远期MACE发生率和再狭窄率均较低,远期效果与安全性好.     

症状性颈动脉狭窄血管内支架置入术临床应用

目的回顾性分析我院自2005年10月-2012年2月共收治的80例症状性颈动脉狭窄患者，探讨症状性颈动脉狭窄患者血管内治疗方法和疗效。方法对80例症状性颈动脉狭窄患者行血管内支架成形术，通过临床症状、数字减影血管造影（DSA）评价其疗效，并随访3。18月。结果80例患者手术全部成功，术后即刻造影显示狭窄程度明显改善，平均狭窄程度从术前的狭窄率为（78±11）％下降到治疗后的狭窄率为（16±3）％。术后无颅内出血、栓塞等严重并发症发生。术后随访2例有新的短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）发作，但无新的脑梗死，DSA复查发现3例再狭窄其狭窄率均约32％但无症状。结论血管内支架成形术是治疗症状性颈动脉狭窄的一个相对安全、有效的手段。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
