浅议农村环境污染现状及对策措施

目前,农业生产中化肥、农药、农膜的使用和废弃物形成的面源污染和由于乡镇企业、乡村集约化养殖业形成的点源污染造成农村环境恶化,农村生产和生活环境污染问题日趋严重,生态环境恶化。本文主要从农村工业污染、农业污染、以及养殖业污染等方面存在的环境问题深入剖析其原因,并有针对性的提出了相应的防治污染和环境治理对策。

我国废水污染和工业污染等问题越来越严重,农业环境日益恶化,严重威胁着城乡居民的身体健康,成为农业建设和农村发展中亟待解决的问题。应针对当前农业环境的污染和破坏情况,加强农业环境政策法律建设,完善政府职能,增强公众环保意识,推进农业建设。

在工业环境污染、城市环境污染和农业环境污染的三重作用下,许多农村的污染严重程度已经超过了城市.我国每年都会发生近万起的农业污染事故,农村的污染问题日益凸显.而被抽象为“三农”的农业、农村和农民,作为弱势群体,不断承受着环境污染所带来的戟害.本文从农民环保意识、农村环境保护基础设施建设情况等角度分析了农村环境问题的直接成因和间接成因.并针对农村环境污染现状为农村环境改善提出了可行性建议.     

农业面源污染环境效应及其对新农村建设耦合影响分析

2005年,我国提出建设社会主义新农村的长远目标.然而,农业面源污染由于其污染物的广域性、分散性、相对微量性和污染物运移途径的无序性,而具有机理模糊、潜伏周期长、危害大等特点,从而导致农业面源污染成为目前国内外环境污染治理的难点领域,也成为我国新农村建设尤其是环境建设的最大障碍.本文以农业面源污染对食品安全、粮食安全、农业生态系统中的土壤环境安全、地下水和地面水环境安全、农村视觉景观的环境效应的分析为基础,分析了农业面源污染环境效应对我国新农村建设中的"生产发展、生活宽裕、村容整洁、乡风文明、管理民主"的直接和间接影响,以期对我国社会主义新农村环境建设提供有益启示.     

农业面源污染及其防治

农业面源污染不仅制约我国农业生产、农村经济可持续发展,还直接威胁着人畜饮水安全,农产品的质量安全和群众生命安全。因此,必须积极开展农业面源污染防治工作。从农业面源污染的概念入手,分析了农业面源污染对环境的影响,提出了具体的防治措施,指出农业面源污染防治应纳入新农村建设统一规划,统一实施,要求必须加强组织领导,部门相互协作,逐步实施,共同推进,方能使农业面源污染防治工作取得良好效果。     

我国农业面源污染的控制政策和措施

农业面源污染已成为我国农村生态环境恶化的重要原因之一。从化肥和农药的使用与污染，以及湖泊富营养化等3个方面，阐述了我国农业面源污染的现状，分析了导致污染的4个主要原因：化肥，农药投入的增加，肥料和灌溉水的利用效率低，养殖业有机废弃物的处理率低，以及缺乏农业技术推广服务和公众环境意识，据此提出了包括政策，法规和技术等控制对策。     

从农业生态观点对黑龙港地区农业发展后劲的探讨

本文以农业生态观点,分析了本区存在的耕地减少、水资源超采、环境污染、土壤瘠薄、能源短缺、农业结构单一等生态问题。提出了保护耕地、科学用水、增加投入、控制污染、确立大农业战略等改善环境,增强农业后劲的措施。     

农村治污减排的重点及对策研究

本文介绍了农村地区存在的主要生活污水、生活垃圾、工业污染、养殖污染、化肥农药污染状况,针对农村地区存在的环境问题,从农村水源地保护、生活污水防治、生活垃圾防治、工业污染防治、养殖污染治理、农村土壤污染防治、农业面源污染防治、生态示范工程建设、农村环境管理能力建设等9个方面进行分析,并提出了污染防治对策。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
