高温超导材料YBa2Cu4O8(YBCO)和铁磁材料La2/3Ca1/3MnO3(LCMO)形成的三层薄膜LCMO/YBCO/LCMO由对靶溅射技术制得.与YBCO单层薄膜相比,由于超导/铁磁系统中的磁性邻近效应,三层薄膜表现出较低的超导转变温度(Tc,ON).与LCMO单层膜相比,三层薄膜的金属半导体转变温度(TMS)被提高并且强烈依赖于YBCO层的厚度.随中间层厚度的变化,磁电阻显示出非单调行为,长振荡周期被发现.结果表明,当YBCO处于正常态时两层LCMO膜之间存左着磁性自旋相互作用.  相似文献

用固相反应法制备了二元稀土掺杂的La1/3Ndl/3Ba1/3Mn03多晶庞磁电阻块材.x射线衍射分析表明在1200℃烧结的样品具有立方对称的晶格结构.热磁曲线显示材料在低温处于自旋冰状态.自旋冰的熔点随着外磁场的增大而降低.在磁场达到40kOe时,自旋冻结现象消失.材料的居里温度为-250K,但室温磁化曲线中出现由微弱不均匀品格畸变造成的寄生铁磁性行为.电阻率一温度曲线出现双峰现象.在居里温度附近出现的电阻率峰由晶体的本征特性贡献,在低于居里温度的~190K附近出现的电阻率峰由界面隧穿效应贡献.电阻率在~40K附近出现极小值.经过曲线拟合证实,其行为与近藤效应相似.研究结果较为全面地分析了单相多晶CMR材料的基本磁电相关特性.  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法制备了NiFe2O4粉体样品,采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法制备了La2/3Sr1/3MnO3的多晶样品.用无压烧结制备了名义组分为(La2/3 Sr1/3MnO3)1-x(NiFe2O4)x(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.20)的多晶样品.在1.8×107A/m磁场作用下,当x=0时,样品的磁电阻随温度几乎成线性变化;当x=0.10时,样品在335 K时出现峰值,磁电阻值达35%.  相似文献

Ca(Mg_ 1/3 Nb_ 2/3 )O_3 and Ba(Zn_ 1/3 Nb_ 2/3 )O_3 ceramic cylinders with the same diameter were bonded by adhesive with low dielectric loss to yield the layered dielectric resonators, and the microwave dielectric characteristics were evaluated with TE_ 01δ mode. The effects of different firing temperatures on the stability of perovskite phase, grain size, and dielectric properties were investigated by XRD, TEM, SEM and dielectric measurements. The dielectric ceramics of Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-BaTiO3 system were obtained by chemical coprecipitation in water. The ceramics have higher dielectric constant (7003-9714), lower firing temperature(950-1150℃), quite uniform microstructure with grain size less than 2.5 mp, and lower temperature coefficients of capacitance. As a result, it was confirmed that the simple and low cost chemical route used namely coprecipitation in water is a desired method for preparing high property dielectric materials applicable to multilayer capacitors.  相似文献

n the present work, the phase transitions and relaxor behavior of (1−x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-xPbTiO3 (PMN-PT, x = 0.2―0.4) ferroelectric ceramics have been investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, di-electric spectroscopy, the P-E hysteresis loop measurements and Raman scattering techniques. Structural analysis revealed that with the increase of PbTiO3 content, PMN-PT ceramics experienced a gradual phase transition process from rhombohedral to tetragonal. It is usually believed that such kinds of phase transitions resulted in the linear decrease of relaxation degree. Surprisingly, our analy-sis of the dielectric spectra revealed that the indicator of the degree of diffuseness γ reached the maximum value near morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) (x = 0.32), then decreased with the further increase of PbTiO3 content. The large dielectric relaxor feature near MPB may be attributed to the for-mation of ordered nanodomains, resulting from complex coexisting nanostructures. Further, the P-E hysteresis loop measurements and Raman analysis of the B-site cation order correlated well with the dielectric measurement results. It was found that the hysteresis loop squareness Rsq received the minimum value while the inverse of the value of full wide of half maximum (FWHM) of A1g mode reached the maximum value at MPB composition, which showed similar trends to γ.  相似文献

以固相合成法制备了铁酸铋(BiFeO3,简称BFO)掺杂的铌铟酸铅-铌镁酸铅-钛酸铅(Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3,简称PIN-PMN-PT)多铁性陶瓷材料,X射线衍射(XRD)测试结果表明:样品具有钙钛矿结构,电滞回线显示其铁电性良好,剩余极化值(Pr)可达18 μC·cm-2.由于BiFeO3掺杂后,样品电矩减小,氧空位增多,使其铁电畴翻转困难,样品的电性能略有下降,但是其磁性能随BiFeO3掺入量的增加而逐渐增强,且样品居里温度(Tm)为200℃左右.该材料在电磁学领域有望成为具有应用前景的多铁性材料.  相似文献

采用低热固相反应法制备锂离子电池层状正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2,考察制坯、回火温度和回火时间对合成产物电化学性能的影响。用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和电化学性能测试,对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2进行分析。结果表明:预烧后需要制坯,最佳回火温度为600℃,最佳回火时间为2 h;最佳工艺条件下制备的样品首次放电比容量为150.3 mAh.g-1,30次循环后仍大于130 mAh.g-1。  相似文献

LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料的制备及其表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用机械球磨对前驱体进行活化处理.在940℃于空气气氛中烧结12 h制备层状结构LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料.通过XRD,SEM和电化学性能测试对所制备材料的结构、形貌及电化学性能进行表征.结果表明,所合成的材料为单相的六方层状结构;产物一次粒子粒径均匀,为1~2 μm,二次团聚颗粒平均粒径为10 μm左右;在2.75~4.3 V电压区间,所制备的LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2以0.2C(C为充放电倍率)进行恒电流充放电,首次放电容量达146.3 mA·h·g-1;在倍率为0.4C,0.8C,1.6C和2.0C时的放电容量分别为135.2,130.1,125.8和114.7mA·h·g-1,倍率放电性能优良;在倍率为0.2C时经过30次循环,材料放电容量和容量保持率分别为143.3 mA·h·g-1和98%,循环稳定性好.  相似文献

采用液相共沉淀合成法制备了LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料,用XRD表征了材料的结构.在LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2/1mol·L-1 LiPF6-EC+DEC+EMC/MCMB体系中用恒流充放电和交流阻抗技术研究了材料的电化学性能.XRD表明,合成的材料具有良好的α-NaFeO2层状结构.恒电流充放电测试显示,在3.0~4.2 V 0.1倍率下的初始放电比容量为133.38 mAh·g-1.经过100次的循环之后,电池还能保持良好的性能.在高低温环境测试中,体系表现出了良好的放电性能.  相似文献

One popular study of the recent research is to develop the cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries. As a new cathode material for lithium-ion batteries, the LiNil/3Col/3Mnl/3O2 has drawn widespread attention because of its high capacity, high cut-off voltage and high tap density. Its theoretical capacity is 277.8 mAh/g. The crystal structure of LiNil/3Col/3Mnl/3O2 is α-NaFeO 2 . The structural and morphological features of the LiNil/3Col/3Mnl/3O2 are introduced in this paper. The emphasis is to present the methods for promoting electrochemical properties. The electrochemical properties and structure characteristics are discussed. 为探讨Ca的掺杂对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料结构和电性能的影响,以草酸为沉淀剂,以不同含量Ca对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2进行掺杂改性,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)对产品进行表征,探讨了不同Ca含量样品的电化学性能.结果表明:大量Ca掺杂生成明显CaO杂相,而少量Ca掺杂则能顺利进入材料晶格之中.随着Ca掺入,晶体类型不变,但c轴略收缩,形成更紧密的结构. 充放电显示Ca在低倍率(2.5~4.3 V,0.5 C)时,能一定程度提高材料的循环性能;但在高倍率(2.5~4.3 V,5 C)时,能明显提高容量和循环性能.充放电曲线同时显示未掺杂的材料高倍率下极化严重,放电平台严重降低;而Ca掺杂的材料极化状况则不明显,说明Ca掺杂能抑制极化并提高电化学性能.  相似文献

Based on the main physico-chemical properties of Na3AlF6-AlF3-CaF2-LiF-Al2O3 system studied, including liquidus temperature、electrical conductivity and bath density, a laboratory scale vertical discharging aluminum type electrolysis cell of about 100A capacity was run with TiB2 cathodes and low molar ratio(1.5~2.0) electrolytes at 800~930℃ range. Aluminum metal was obtained with 84.6%~88.3% current efficiencies and 11.54~11.83 kW.h/kg specific energy consumption.  相似文献

利用7种密度泛函(DFT)方法(B3LYP,BLYP,BHLYP,BP86,B3P86,BPW91,B3PW91),以DZP 为基函数对CH3S, CH3SH, CH3SO, CH3SO2的标准摩尔生成焓进行了理论计算.采用等键方程在BPW91水平下预测的结果为-23.56 kJ/mol(CH3S),115.85 kJ/mol (CH3SH), -106.16 kJ/mol(CH3SO)和-255.56 kJ/mol(CH3SO2),接近已有的实验结果.这表明,采用密度泛函方法只需要很少的计算量和中等大小的基组就能得到很好的结果,对于某些特殊例子(如CH3SO2),其预测结果甚至好于高水平的CCSD(T)/CBS方法.  相似文献
