A linear mass-spring system model of a tractor-semitrailer together with driver body parts and sprung seat is presented. Natural frequencies of the system are calculated and response of components in the system to road roughness is completed by means of computer simulation and power spectral density (PSD) approach in all of road conditions and loading cases. The results show that the severest situation of response of the system occurs when the road in rough condition and vehicle unladen. The most sensitive frequency to human body parts is around 0.9Hz, and model types of a human body seem to be not significant tothe response of a heavy tractor-semitrailer system, including to the response of the driver himself.  相似文献

The paper describes a new human-interface system design method by combining the conception of Multilevel Flow Model and Ecological Interface Design to support operators' fault diagnosis in the complex plant system. Modern man-made systems are always achieving many complex automatic and intelligent tasks so that they are becoming more and more complex and can be hardly understood by operators, who should be the primary role in system operating. This situation presents a big challenge to the operating support system that it should present the complex system in a direct and clear way to operators to and make operators understand the internal interaction of the system especially in the abnormal status to ensure the operating safety. The Multilevel Flow Model based on the idea of "Abstraction Hierarchy", aiming at decompressing a system by means-end and part-whole way, can be used to represent a complex system in a standard way and perform intelligent operating tasks such as fault diagnosis and process control. Ecological Interface Design, which based on the human cognitive properties, can present the internal interaction of the system in a direct way. This paper combines this two interface design conceptions to achieve two aspects, intelligent fault diagnosis and direct presentation of causal relationship of operating parameters, to support operators' fault diagnosis in complex plant system. The design method is applied to a PWR power plant in this paper as an application example.  相似文献

A modified selectively-infective phage(SIP) is developed to facilitate the selection of interacting antibody-antigen paris from a large single-chan antibody(scFv)library in vivo.The system is constructed with a modified helper phage M13KO7 and phagemid pCANTAB 5E.The antigen fused to the C-terminal of N1-N2 domain and the scFv to the N-terminal of CT domain of the gIIIp of filamentous phage are encoded on the phage and phagemid vectors respectively.The phages produced by co-transformants restore infectivity via interaction between antigen and antibody fusions in the cell periplasm.In a model system,the scFv fragment of the anti-hemagglutinin 17/9 antibody and its corresponding antigen are detected in the presence of a 10^5 fold excess of a non-interacting cotrol paris,which demonstrates this system to be very sensitive and facile to screen a large single-chain antibody library.  相似文献

For finite-dimensional quantum systems,we propose a quantum control scheme based on a multi-step unitary evolution and quantum projective measurements.The objective is to design a control law to steer the system to a target eigenstate of the measurement operator in the least number of steps.Within each control step,unitary evolution and quantum projective measurement are performed in turn until the system reaches the target state.The control process can be modeled as a finite-state Markov chain with an absorbing state.We prove that the controlled system will converge to the target eigenstate with probability one after a finite number of control steps and find a minimal-step-number condition that would steer the system to the target eigenstate in the least number of steps.  相似文献

The accessibility of a destination-based transportation system is defined to quantify the performance of transportation systems which access a distinct destination. The access cost is used to reflect the utility of the transportation system including the fatigue and inconvenience in the total cost. The cost is quan- tified by two coefficients which represent the different characteristics of various people. The average cost and the income-relative accessibility are used to describe various aspects of the accessibility and to evaluate the accessibility of a destination-based system. A case study uses data from the Kunming transportation system to evaluate the accessibility of the present city airport. The calibrated coefficients are then used to evaluate the transportation system to the new Kunming international airport. The results show that this transportation accessibility evaluation can be combined with transportation planning to study transportation sub-systems.  相似文献

The distributed system with high performance and stability is commonly adopted in large scale scientific and engineering computing. In this paper, we discuss a fault-tolerant mechanism under Linux circumstance to improve the fault-tolerant ability of the system, namely a scheme and frame to form the stable computing platform. In terms of the structure and function of the distributed system, active list and file invocation strategies are employed in the task management. System multilevel fault-tolerance can be achieved by repeated processes in a single node and task migration on multi-nodes. Manager node agent introduced in this paper administrates the nodes using the list, disposes of the tasks according to the nodes' performance, and hence, to be able to make full use of the cluster resources. An evaluation method is proposed to appraise the performance. The analyzed results show the usefulness of the scheme proposed except for some additional overhead of memory consumption.  相似文献

Three reaction systems of MoS_2–Fe, FeS –Fe, and Fe S–Fe–Mo were designed to investigate the use of FeS as an alternative to MoS_2 for producing Fe-based friction materials. Samples were prepared by powder metallurgy, and their phase compositions, microstructures, mechanical properties, and friction performance were characterized. The results showed that MoS_2 reacts with the matrix to produce iron-sulfides and Mo when sintered at 1050°C. Iron-sulfides produced in the MoS_2–Fe system were distributed uniformly and continuously in the matrix, leading to optimal mechanical properties and the lowest coefficient of friction among the systems studied. The lubricity observed was hypothesized to originate from the iron-sulfides produced. The Fe S–Fe–Mo system showed a phase composition, porosity, and density similar to those of the MoS_2–Fe system, but an uneven distribution of iron-sulfides and Mo in this system resulted in less-optimal mechanical properties. Finally, the Fe S–Fe system showed the poorest mechanical properties among the systems studied because of the lack of Mo reinforcement. In friction tests, the formation of a sulfide layer contributed to a decrease in coefficient of friction(COF) in all of the samples.  相似文献

《唐律》对共同犯罪这一犯罪形式做了较为完整、准确的规定,其中许多规定都值得当今司法实践和刑法理论借鉴参考。《唐律》中的共同犯罪是指二人以上共同实施的犯罪,对共同犯罪人区分主犯和从犯,对从犯的刑罚处罚比主犯减轻一等处罚。本文对《唐律》中的共同犯罪人的刑罚、共同犯罪的种类等方面进行分析比较,并对完善我国现行刑法理论体系中的共同犯罪提出了建议。  相似文献

针对无线ad hoc网络中节点在数据转发阶段可能的自私行为,利用博弈理论从静态进行分析,以相邻节点对为研究对象,在重复博弈的情况下分析了针锋相对策略的脆弱性,提出了一种改进的针锋相对策略,在理论上证明了改进策略的激励性.改进策略可以容忍一定程度的网络故障,并在故障发生后使节点重新回到合作状态.仿真结果证明,改进策略对网络故障的容忍度较好,有效地促使节点合作,得到较高的网络收益,同时也降低了自私节点的收益.  相似文献
