实现了一个钢坯加热二维非稳态导热模型,并基于该模型对蓄热式加热炉的设计特别是有效炉长的确定进行了研究。计算结果与工程数据的对比表明,计算结果是准确可靠的。该模型及由此给出的蓄热式加热炉参考炉长,对蓄热式炉的设计,特别是对确定蓄热式炉的炉长具有指导作用。  相似文献

针对加热炉生产过程中钢坯入炉温度、规格尺寸、钢坯种类等生产工况经常会发生改变,导致基本遗传算法存在早熟等现象,提出一种基于热力学的混合遗传算法.基于钢坯加热过程的机理模型,建立了钢坯温度预报模型,依据加热炉工艺生产要求,建立了加热炉炉温优化模型.为了提高遗传算法的求解精度和计算效率,在遗传算法交叉算子设计过程中加入内能、熵和自由能的思想,改进了传统遗传算法;同时在经典的遗传算法基础上加入模拟退火算法构成了基于热力学的混合遗传算法,并用于求解加热炉炉温优化问题,克服了传统遗传算法的不足.实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地求解加热炉炉温优化问题,是可行的、有效的.  相似文献

利用大型软件CFX建立了蓄热式加热炉炉内速度场的数学模型.采用k-ε模型数值模拟炉内的湍流流动,分析喷口几何形状及尺寸,喷口的分布位置等对炉内的速度分布的影响.计算结果为,蓄热式加热炉炉内流场与传统加热炉迥然不同,流场分布有利于燃料和助燃空气的混合,符合高温低氧燃烧的的流场分布.另外,影响炉内速度场的因素有炉型结构、喷口几何形状与尺寸及喷口的分布位置等.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
