聚乙二醇-400胶束介质中的色氨酸流体室温燐光

详细研究了用I-作重原子微扰剂、亚硫酸钠为除氧剂及聚乙二醇-400存在下的胶束增稳室温燐光法测定色氨酸体系.最大激发/发射波长278/440nm,线性范围8.0×10-8～1.0×10-5mol/L.直接用于大米、花生、大豆及竹笋中色氨酸的测定,相对标准偏差2.26%～3.05%,与荧光法比较,相对误差-3.91%～2.86%.     

催化动力学分光光度法测定镨和钐

在盐酸介质中,痕量稀土元素镨和钐催化双氧水氧化碘化钾生成单质碘,单质碘可使次甲基蓝褪色,基于此建立了催化动力学分光光度法测定稀土元素镨和钐的新方法.方法的线性范围分别为5.1×10-6mol/L～5.1×10-5mol/L、5.1×10-6mol/L～5.1×10-5mol/L,检出限分别为2.75×10-6mol/L和2.44×10-6mol/L.该方法用于含稀土的纳米材料中镨和钐的分析测定,结果满意.     

聚乙二醇-400胶束介质中的色氨酸流体室温燐光

详细研究了用I-作重原子微扰剂、亚硫酸钠为除氧剂及聚乙二醇-400存在下的胶束增稳室温燐光法测定色氨酸体系．最大激发／发射波长２７８／４４０nm,线性范围8.0×10-8～1.0×10-5mol/L.直接用于大米、花生、大豆及竹笋中色氨酸的测定,相对标准偏差2.26%～3.05%,与荧光法比较,相对误差-3.91%～2.86%.     

槲皮素-钴(Ⅱ)-核酸三元配合物荧光法测定核酸

室温条件下,槲皮素与Co(Ⅱ)形成具有荧光的二元配合物.热变性小牛胸腺DNA与槲皮素-Co(Ⅱ)形成三元配合物,并使二元配合物的荧光大幅增强.激发波长334 nm,发射波长470 nm.基于此测定核酸,方法简单、快速、灵敏.在pH5.0时,线性范围0.4×10-5~3.0×10-5mol/L,检测限6×10-7mol/L,且共存物质干扰小.     

流体室温磷光法研究紫精衍生物与萘之间光诱导电子转移

在室温下以276 nm的光激发,紫精衍生物能够强烈猝灭萘的室温磷光.利用Sterner-Vohmer方程线性回归分析了实验结果,获得了不同猝灭剂紫精衍生物对萘室温磷光的猝灭常数KSV,在1.59×106~6.60×106L/mol之间.同时紫精衍生物的取代基碳链越长,其对萘室温磷光的猝灭常数越小.分析表明,导致萘室温磷光猝灭的原因是从萘到紫精衍生物的三重态电子转移过程.     

依诺沙星在胶束体系中的荧光特性及分析方法

研究了依诺沙星在胶束体系中的荧光特性,发现十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)胶束对依诺沙星的荧光有显著的增敏作用,据此建立了直接测定人体尿样中依诺沙星的荧光分光光度法.用于样品分析,当依诺沙星浓度在2.0×10-7-4.0×10-6mol/L范围内,荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线型关系,检出限为1.4×10-8mol/L,回收率为96-103％.     

光度法测定盐酸利多卡因及其分析应用

酚红(PR)、氯酚红(CPR)分别与盐酸利多卡因(LDCI)作用,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变,最大吸收波长分别为556 nm5、72 nm,在对应波长处,盐酸利多卡因的浓度与溶液的增色程度呈良好线性关系,从而建立测定盐酸利多卡因的光度法.在PR-LDCI、CPR-LDCI体系的最大吸收波长处,LDCI的浓度分别在2.10×10-6~2.23×10-5mol.L-1、2.53×10-6~2.51×10-5mol.L-1范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为1.30×104L.mol-1.cm-1、1.13×104L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限分别为8.62×10-7mol.L-1、9.71×10-7mol.L-1.方法具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性,用于实际药品、血浆及尿液中盐酸利多卡因的测定,结果满意.     

等离子体改性燃油对汽车尾气中NO生成的抑制作用

以等离子体技术机内净化汽车尾气为前提,通过对汽缸内反应体系的热力学分析,研究了等离子体改性汽车燃油的加入对汽车尾气中NO含量的影响.结果表明,等离子体改性燃油的添加能明显降低汽车尾气中NO的浓度,且能有效地抑制NO浓度随温度的增长.当等离子体改性燃油的加入量为汽车燃油量的10%时,在n(燃油)∶n(O2)=1∶12.5、汽缸压力为4MPa、温度分别为2000K、2200K的条件下,尾气中NO的平衡浓度分别由加入改性燃油之前的10×10-6mol/L、64×10-6mol/L降低到0.6×10-6mol/L和5×10-6mol/L.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
