该成果为国家“七五”科技攻关项目,国家级新产品。该电泳涂料为聚丙烯酸酯阴离子高聚物,可制得从纯白到各种鲜艳色彩或具有金属光泽的漆膜,泳透力≥12cm(实可达20cm),一次电泳漆膜厚度10~50μm(可通过电泳施工工艺参数调节),漆膜外观平整光滑,附着力1级,柔韧性lmm,漆膜耐候性好,耐盐雾200h以上。该涂料具有施工电压宽、破裂电压高、槽液不易沉降、不长霉、抗杂质离子干扰能力强、槽液稳定性特别好(100h)等特点,涂料性能指标达到国际同类产品的先进水平,为我国同类电泳涂料的换代产品。该电泳涂…  相似文献

采用乳液聚合法将N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-MAM)和丙烯酸酯类单体加入到改性的环氧树脂乳液中进行接枝共聚,制备了一种能低温固化的阴极电泳涂料。通过FT-IR,DSC和SEM等手段对树脂结构进行了表征与分析,并研究了自交联单体N-MAM对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:与传统的溶液接枝改性技术相比,此方法可以在低于90℃的低温条件下反应,将改性树脂中N-MAM的质量分数提高至10%,制得的漆膜可在130℃,30min的条件下固化。  相似文献

通过自由基溶液共聚合制备了丙烯酸酯阳极电泳涂料树脂. 研究了不同酸值和羟值的丙烯酸酯单体以及助溶剂对丙烯酸酯电泳漆性能的影响,以及丙烯酸酯树脂的热固化过程和表征了树脂和漆膜的结构. 结果表明,随甲基丙烯酸用量增加,丙烯酸酯树脂水分散体的粒径减小、粘度略有增加、稳定性增强. 以合成条件为丙烯酸酯共聚树脂酸值为64.6 mg KOH/g、羟值为85.5 mg KOH/g、Tg为20℃,一缩二乙二醇单甲醚和异丙醇的体积比为2:3,所得到的电泳涂料具有良好的槽液稳定性,电泳涂膜经热固化后的外观平整、丰满、光亮,硬度为5H,附着力为1级,冲击强度为50kg?cm,耐丁酮摩擦﹥100次.  相似文献

选用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)﹑封闭剂3, 5-二甲基吡唑(DMP)﹑可阳离子化扩链剂三乙醇胺(TEOA)﹑含氟丙烯酸酯单体ZonylTM及其它丙烯酸酯单体合成了用于含氟阴极电泳(CED)涂料的阳离子型丙烯酸酯树脂和阳离子型封闭异氰酸酯固化剂TId. 通过傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)对合成的树脂和固化剂进行了表征; 用差示扫描量热(DSC)﹑热重分析(TGA)观测了CED涂料的固化行为, CED膜可在较低温度(90℃附近)开始交联. 对含氟CED膜的接触角的测定证实, 含氟阴极电泳涂料是得到低表面能涂层的有效方法. 利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)对漆膜的耐腐蚀性进行了分析, 发现含氟丙烯酸酯的引入可以提高漆膜的防腐性能.  相似文献

纳米TiO_2改善钢结构防火涂料的性能研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
以纳米TiO2为添加剂来提高钢结构防火涂料的各项性能.研究了纳米TiO2的改性,以及改性后的纳米TiO2对钢结构防火涂料的耐热极限、防水性能、黏结强度及抗菌性能的影响.通过扫描电镜观察了涂料的断面以及粒子在基体中的分散状况.结果表明:采用6%的经硅铝复合包膜改性后的纳米TiO2粒子具有较好的分散性;与纯钢结构防火涂料相比,纳米TiO2添加量为0.9%时,改性钢结构防火涂料的性能有较大的提高,其耐热极限由96℃提高到112℃,耐水极限由28h提高到37h,黏结强度由0.45 MPa提高到0.61MPa,抗菌率也由21%上升到99%.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
