仿生农用杀菌剂银泰的研制与应用

银泰（１－对羟基苯基丁酮）是以银杏外种皮提纯物白果酚为先导化合物仿生合成的一种杀菌剂。其 中,银杏果实乙醇粗提物８畅３倍和２５倍液对苹果腐烂病抑菌率达１００％和５０％;银杏果实外种皮提纯物白果酚 ２００倍和４００倍液对苹果腐烂病病菌抑菌率均为１００％。２０％银泰微乳剂对苹果腐烂病、番茄灰霉病等４种病菌 EC５０为１７畅２６～４８畅４３mg桙L,分别优于对照药剂;田间防治小麦纹枯病等４种病害效果达８５％以上;对非靶标生物 安全,且不易产生抗药性。仿生合成的银泰原药对大白鼠毒性试验,经口、经皮LD５０均为４６４０mg桙kg,２０％银 泰乳油对大白鼠毒性试验,经口LD５０为３１６０mg桙kg,经皮LD５０为２１５０mg桙kg;亚慢性经口毒性（９０d）试验雌为 １９畅１mg桙kg,雄为１８畅３mg桙kg;Ames、细胞微核和染色体畸变试验均为阴性结果。     

免疫酶染色试验检测广州管圆线虫病鼠血清抗体的实验研究

用广州管圆线虫雌虫冰冻切片作免疫酶染色试验（ＩＥＳＴ），检测感染广州管圆线虫大白鼠血清中抗体，结果在感染后３—９周的３９份大白鼠血清中，３７份呈阳性反应，阳性率为９５％，ＧＭＲＴ２８０．６７；３２份正常大白鼠血清，全部为阴性，检测１０份猪蛔虫抗原免疫大白鼠血清；３份曼氏这宫绦虫裂头拗抗原免疫大白鼠血清；７份日本血吸虫感染大白鼠血清，均呈阴性反应。     

国外科技

中樞神經系統处于不同功能狀态对动物肝臟色氨酸吡咯酶誘導生成的影响

1.中枢经系统无论处于药物兴奋或药物抑制状态均能使大白鼠肝脏中色氨酸吡咯酶活力增加,而使其诱导酶活力下降。此种酶活力的增加可能是通过腎上腺皮质激素的分泌增加而引起的。 2.声源性癫癇大白鼠在癫癎样发作时肝脏中色氨酸吡咯酶活力没有表现出明显的变化。 3.实验发现,黄鼠肝脏中也有色氨酸吡咯酶存在,其活力远较大白鼠为低,色氨酸吡咯酶在黄鼠肝脏中也能通过底物诱导生成,黄鼠处于冬眠时期此酶活力有显著的增高。 4.对于上述结果的机制进行了初步讨論。     

静脉输注丙种球蛋白预防川崎病冠状动脉损害

目的 观察大剂量静脉输注丙种球蛋白预防川崎病（KD）动脉损害的疗效。方法对KD患者86例，A组应用单次大剂量静脉输注丙种球蛋白，B组应用分次输注丙种球蛋白，C组单用阿斯匹林进行比较。结果A组病例12～24h退热达100％，临床症状改善明显优于B、C组P〈0．01。结论单次大剂量静脉滴注丙种球蛋白佐以阿斯匹林是目前理想的方法，应在急性期尽早使用。     

运动对Wistar大白鼠小肠动力功能的影响

选取清洁级30只Wistar大白鼠随机分成三组,以小肠推进长度的百分比为指标。通过观察Wistar大白鼠在运动前、运动中30min和运动后30min小肠的推进程度变化,确定运动对Wistar大白鼠小肠推进活动的影响。实验结果表明:运动中30min的Wistar大白鼠的小肠推进程度比对照组降低;运动后30min组的Wistar大白鼠的小肠推进程度明显高于另外两组。从而得出运动有助于小肠推进活动功能,小肠动力功能能提高的结论。     

反复输血患者血小板相关抗体检测及临床意义

为探求血小板相关抗体的产生规律,评价血小板相关抗体筛查的临床意义,对解放军总医院43例反复输注血小板成分的患者采用ELISA方法进行HLA相关抗体筛查。8例结果为阳性,阳性率为18．6％。8例阳性患者的血小板输注次数均在20次以上,说明血小板相关抗体产生几率随着输注次数的增加而增高,选择适当时机进行血小板相关抗体筛查,根据抗体产生情况决定配型与否,既降低医疗成本,又能提高临床输注疗效。

选取清洁级30只Wistar大白鼠随机分成三组,以小肠推进长度的百分比为指标.通过观察Wistar大白鼠在运动前、运动中30min和运动后30min小肠的推进程度变化,确定运动对Wistar大白鼠小肠推进活动的影响.实验结果表明:运动中30min的Wistar大白鼠的小肠推进程度比对照组降低;运动后30min组的Wistar大白鼠的小肠推进程度明显高于另外两组.从而得出运动有助于小肠推进活动功能,小肠动力功能能提高的结论.     

囊型肝包虫囊周肝细胞病理形态学观察

观察囊型肝包虫囊周肝细胞的病理形态学变化（肝细胞萎缩、坏死、凋亡）,初步探讨囊型肝包虫病肝细胞“消失”机制。对30例肝包虫囊肿周围肝组织及10例正常肝组织通过光镜观察肝细胞的病理形态学变化,透射电镜观察6例肝包虫囊肿周围肝细胞超微结构改变,运用TUNEL法测定肝细胞凋亡并采用免疫组化技术检测30例肝包虫囊肿周围肝组织及10例正常肝组织中Bcl-2及Bax蛋白的表达。结果显示TUNEL法测定囊周肝细胞凋亡发生极少（0．12％）与正常肝（0．16％）比较无显著差异,囊周肝组织Bcl-2及Bax蛋臼呈低表达,分别为6．6％和13．3％,病理学观察囊周肝细胞明显萎缩,肝细胞坏死。因此,肝细胞萎缩、坏死、凋亡共同参与囊型肝包虫囊周肝细胞“消失”,肝细胞萎缩、坏死可能是引起肝细胞“消失”的主要机制,肝细胞凋亡可能不是引起肝细胞“消失”的主要机制。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
