针对普通PSO算法收敛速率慢,难以收敛到全局最优解的问题,提出了一种基于学习与竞争的改进PSO算法.该算法通过将种群内部学习和竞争的思想与PSO算法相结合,让种群中个体通过竞争和学习策略来替代原有的PSO算法迭代公式.该方法在不增加PSO算法计算复杂度的基础上,能够克服基本PSO算法的不足.最后基于动态系统的稳定性分析理论,给出了该PSO算法收敛性的证明.在7种不同的测试函数上对改进后的算法进行了实验测试.实验结果表明该改进算法比传统的PSO算法有着更好的搜索精度.结果证明,新算法比普通的PSO算法具有更高的搜索精度和较低的时间复杂度.改进算法求解函数优化问题更加有效,收敛速率更快.  相似文献

为了降低RSSI测距误差对定位精度的影响,提出一种RSSI模型修正与PSO权重优化相结合的定位算法。首先通过最小化误差平方和原则对RSSI测距模型参数进行校正,避免测距误差带入定位阶段,然后利用三边测量法进行粗略定位,得到未知节点的近似坐标,最后引入改进PSO算法对该近似坐标进行优化,在改进PSO算法中提出一种基于收敛因子的权重策略,有效地平衡了算法的搜索速度与搜索精度,从而得到节点坐标优化值。实验结果表明,该算法能够有效抑制测距误差积累,有更好的收敛性能和更高的全局优化能力,能实现更好的定位效果。  相似文献

粒子群优化(PSO:Particle Swarm Optimization)算法是一种新兴的优化技术,其思想来源于人工生命和进化计算理论.PSO算法通过粒子追随自己找到的最好解和整个群体的最好解完成优化.为了避免PSO算法在求解最优化问题时陷入在局部最优及提高PSO算法的收敛速度,提出了对PSO算法增加更新概率.对无约束和有约束最优化问题分别设计了基于PSO算法的不同的求解方法和测试函数,并对PSO算法求解多目标优化问题进行了研究.仿真实验表明了改进的PSO算法求解最优化问题时的有效性.  相似文献

针对粒子群算法(particle swarm optimization,PSO)"早熟收敛"和后期收敛速度慢的特点,文章提出了一种改进的PSO算法。该算法摒弃了近年来许多在改进过程中引入过量繁琐公式、各种变换因子而导致算法过程冗杂的粒子群改进方法,而是在简化PSO算法的基础上引入自适应局部搜索因子,在种群不变的情况下拓宽了搜索范围并提高了搜索精度,且在某些测试函数下寻优效果明显优于其他复杂的PSO优化算法。最后的测试实验表明,该文算法能避免早熟问题,有效地提高了算法的精确寻优能力。  相似文献

针对粒子群优化算法(PSO)存在盲目搜索、收敛速度慢的问题,提出一种融合梯度信息的改进粒子群优化算法,简记为GIPSO(Gradient Information based PSO)。利用目标函数的梯度信息指导粒子朝着适应值更低的方向搜索,可有效避免粒子的盲目搜索行为。首先,在线性权重粒子群算法的进化公式中嵌入目标函数的梯度信息,有效提升了改进方法的收敛精度;其次,随机选择一半的粒子使用含有梯度信息的速度进化公式以降低算法的计算量,在标准测试函数上的仿真实验结果表明,GIPSO算法在收敛速度与收敛精度方面,均优于基本PSO算法,线性权重衰减PSO算法,正太分布权重PSO算法等传统方法。  相似文献

粒子群优化(particle swarm optimization,PSO)算法是一类基于群体智能的全局优化算法,以其计算迅速和易于实现而得到广泛的应用.但作为一种进化算法,它在很多问题中却容易过早收敛,陷入早熟.这与粒子群采用单一的进化策略有关,因为过于单一的进化策略使粒子群整体上有一种趋同性.针对标准PSO算法的这个问题提出了一种改进方法,改进后的PSO-σ算法实质上是Kennedy讨论过的认知模型、社会模型和完全模型的混合算法.从算法的收敛性、准确性和稳定性等方面对这种改进的算法作了试验和分析,发现均优于标准PSO算法.  相似文献

PSO算法优化的BP神经网络解决了其收敛速度慢或不收敛等缺点,但PSO算法本身却存在早熟和局部收敛的问题。为此引入EO算法,用EO算法与PSO算法相结合对BP神经网络进行改进。通过实验表明:EO算法与PSO算法结合优化的BP算法具有良好的收敛性和较高的预测精度,其性能优于传统的BP算法及PSO优化的BP算法。  相似文献

PSO算法是一种随机优化方法,但对复杂问题容易陷入早熟收敛,改进算法的随机因素以增大种群多样性是解决这一问题的常用方法。本文分析了随机因素对PSO算法的收敛性能的影响,对粒子群作统计分析后发现,算法中随机因素的叠加可以使得粒子群呈现正态分布的特征,并且这个观点在算法进化过程的大多数时候都是可以接受的。然后构造了一种增大随机因素的改进算法,结果表明,为了避免早熟收敛而适当增大算法的随机因素对提高算法的稳定性是有益的,但对改善算法的收敛性效果并不显著。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
