有机薄膜电致发光器件研究及其应用前景

从有机发光材料、器件结构与制备、工作原理、发光机理以及器件的稳定性等方面对有机电致发光器件的研究现状进行了评述，并对有机电致发光器件可能的应用前景进行了展望。     

有机电致发光白光器件的研究

白光有机电致发光器件在显示领域有着极大的应用前景,受到人们广泛的关注.通过对白光有机电致发光器件的结构、工作原理、实验的可行性分析、工艺流程、存在的问题等方面进行了分析,对器件结构进行了优化设计,确定了合理的技术路线,提高白光电致发光器件中各成分的发光效率,从而得到了一种较为理想的有机白光电致发光器件.     

有机发光器件的研究进展及应用前景(综述)

介绍了有机电致发光器件OLED（有机发光二极管）发展的历程，论述了有机电致发光材料及其发光原理和器件结构，讨论了该领域的研究热点问题，展望了OLED在新世纪的应用前景。     

聚苯胺-聚合物纳米复合材料的制备及应用

聚苯胺-聚合物纳米复合材料的制备方法可分为原位聚合法和机械共混法两大类.聚苯胺-聚合物纳米复合材料在透明导电薄膜、防静电涂料、导电纤维、电磁屏蔽、有机电致发光器件等领域有着广阔的应用前景.

硅衬底硫化锌薄膜发光器件的研制

用双舟热蒸发技术在硅衬底上制备硫化锌电致发光薄膜．用XRD、XPS技术和电致发光谱分析技术．研究该薄膜的微结构与发光特性．发现硅衬底上硫化锌薄膜与硫化锌粉末在晶体结构上存在差异，掺入的稀土元素铒呈三价．电致发光谱为Er^3 的发光谱线．硅衬底硫化锌发光薄膜器件可与硅器件工艺兼容．     

单异质结有机薄膜电致器件发光过程的理论模型

在Fowler—Nordheim方程的基础上，利用高斯定理对单异质结有机薄膜电致发光器件的发光过程进行理论分析和计算。计算结果表明在单异质结电致发光器件中，可降低器件的电流水平，提高器件的发光效率。     

有机薄膜电致发光器件的研究进展（综述）

对近几年来有机薄膜电致发光（ＥＬ）器件的研究进展进行了综合评停和分析,有机薄膜ＥＬ器件是近年来国际上研究的一个热点,该器件具有可与集成电路相匹配,直流电压低,发光亮度高,以及它与无机薄膜相比较易实现多色显示等优点。     

电致发光有机薄膜中空间电荷对载流子密度的影响

通过对有机半导体发光器件(ITO/PPV/AL)中载流子传输特性的研究,分析了空间电荷对器件中电流的影响,对电流密度J与薄膜厚度d的关系进行了分析,并讨论了获得较高的电致发光效率所用的薄膜的厚度变化范围和掺杂的影响．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
