根据实验研究发现,云计算环境中虚拟机镜像备份之间存在大量的冗余数据。尽管传统的去重方法有较高的去重率,但需要花费大量时间,这对有时效性要求的海量镜像备份场景并不适用。考虑虚拟机镜像之间存在大量相同或相似的操作系统和应用程序等相似性特性,提出一种基于虚拟机镜像改进相似度分组去重优化方法。该方法利用镜像之间的相似性对镜像进行相似度分组,把相似度达到阈值的镜像归为一组,形成多个相似的镜像组。仿真实验验证了该方法减少去重过程中的索引空间范围,缩短去重的时间,提高了备份效率,特别适用于海量虚拟机镜像的快速备份场景中。  相似文献

针对云数据中心重调度算法大多是以牺牲云任务的完成时间或者增加云服务提供商的损失为代价的问题,系统分析了虚拟机故障所带来的性能损失和云数据中心容错策略的重调度过程。参考了Amazon云数据中心的真实定价机制,并对Amazon的多个云数据中心的虚拟机价格进行分析。同时,对失效的云任务根据截止时间进行了分类。利用不同配置虚拟机的定价差异提出了面向云数据中心的成本感知容错算法(Cost-aware Fault-tolerant Algorithm for Cloud Data Centers, CAFT)。该调度算法通过提高云任务的故障修复率从而降低云服务提供商的损失。实验仿真结果显示,相比IRW、RI和DTRDT算法,所提算法的故障修复率明显提升,同时,云服务提供商的损失平均降低了1.3%、13%和0.5%。  相似文献

随着云计算数据中心规模及复杂性的不断增长,其监控和管理的可扩展性问题已逐渐成为一项挑战性任务.对云计算平台中相似行为的虚拟机进行聚类处理,可提升云计算平台监控和管理的可扩展性.然而,在准确率和时效性上,现有的虚拟机聚类技术无法满足云计算平台的要求.本文提出一种基于深度学习的虚拟机分类算法,即对云计算平台中虚拟机的行为进行分析,将具有相似行为的虚拟机进行分类,然后将同类的虚拟机部署在尽可能少的服务器上、降低基础设施成本,从而提升云计算数据中心监控和管理的可扩展性.采用真实云数据中心的虚拟机数据对本文算法及同类算法进行对比实验,结果表明本文算法准确率更高、实时性更好,可满足云计算平台的要求.  相似文献

在虚拟机全系统在线迁移中,由于镜像文件数据量巨大,对整个迁移过程的效率有着关键的影响,因此优化迁移时间,成为虚拟机迁移技术的研究热点.对于以分布式存储系统(其中较为常见的是Ceph块设备)作为镜像文件存储方式的虚拟机进行迁移时,镜像文件需要经过源存储节点到源计算节点,再到目的计算节点,最后到目的存储节点.这种方式忽略了底层存储系统特点可以给迁移带来的好处,针对上述问题,提出了一种Ceph块设备跨集群迁移算法,采用源存储节点并行向目的存储节点迁移数据的方式,利用了存储节点的计算和网络能力.实验表明,该算法加快了迁移速度,同时适当增加存储节点数目能进一步提升算法效率.  相似文献

跨广域网的虚拟机动态迁移是多数据中心云计算环境的重要技术支撑。与局域网上相比,跨广域网的动态迁移由于受到带宽的限制而面临更多的技术挑战。基于跨数据中心虚拟机迁移的特性,提出了多数据中心虚拟机快速动态迁移架构和跨数据中心快速动态镜像迁移(FlimCD)算法。FlimCD算法利用脏块去冗、缺块预取和热区排序传输等优化方法,减少了虚拟机整体迁移时间,并降低了迁移对性能的影响。实验表明:对于中等I/O强度工作流,FlimCD算法的迁移时间比前拷贝方法的减少64.3%;FlimCD的优化机制使后拷贝阶段的缺块率下降49%以上。  相似文献

基础设施即服务(IaaS)环境下的一个关键需求是对租户申请的虚拟机进行合理放置。当前虚拟机放置策略的研究大都集中在数据中心能耗、资源损耗以及负载均衡等方面,很少有工作关注其对租户虚拟机启动时间的影响。为了减少虚拟机请求的周转时间,降低数据中心的资源损耗,本文首先建立了云服务租户满意度模型,给出了虚拟机请求到达云端后周转时间的量化方法;然后基于数据中心的资源损耗建立了云服务提供商满意度模型;最后,基于租户虚拟机启动时间与系统资源损耗建立了多目标约束优化模型,并提出了一种基于综合满意度(Comprehensive Satisfaction Based,CS-B)的虚拟机放置策略,该策略综合考虑了云服务租户与云服务提供商的需求,将租户所申请的虚拟机放置到综合满意度最高的服务器中运行。在OpenStack云平台上的仿真实验表明,CS-B虚拟机放置策略能够有效减少租户虚拟机在云端的部署时间,降低数据中心的资源损耗,有效提高了云服务商及租户的满意度。  相似文献

结合数据中心中数据密集型作业的频繁读写数据特点,综合考虑CPU使用率和RAM使用率两个影响因素构建服务器能耗评价模型,并引入人工蜂群算法及启发式反向思想,将其应用于数据中心虚拟机迁移策略中的虚拟机选择环节,实现云计算中数据中心节能问题的优化.在CloudSim 3.0云计算模拟器中的仿真实验结果表明:该启发式反向蜂群虚拟机选择节能算法(ABCS)与最大最小时间(MMT)、随机选择(RS)和最小使用率(MU)3种经典虚拟机选择算法相比节能20%~25%,虚拟机迁移频率减少至5%以下.  相似文献

针对云数据中心虚拟机分配物理机时存在负载不均衡的问题,提出了一种基于蚁群优化算法的资源调度算法.对问题场景进行了分析,提出了数据中心负载不均衡度以及物理机与虚拟机之间不匹配度的概念,并给出了问题的形式化描述.在蚁群算法选择概率规则中参考了用户对虚拟机资源的需求,尽量避免对相同类型虚拟机部署在一台物理机上,同时对信息素的初始化、信息素的更新进行了改进.通过CloudSim模拟平台进行仿真实验,并与其他的分配算法进行了比较,实验结果表明:该调度算法能够快速地完成虚拟机的放置,并且使云数据中心的物理机具有较低负载不均衡度,提高了资源的利用率.  相似文献

针对云数据中心现有物理主机状态检测算法对提高云数据中心物理资源的利用率效果不明显问题,提出了基于负载预测的物理主机状态检测策略(load prediction based physical host status detection,LP-PHSD),LP-PHSD利用时间序列和二次指数平滑法预测出物理主机在未来一段时间内的资源利用率情况,同时结合绝对中位差方法,确定资源利用率动态阈值边界,选择适当的时刻进行迁移,提高物理资源的利用效率,降低能量消耗.LP-PHSD包括源物理主机状态检测和目标物理主机状态检测2个部分,可以很好地判断出虚拟机迁移的时刻.实验表明,经LP-PHSD策略优化后的新虚拟机迁移方法与近几年的BenchMark迁移模型比较起来,云数据中心的总体能量消耗降低,虚拟机迁移次数减少,云服务质量明显提高.  相似文献

为了均衡分布式数据中心物理主机多维资源的利用率,减少物理主机使用数量,节约能耗,提出了一种基于层次拓扑树的虚拟机节能分配算法HTES(hierarchical topology energy saving),此算法可以有效提升虚拟机分配效率.利用Laplacian矩阵,对大规模网络拓扑分割,建立了层次拓扑树模型.基于层次拓扑模型,根据虚拟机请求中IP地址与数据中心的距离,将虚拟机请求分组,从层次拓扑树模型中查询合适的物理主机区域,按虚拟机请求与物理主机的资源匹配度进行虚拟机的分配.将HTES与其他3种算法进行模拟仿真实验,从虚拟机分配时间、资源均衡率、能耗和物理主机使用情况等方面验证了HTES算法能够有效加快物理主机搜索速度,增加底层占用物理主机的集中度,降低底层物理主机的使用数量,达到节约能耗的目的.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
