Dual Vα T cells     
The assumption that T cells can only express a single receptor for antigen has in recent years been shown to be incorrect. However, the finding that a substantial number of T cells express two distinct antigen receptors at the cell surface raises a number of questions. In particular, it has been suggested that cells expressing low levels of a self-reactive T cell receptor may escape self-tolerance mechanisms and in certain situations trigger the onset of autoimmune disease. Such a hypothesis in turn raises questions central to the understanding of the nature of T cell recognition and the process of thymocyte maturation.  相似文献

研究火焰中的情况, 发现即使层流预混V形火焰中也存在着强烈的速度脉动. 这种速度脉动与预混可燃气的当量比(化学反应因素)密切相关, 而受来流速度的影响较小. 火焰中心区速度的概率分布函数呈“平顶型”. 分析认为火焰与流动的相互作用不仅在流场大尺度空间内影响火焰特性, 而且在火焰中小尺度空间内也存在着火焰(化学反应)与流动的相互作用, 其结果之一就是在火焰中产生小尺度湍流, 这种小尺度湍流将在火焰中小尺度空间内影响火焰特性.  相似文献

建立了V 带传动承载能力最大化问题的最优设计模型. 研究了该模型中目标函数凹性、单调性和全局最优性条件, 证明了V 带传动最优设计问题的可行域是有界闭凸集. 以此为基础, 提出了寻求该模型全局最优解的最优值线段算法. 在4 种不同的设计条件下, 给出了V 带传动最大承载能力的全局优化解法. 工程设计案例研究表明了该模型和全局优化方法具有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

Vγ9Vδ2 T cells play a crucial role in the antitumoral immune response through cytokine production and cytotoxicity. Although the expression of the immunomodulatory molecule HLA-G has been found in diverse tumors, its impact on Vγ9Vδ2 T-cell functions remains unknown. Here we showed that soluble HLA-G inhibits Vγ9Vδ2 T-cell proliferation without inducing apoptosis. Moreover, soluble HLA-G inhibited the Vγ9Vδ2 T-cell production of IFN-γ induced by phosphoantigen stimulation. The reduction in Vγ9Vδ2 T-cell IFN-γ production was also induced by membrane-bound or soluble HLA-G expressed by tumor cell lines. Finally, primary tumor cells inhibited Vγ9Vδ2 T-cell proliferation and IFN-γ production through HLA-G. In this context, HLA-G impaired Vγ9Vδ2 T-cell cytotoxicity by interacting with ILT2 inhibitory receptor. These data demonstrate that HLA-G inhibits the anti-tumoral functions of Vγ9Vδ2 T cells and imply that treatments targeting HLA-G could optimize Vγ9Vδ2 T-cell-mediated immunotherapy of cancer.  相似文献

采用高温拉伸实验并结合金相分析的方法,研究了微量V元素对5083铝合金超塑性影响.结果表明,微量V可以使5083合金中变形后的纤维组织更加细小均匀,抑制合金再结晶过程晶粒的长大,进而提高5083铝合金的超塑性.传统5083铝合金与加入微量V,5083铝合金轧制板材经500°C一定时间的热处理后,再结晶晶粒尺寸分别为10和20m,5083合金板材505°C~515°C下的延伸率由208%提高到254%.  相似文献

Summary Chloramphenicol, an inhibitor of protein synthesis, causes a strong vegetalization of whole larvae of sea urchinParacentrotus lividus. Combination of chloramphenicol and lithium causes a stronger vegetalization than either of these agents alone. Chloramphenicol suppresses the animalizing effects of Evans blue and zinc ions. The effects of chloramphenicol are compared with those of lithium and phenazone. It is suggested that vegetalizing effects of chloramphenicol are connected with its inhibitory action on protein synthesis and the perturbations of ribonucleic acid metabolism.  相似文献

Summary The inhibiting effect of orally administered N-[d-6-methyl-8-isoergolin-I-yl], N, N-diethylurea (VÚFB-6638) on the production of milk was found in rats. The inhibition of lactation was ascertained through the observation of the daily weightgains of the suckled puppies (ED50=0.112 mg/kg/day) and through the observation of the presence of milk in the stomach of these puppies, as seen through their abdomen wall (0.084 mg/kg/day). This inhibition could be abolished with exogenous prolactin, which gives evidence that the drug studied acts via the endocrine system.
