高校产学研一体化发展的实践与前瞻   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
本文探讨我国高校产学研一体化发展的必要性、可行性及其前景。从人类社会发展的历史特点入手,并借鉴了美国硅谷发展的经验和我国改革开放推进社会主义市场发展的需求,对高校产学研一体化发展的道路作了论述。针对目前高校产学研一体化中存在的问题,作者提出了加速高校产学研一体化发展的四条建议:1,高校产学研一体化发展必须转变观念,积极参与社会大循环;2,推进高校产学研一体化要有过硬的产品和准确的市场定位;3,高校产学研一体化发展要依托高科技园区,切实解决经费投入问题;4,高校产学研一体化发展要突出以人为本的思想,努力造就发明家和企业家。  相似文献

Maxwell’s writings exhibit an enduring preoccupation with the role of metaphysics in the advancement of science, especially the progress of physics. I examine the question of the distinction and the proper relation between physics and metaphysics and the way in which the question relies on key notions that bring together much of Maxwell’s natural philosophy, theoretical and experimental. Previous discussions of his attention to metaphysics have been confined to specific issues and polemics such as conceptions of matter and the problem of free will. I suggest a unifying pattern based on a generalized philosophical perspective and varying expressions, although never a systematic or articulated philosophical doctrine, but at least a theme of action and active powers, natural and human, intellectual and material, with sources and grounds in theology, moral philosophy and historical argument. While science was developing in the direction of professional specialization and alongside the rise of materialism, Maxwell held on to conservative intellectual outlook, but one that included a rich scientific life and held science as part of a rich intellectual, cultural and material life. His philosophical outlook integrated his science with and captured the new Victorian culture of construction and work, political, economic, artistic and engineering.  相似文献

Temporally and spatially controlled activation of the Aurora A kinase (AURKA) regulates centrosome maturation, entry into mitosis, formation and function of the bipolar spindle, and cytokinesis. Genetic amplification and mRNA and protein overexpression of Aurora A are common in many types of solid tumor, and associated with aneuploidy, supernumerary centrosomes, defective mitotic spindles, and resistance to apoptosis. These properties have led Aurora A to be considered a high-value target for development of cancer therapeutics, with multiple agents currently in early-phase clinical trials. More recently, identification of additional, non-mitotic functions and means of activation of Aurora A during interphase neurite elongation and ciliary resorption have significantly expanded our understanding of its function, and may offer insights into the clinical performance of Aurora A inhibitors. Here we review the mitotic and non-mitotic functions of Aurora A, discuss Aurora A regulation in the context of protein structural information, and evaluate progress in understanding and inhibiting Aurora A in cancer.  相似文献

In recent years explicitly utopian visions have reappeared across the political spectrum. To a surprising degree these visions have drawn on histories and science and technology. What should scholars of Science and Technology Studies (STS) and History and Philosophy of Science (HPS) make of these developments? The concept of utopia has often been treated with considerable distrust in these fields, as an indication of closed end-directed blueprints, or as an indication of fantasies of limitless technological improvement and purification of categories. Alongside this uneasiness, however, HPS and STS scholars have also projected transformative ambitions, seeking to recover from the past different ways of knowing and relating to the human and non-human world. By engaging with critiques of utopia from thinkers including Karl Popper, Otto Neurath, Bruno Latour, Isabelle Stengers and Donna Haraway, and exploring some of the utopian strands which have recurred in studies of science and technology—including the longing for integration, the association of science with planning, and the ways in which feminist scholars have envisaged alternative forms of science—we can understand the ongoing, and often unrecognised, utopian dimensions of HPS and STS.  相似文献

Deep ocean currents are not accessible to direct human perception. Their insertion into global structures of circulation is even more profoundly removed from individual sensorial experience. But oceanographers tend to use wider concepts of experience to include instruments, traditions of observation and theoretical models. Historians and philosophers of science, as well as STS scholars, have also redefined scientific experience as operational and collective transformations of parts of the world around us into fragments of larger bodies of knowledge. This paper pursues this definition to follow the instrumental and epistemological resources available to those “observing” deep-water circulation at the Strait of Gibraltar in two very distinct moments, ca. 1870 and ca. 1985, respectively through the works of scientists like William B. Carpenter and the transnational team involved in the Gibraltar Experiment. Detecting and mapping the Gibraltar undercurrent necessitated taking data of temperature and salinity as proxies for masses of water. Making it relevant to world ocean currents required the use of models and moving across scales. In both contexts, empires of global reach provided the globalizing motivations and infrastructures.  相似文献

The bulk of the significant recent scientific heritage of universities is not to be found in accredited science museums or collections employed in research. Rather it is located in a wide variety of more informal collections, assemblages and accumulations. The selection and documentation of such materials is very often unsystematic and many of them are vulnerable to changes of staff, relocation and, above all, shortage of space. Following a survey of views on the values of the recent material heritage of the sciences, I consider the many advantages—for teaching, engagement with wider communities, enhancement of institutional identity and work experience, celebration of scientific achievements, study of the recent history of the practices and fruits of the sciences, etc.—of “multi-site museums” formed through the coordination of such varied and scattered collections. I go on to reflect on ways in which the preservation and display of scientific heritage in dispersed collections may be enhanced and protected through institutional recognition and through provision of guidance and assistance in selection, documentation and digitisation, preservation and conservation, and display. The importance of adequate documentation of the contexts of production and use of objects is stressed, as are the benefits that can result from involvement of student “taskforces” and heritage-concerned scientists.  相似文献

We evaluated in vitro the effect of paclitaxel and docetaxel on PC-3 and DU-145 prostate cancer cell lines to understand better the downstream events in drug-induced tumor cell death. Taxane treatments of DU-145 cells induced rapid cell death by apoptosis, but in PC-3 cells, treatments achieved growth arrest, followed by extensive karyokinesis resulting in multinucleation, giant-cell formation and delayed cell death. To determine if the giant multinucleated cells were able to produce proliferating and drug-resistant survivors, we first delineated the kinetics of drug activity and cytotoxic dose range. Analysis of both lines by colorimetric and cell viability assays demonstrated improved cytotoxicity of taxanes applied continuously. Selected doses and schedules of docetaxel were used to induce giant multinucleated cells that gave rise to docetaxel-resistant survivors, which remained sensitive to paclitaxel and other chemotherapeutics. Growth and morphology of the recovered clones was similar to parental cells. The resistant phenotype of these clones determined by immunofluorescence and immunoblot was associated with transient expression of the β-tubulin IV isoform and was independent of P-glycoprotein, bcl-2 and bcl-xL. Resistant clones will be useful to model progression of resistance to taxanes and to identify unknown and clinically important molecular mechanisms of cell death and resistance. 本文介绍了失效模式及其影响分析的定义、分类及基本构成,并概括了其分析步骤。文中介绍了醇酸树脂反应釜各部件的功能,讨论了醇酸树脂反应釜的潜在失效模式、可能导致的后果及其原因;依据严重度、频度数、不易探测度及风险顺序值的量化标准,对各个项目进行了量化分析,对超出标准的项目提出了整改措施。对于FMEA方法在醇酸树脂反应釜中的应用会大大弥补当前存在的危害进行全面的识别和分析,并提供有效的信息和数据指导生产,能够为保障安全生产、制定维护维修决策以及优化成本效益比率提供强有力的数据支持。  相似文献

Summary We have tested the effect of the phytoalexins lubimin, (–)-maackiain and pinosylvin and the related compounds dehydroloroglossol and hordatine M on the growth of the human lymphoblastoid cell lines Molt and Raji. (–)-maackiain, pinosylvin and dehydroloroglossol showed significant growth inhibitory action on the cells. Suppression of [3H] thymidine and [3H] leucine uptake was tested and noted in pinosylvin and dehydroloroglossol. The phytoalexins and related compounds are widespread in plants and provide a potential source of antineoplastic substances.We would like to acknowledge the assistance of J. 森林生态系统由于其复杂的物质循环与能量转化通道,直接参与地图一生物圈问的生物地球化学循环。因此,对森林生态系统结构与功能的研究一直是研究全球生态环境问题的核心。目前在这个研究领域的共识是:对生态系统功能的了解首先是基于对系统组分过程结构和动态的理解,而生态系统多功能的持续性机制在于确保组成系统的各组分过程结构的维持和良好的协调。在森林群落生态系统中,最基本的植物、生态学过程是能流传输(transfer)和分配(partitioning)过程,碳、养分和水循环过程,生态位的相对稳定和分化过程以及植物的生长,死亡和更新过程。川西亚高山针叶林是我国西部目前唯一保存良好的天然森林。除了它重要的、不可替代的生态、经济和社会地位外,从生态系统本身以及与全球气候变化的联系上,地处高寒环境下的川西亚高山针叶林生态系统有其独特之处:相对简单的层次结构和种丰富度,清晰的更新和演替规律,有意义的地质、气候和区系历史,巨大的土壤冷冻碳库,更加分化的结构和功能类型,复杂的地形、地貌组合以及生态位的多样性等。这些特征一方面给系统生态过程研究带来许多挑战性的问题,另一方面为研究植被动态过程以及植被与气候变化相互作用提供了一个天然实验室。  相似文献

Summary Cerebellar, hippocampal and hypothalamic slices prepared from newborn and 7-day-old rats were cultured by means of the roller-tube technique. Identification of cells was made easier by the fact that at least part of the characteristic cytoarchitecture of the tissue was preserved in vitro. Cerebellar Purkinje cells and neurones of the deep cerebellar nuclei were recognized on the basis of their size, their location within the culture and their dendritic arborization. Pyramidal cells of all hippocampal subfields displayed their characteristic basal and apical dendritic trees with numerous spinous processes. Hippocampal granule cells gave rise to a monopolar dendritic arbor; their axons terminated in the dentate hilus and CA3 region. Golgi-like immuniperoxidase staining allowed localization of groups of neurophysin-positive neurones in slices prepared from the anterior hypothalamus. These neurones, bilaterally bordering the third ventricle, usually displayed a simple dendritic arborization and fine beaded axons.—Cultivation of brain slices prepared from young rats offers particular advantages in that the cultured cells are organized in an organotypic monolayer and individual living neurones may be directly visualized.Acknowledgments. The early history of cathode rays, X-rays and a third kind of natural radiation from several minerals and atomic fission is described. In this way the fundamental concept of radioactivity, laws of decay and atomic models were developed. With artificial radioactive isotopes, new tailored radiopharmaceuticals could be introduced into metabolic research, medical diagnostics and therapy. Von Hevesy's concept of the dynamic state of body constituents led to examination of the locations and movements of labelled atoms and molecules as a function of time. That was the birth of nucler medicine. The principles and value at the molecular level of several specific tracer studies in research and diagnostic or therapeutic use are explained. Typically, diagnostic tests with tracer agents are non-invasive and have low radiation exposure. Competing with other diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, nuclear medicine is a speciality in its own right. But there are moves to classify it as a subspecialization of other organ-oriented clinical disciplines. That is a misunderstanding of the radiologist's role and does not answer the question: What is the best way of woking for the patient? New horizons in diagnostic modalities, biochemistry, immunology, imaging and the use of immunogenic therapeutic agents demand a continuous cooperation within interdisciplinary teams. That is as necessary with radiologic departments, participating in changed organizational structures, as with other clinical departments.  相似文献

Summary Interactive effects between acid deposition and the rest of the environment are the key to further understanding. Although this article deals only with plant growth in relation to the chemical state of the soil and not with aerial effects, it is still possible to illustrate a number of interactions and patterns of response among both vascular and non-vascular components of vegetation. Evidence is examined with regard to plant age, pre-treatment and the nature of nutrient supply. It includes consideration of both effects of soil on plants and of plants on soil, notes both antagonisms and symbioses, and draws attention to inducible defence systems.  相似文献

Summary In previous years the composition and function of chromosomes have been analyzed to a considerable extent, in contrast to the small number of investigations that have been made on nucleoli. There exist at present many conflicting opinions about the structure and function of the nucleolus, and therefore a critical survey of the facts and theories about the nucleolar substance appears necessary.The structure, chemical composition and metabolism of the nucleoli of various cells are described in this publication. The regulation of the size and function of the nucleolus is also discussed.It is concluded that the size and structure of the nucleolus is organ- and species-specific. A rapid synthesis of RNA and proteins occurs in the nucleolus. After a short interval, this disappears; and it is therefore concluded that the nucleolus must have a high turnover of these substances. The size and function of the nucleoli depends on the energy state of the cytoplasm.It appears that the nucleolus can synthesize proteins which can be utilized by the chromosomes during their genetic function.  相似文献
