A multilayer tungsten carbide particle (WCp)-reinforced Ni-based alloy coating was fabricated on a steel substrate using vacuum cladding technology. The morphology, microstructure, and formation mechanism of the coating were studied and discussed in different zones. The microstructure morphology and phase composition were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. In the results, the coating presents a dense and homogeneous microstructure with few pores and is free from cracks. The whole coating shows a multilayer structure, including composite, transition, fusion, and diffusion-affected layers. Metallurgical bonding was achieved between the coating and substrate because of the formation of the fusion and diffusion-affected layers. The Ni-based alloy is mainly composed of γ-Ni solid solution with finely dispersed Cr7C3/Cr23C6, CrB, and Ni+Ni3Si. WC particles in the composite layer distribute evenly in areas among initial Ni-based alloying particles, forming a special three-dimensional reticular microstructure. The macrohardness of the coating is HRC 55, which is remarkably improved compared to that of the substrate. The microhardness increases gradually from the substrate to the composite zone, whereas the microhardness remains almost unchanged in the transition and composite zones.  相似文献

采用电沉积方法在镁合金表面制备了一种环境友好型Zn过渡层.利用SEM、XRD研究了直流和脉冲电沉积方式对Zn过渡层形貌及微观结构的影响,采用电化学方法研究了Zn过渡层的耐蚀性.结果表明,Zn过渡层在镁合金表面电沉积Sn-Ni合金过程中是必不可少的.在相同的厚度下,脉冲电沉积方式的应用更有利于制备平整致密、无孔且耐蚀性高的Zn过渡层.只有以脉冲Zn为过渡层才能获得良好的后续Sn-Ni合金镀层.  相似文献

The Fe3Si based coating was produced on the Fe-1 Si steel surface by a pulsed Nd:YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet) laser. Its phase constitution and microstructure were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscope (OM), and field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) with associated energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The hyperfine structure of the coating was studied by Mrssbauer spectra (MS) and the magnetic property was also measured at room temperature by a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The obtained coating is pore and crack-free with dense microstructure and high Si content. The metallurgical bonding between the coating and the substrate was realized. The microstructure of the coating is typical fine dendrites. The major phase was confirmed by XRD and TEM to be the ordering D03 structured Fe3Si phase. In addition, there were smaller amounts of the Fe5Si3 phase and the γ-Fe phase in the coating. Compared with the substrate, the laser cladding coating has a lower saturation magnetization and a higher coercive force. The poor magnetic property might be because of rapid solidification microstructure and phase constitution in the coating.  相似文献

An environmentally clean aluminium-based conversion coating on AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied in aluminium nitrate solutions. The morphology, composition, structure, and formation mechanism of the coating were investigated in detail using scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersion spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and electrochemical corrosion tests. The results show that the conversion coating is composed of magnesium, aluminium, and oxygen, and shows an amorphous structure. In the initial stage of coating formation, the grain-like nucleus is composed of Al10O15·xH2O, (Al2O3)5.333, Al2O3, AlO(OH), MgAl2O4, (Mg0.88Al0.12)(Al0.94Mg0.06)2O4, and (Mg0.68Al0.32)(Al0.84Mg0.16)2O4. The conversion coating formed in the 0.01 mol/L aluminium nitrate solution for 15 min can improve the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy greatly. The discussion reveals that the possible formation mechanism for the aluminium-based conversion coating is the reduction reaction on micro-cathodic sites due to the electrochemically heterogeneous magnesium alloy substrate.  相似文献

 采用真空蒸发沉积方法在Al2O3衬底上生长CuPc薄膜,用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见光分光光度计多种测试手段表征薄膜的结构,研究不同沉积速率、不同膜厚和衬底温度对CuPc薄膜结构的影响.研究结果表明:CuPc薄膜的晶粒尺寸随沉积速率的增大而减小,薄膜越厚,结晶度越高,CuPc薄膜退火温度约为250℃时发生相变,由原来的亚稳态α-CuPc晶型结构转变为稳定的β-CuPc晶型结构.

By mixing preheated high-aluminum bronze powders with different amounts of Al2O3 powder, a low-pressure cold-sprayed coating was prepared and sprayed onto a Cr12MoV steel substrate. The hardness of the coating and the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate were tested with a HV-1000 microhardness tester and a mechanical universal testing machine. The surface microstructure, cross-section and tensile fracture surface of the coating were observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Correspondingly, the influences of the preheat treatment temperature of the bronze powder and the Al2O3 content on the coating performance were investigated. The results indicate that the hardness of bronze powders decreased and the coating deposition rate increased after the preheating treatment of the bronze powder. The Al2O3 content in the mixed powders contributed to the deformation of bronze powders during the spraying process. This trend resulted in varied performance of the coating.  相似文献

为研究合金化热镀锌产品镀层抗粉化性能,通过辉光放电光谱仪(GDS 750A)测量、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM S4200)观察等手段对不同合金化热镀锌高强IF钢的镀层厚度、镀层铁含量、镀层铝含量和镀层相结构等进行了研究·结果表明:对于所研究的合金化热镀锌高强IF钢,镀层较厚、镀层铝含量低时镀层的粉化量较大;当镀层表面和次表面是以疏松的δ1相为主的相结构时,镀层抗粉化性能明显好于镀层表面以致密的粒状δ1相为主的相结构·  相似文献

以Ti、Al和Cr为靶材,采用阴极离子镀在YT14硬质合金刀具表面制备一层AlTiCrN涂层,通过扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射仪分析了其表面和界面形貌、化学元素组成和物相,并用线扫描和面扫描研究了涂层中化学元素在结合界面处扩散机理. 用划痕法表征其界面层结合强度,对界面结合机理进行了讨论. AlTiCrN涂层的物相主要以AlN、CrN和TiN为主,涂层在(111)晶面具有很强的择优取向. 涂层中Al、Ti、Cr和N原子数分数高于基体,在结合界面处呈阶梯状过渡分布,基体中C原子扩散进入TiN、AlN和CrN晶格点阵中,形成明显的扩散层. 涂层结合界面为机械﹢扩散形式,其结合方式主要是由吸附结合、扩散结合和化合结合方式组成. 划痕过程中涂层经历弹性变形、塑性变形和涂层剥离三个阶段,界面结合强度为59. 2 N.  相似文献

The microstructure of a pressureless infiltrating 55vol% oxidized SiC preform by Al-8Mg alloy was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high resolution TEM (HRTEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), and X-ray diffraction. The TEM image of the interface between Al and SiC shows that the surface of SiC is covered by a rough nanocrystal layer of MgAl2O4, Al2O3, and Si, produced by the interfacial reaction of Al, Mg, and SiO2 on the surface of SiC. The Al-SiC interface is also examined by HRTEM to be better understood how MgAl2O4 and Al2O3 are produced. Dendritic Al2O3 crystals are embedded in the pores of the composite generated from the mutual bonding of SiO2 on the surface of SiC. Columnar AlN crystals of about 250 nm in length are bunched vertically on the SiC particle surface.  相似文献

Novel poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PVP)-coated nickel ferrite nanocrystals were prepared by simultaneously pyrolyzing nickel(II) acetylacetonate (Ni(acac)2) and iron(III) acetylacetonate (Fe(acac)3) in N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (NVP). The PVP coating was formed in situ through polymerization of NVP. The crystalline structure of the resultant nickel ferrite was analyzed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, electron diffraction patterns, and powder X-ray diffraction. In addition, the valence state of Ni and the metal contents of Ni and Fe in different valence states were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), atomic absorption and the phenanthroline method. The surface coating layer of PVP and its binding states were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy in combination with XPS. Colloidal stability experiments revealed that the nanocrystals could be dispersed well in both phosphate-buffered saline and Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium.  相似文献

A novel concept has been developed to coat the inner pore surfaces of reticulated alumina with a thin silver film by an electroless-plating method. As a result of coating, the porous alumina sample exhibits a sharp transition from insulating to conducting due to a thin silver layer on the inner pore surfaces. Systematic studies have been carried out to investigate the coating kinetics by employment of scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and computer simulation. Both coating procedures and effects of processing parameters on the quality of films are reported. Also, this paper presents the film bonding strength to the substrate, effects of sintering, and conduction mechanism of coated composite. The fundamental silver electroless-plating mechanism has been identified based on computer modeling. The simulation results indicate an excellent agreement between the silver deposition behavior and the physical model applied.  相似文献

Al2O3/TiO2/Fe2O3/Yb2O3 composite powder was synthesized via the sol-gel method. The structure, morphology, and radar-absorption properties of the composite powder were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis and RF impedance analysis. The results show that two types of particles exist in the composite powder. One is irregular flakes (100-200 nm) and the other is spherical Al2O3 particles (smaller than 80 nm). Electromagnetic wave attenuation is mostly achieved by dielectric loss. The maximum value of the dissipation factor reaches 0.76 (at 15.68 GHz) in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz. The electromagnetic absorption of waves covers 2-18 GHz with the matching thicknesses of 1.5-4.5 mm. The absorption peak shifts to the lower-frequency area with increasing matching thickness. The effective absorption band covers the frequency range of 2.16-9.76 GHz, and the maximum absorption peak reaches -20.18 dB with a matching thickness of 3.5 mm at a frequency of 3.52 GHz.  相似文献

研究了宽带激光熔覆铸造WCp /Ni基合金复合涂层结合界面组织特征。结果表明结合界面微区组织特征为细小的共晶体组织、过渡层组织以及白亮带组织。白亮带及过渡层中主要含有Fe ,Cr,Ni,Si等元素。白亮带主要是单相的γ - (Fe ,Cr ,Ni,Si)固溶体组织。从熔覆区→过渡层→白亮带的平均显微硬度值呈梯度分布。复合涂层结合界面主要元素、微观组织结构和显微硬度呈梯度分布的特征 ,提高了涂层与基材之间的匹配性 ,缓解应力集中 ,避免裂纹形成 ,实现了基材与涂层良好的冶金结合。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备腐殖酸包覆的磁性四氧化三铁纳米粒子(HA@Fe_3O_4)并将其用于类Fenton体系催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB).通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、动态光散射(DLS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对样品的形貌、结构及成分进行表征.比较HA包覆前后Fe_3O_4纳米粒子的催化效果,考察HA@Fe_3O_4催化剂用量、H_2O_2浓度等因素对降解效率的影响.结果表明HA的包覆可以显著提高MB的降解效率.  相似文献

以纯铁粉、硅粉、硼铁粉、铬铁粉、胶体石墨及镍粉为原料,通过真空反应钎涂在低碳钢基体上制备了碳化铬/铁基自熔合金复合涂层,涂层表面光滑、平整且与基体为冶金结合.应用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪及显微硬度计,研究了涂层的组织结构、成分分布和硬度分布.结果表明:涂层为复合结构,其组织由Fe-Ni固溶体基底和原位合成的六棱柱Cr3C2相组成.涂层与基体间存在过渡区,过渡区内元素和硬度呈梯度分布;涂层表面硬度可达85HR15N以上.  相似文献

A novel approach to produce an intermetallic composite coating was put forward. The microstructure, microhardness, and dry-sliding wear behavior of the composite coating were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) analysis, microhardness test, and ball-on-disc wear experiment. XRD results indicate that some new phases FeAl, Fe0.23Ni0.77Al, and Ni3Al exit in the composite coating with the Al2O3 addition. SEM results show that the coating is bonded with carbon steel metallurgically and exhibits typical rapid directional solidification structures. The Cr7C3 carbide and intermetallic compounds co-reinforced composite coating has a high average hardness and exhibits an excellent wear resistance under dry-sliding wear test compared with the Cr7C3 carbide-reinforced composite coating. The formation mechanism of the intermetallic compounds was also investigated.  相似文献

Carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC)/multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT) composite was prepared by dissolving CMC with ionic liquid as solvent.The microstructure and electrochemical properties of CMC/MWCNTs were studied using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) system and electrochemical workstation.The experimental results indicated that the CMC dissolved with ionic liquid could be uniformly enwrapped on the surface of MWCNTs,and the coating thickness of CMC was about 5.4 nm.There are obvious oxidation peaks in the cyclic voltammograms curves of glassy carbon electrode coated with a CMC/MWCNT composite in H2O2 phosphate buffer solution.The MWCNT content and ultrasonic time strongly affected the dispersivity and electrochemical property of CMC/MWCNT composite.While the MWCNT content and ultrasonic processing time was 2 wt% and 2 h respectively,CMC/MWCNT composite exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity.  相似文献

The oxidation behavior of a nickel-based superalloy at 1000℃ in air was investigated through X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and energy-dispersive spectroscopy analysis. A series of oxides, including external oxide scales (Cr2O3, (TiO2 + MnCr2O4)) and internal oxides (Al2O3,TiN), were formed on the surface or sub-surface of the substrate at 1000℃ in experimental still air. The oxidation resistance of the alloy was dependent on the stability of the surface oxide layer. The continuity and density of the protective Cr2O3 scale were affected by minor alloying elements such as Ti and Mn. The outermost oxide scale was composed of TiO2 rutile and MnCr2O4 spinel, and the growth of TiO2 particles was controlled by the outer diffusion of Ti ions through the pre-existing oxide layer. Severe internal oxidation occurred beneath the external oxide scale, consuming Al and Ti of the strength phase γ' (Ni3(Al,Ti)) and thereby severely deteriorating the surface mechanical properties. The depth of the internal oxidation region was approximately 35 μm after exposure to experimental air at 1000℃ for 80 h.  相似文献

A Ni-based composite coating reinforced by in situ synthesized TiB2 and TiC particles was fabricated on Ti6Al4V by laser cladding. An attempt was made to correlate the thermodynamic predictions and experimental observation. The microstructure and the microhardness profile across the coating were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and a hardness tester. It is found that the coating mainly consists of a large number of reinforcements (black blocky TiB2, flower-like or equiaxial TiC, and fine acicular CrB) and the γ matrix. The hardness of TiB2, TiC, and CrB reinforcements is much higher than that of the γ matrix. The dispersive distribution of such high hardness reinforcements causes the increase in hardness of the whole coating. The average value of the hardness is approximately Hv0.2 700 in the coating. The hardness of the coating is obviously higher than that of the substrate due to the dispersion strengthening of reinforcements.  相似文献

采用电弧离子镀技术在O相Ti22Al26Nb合金表面镀覆CrN以及CrN/Cr涂层并研究了其在800和900℃空气中的等温氧化行为,结果显示O相钛合金表面施加单一的CrN涂层后,涂层表面在氧化时形成了保护性的氧化膜Cr2O3层,因此合金受到了良好的高温防护,但是涂层和基体合金之间发生了明显的互扩散;在CrN涂层和钛合金基体之间施加纯Cr扩散障层后形成的CrN/Cr涂层,其表面除了象单一CrN涂层那样氧化后形成了一层连续、致密、结合良好的保护性氧化膜Cr2O3层外,还能有效的抑制涂层与基体合金之间的互扩散,此外扩散障Cr层的存在使得靠近其基体的晶粒也出现了长大现象。  相似文献
