国家的发展需要全民族的共同努力

目前每年有大量的高中生进入大学，进入大学就能得到良好的培养吗？谁都不能保证。目前各类学校正在兴起，他们有合格的师资配备吗？更重要的是他们有培养一个合格人才的精神环境吗？一个人对学业、事业的追求主要取决于他的人生观和价值观。我们现在的学院和大学需要有塑造合格人才人生观、价值观的方案，才能培育出新一代有创新精神，有对事业、对科学执著追求的人才。在大学里我们应该不仅能够学到知识，更重要的是我们也要学到做人的道理。     

价值观的人本求索

从人的角度思考价值现问题，就是我们怎么看、怎么想、怎么做、怎么体验与感受世界以及自己的问题。价值观作为一种意识形态，它需要被个体实践、实证，才能化为人生命的一部分，而且是最重要的一部分。价值观的缺失与缺位，如同一个人丢失了精神与灵魂，不能想见自己的未来，看不到完整的人生图景，亦失去追求美好事物的行为能力与思考能力。     

以科学与人文精神促进高校图书馆事业发展

科学精神和人文精神是高校图书馆事业发展中缺一不可的强大精神动力。文章结合武汉大学图书馆工作的实践，阐述了只有注重两种精神的融合与共建，才能保证高校图书馆事业健康地向前发展。

论《庄子》达“道”者形象塑造的人生审美意蕴

庄子美学的本质是人生美学，是建立在庄子哲学基础“道”之上的一种指向人生对个体生命进行终极关怀的美学。因此，“道”是其人生美学的基础和核心。以“道”的人生审美精神为轴心，研究、剖析了达“道”者形象的美学象喻。这些形象群诠释着庄子对美的认识和追求，蕴涵着庄子丰富而深刻的人生审美感受。特别值得指出的是，庄子将自己对审美境界的体认与追求融入到形象体“道”的心灵状态的描绘中。     

军校学员人生价值观的心理学研究

目的：了解当代军校学员的人生价值观现状。方法：采用调查问卷方法对军队4所院校174名学员进行抽样调查。结果：军校学员将事业成功、有所作为、家庭和睦、婚姻美满、心情舒畅、纯真爱情、拥有财富、获得知己、报效祖国、知识渊博看成是主要人生目标；将健康、人品和事业成功看成是人生最重要的东西；将把握机遇、充满自信、充实自我、拼搏进取、百折不挠、深谋远虑、诚实守信作为实现人生价值的主要手段与途径。结论：军校学员的人生价值观积极向上并呈现多样性，他们在追求事业成就的同时比较重视个人精神生活的质量。应加强对学员心理与道德的教育引导，帮助他们树立正确的人生价值观。     

弘扬大学教师群体中的团队协作精神

大这教师中团队协作精神的弱化，无疑会给大学的发展带来不利影响，因力团队协作精神是大学教师事业人生理性品盾和精神生活的需要，是多学科交流融合以成大事的需要，是避免个人片面性而更好地荻得真理性认识的需要。要强化团队协作精神，我们就应针对目前面临的主要问题，依据不同校情确定对策。     

关于对女大学生就业难问题的思考

解决女大学生就业难的问题，首先应该从根本上改变社会特别是女大学生自己对女性的传统认识。才能使女大学生在自身发展、社会参与和成就追求中与男生享有同等的机会。因此，在高等院校开设女性学系列课程，对于女大学生树立正确的性别意识和观念。引导她们正确地对待人生、事业和家庭，实现自身价值，有十分重要的意义。同时，对于男大学生改变传统的性别意识和观念，消徐社会上的性别歧视和不良倾向，也有十分重要的作用。     

社会主义市场经济与精神文明建设

发展社会主义市场经济和加强精神明建设，是相互依存、不可割裂、辩证统一的。进行社会主义现代化建设，必须坚持“两手抓，两手都要硬”。经济建设是中心，生产力发展不了，物质明搞不上去，中国不能实现现代化；精神明是保障，忽视精神明，甚至以牺牲精神明为代价去换取经济的一时发展，中国也实现不了现代化。只有社会主义市场经济与精神明建设同时并举，才能建设好有中国特色的社会主义事业。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
