待挖掘数据集规模的不断增长,以往的聚类算法由于需要多次扫描原始数据集而不再适用,现阶段,一遍扫描原始数据集即完成聚类的算法成为了首要的研究目标.但是,现有针对大规模数据集的算法容易受到初始化参数以及原始数据集分布的影响,聚类结果质量不高,并且也不稳定.对此,吸收半监督聚类的思想,提出了基于标记集的半监督一遍扫描K均值算法,该算法利用驻留主存的标记集指导聚类过程,使得聚类效率以及聚类结果的质量得到了进一步的提高.在人工生成数据集以及1998KDD数据集上验证了该算法的有效性.  相似文献

针对传统K-means算法的聚类结果依赖初始聚类中心的缺陷,提出了一种基于密度的改进K-means聚类算法,该算法选择位于数据集样本密集区且相距较远的数据对象作为初始聚类中心,实现K-means聚类。针对PAM算法时间复杂度高,且不利于大数据集处理的缺陷,提出了一种基于密度的改进K-medoids聚类算法,在选取初始中心点时根据数据集样本的分布特征选取,使得初始中心点位于不同类簇。UCI机器学习数据库数据集和随机生成的带有噪音点的人工模拟数据集的实验测试证明,基于密度的改进K-means算法和基于密度的改进Kmedoids算法都具有很好的聚类效果,运行时间短,收敛速度快,有抗噪性能。  相似文献

通过将粗糙集和模糊聚类算法相结合, 利用粗糙集中上近似集和下近似集的概念改进模糊聚类算法, 解决了模糊聚类边界不确定的问题, 得到了上近似集和下近似集的聚类结果, 从而实现更好的聚类, 改进算法可以处理边界问题和复杂数据问题. 将改进的粗糙集模糊聚类算法用于研究环糊精聚类, 并将聚类结果与K均值聚类分析算法、 模糊C均值聚类算法相比, 实验结果表明, 改进算法有较好的聚类效果.  相似文献

针对k-prototype算法在处理复杂的数据集时,常出现一些纯度不高的簇,影响了聚类质量的问题,提出一种基于k-prototype的多层次聚类改进算法,利用属性自动选择的方法将一些纯度不高的簇进行再聚类,以提高聚类质量.以UCI标准测试数据集进行实验,实验结果表明,该改进算法能够明显提高混合型数据集的聚类质量,并且在数据约简方面有良好表现.  相似文献

分类和聚类都是常用的数据挖掘方法,分类的优点是准确率较高,但需要带有类别标注的训练集;聚类不需要训练集,但准确率较低。提出一种聚类-分类模式来解决聚类问题,首先通过聚类方法自动形成训练集,然后在训练集的基础上进行分类操作。实验数据表明,提出的聚类-分类模式能够有效提高聚类的准确率。  相似文献

聚类已成为数据挖掘的主要方法之一,能够帮助人们在大量的数据中发现隐藏信息.目前最具典型的密度聚类算法是DBSCAN(density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise),它能够在空间数据库中很好地发现任意形状的簇并有效地处理噪声,但是它的计算复杂度相对较大.因此,采用划分数据集和聚簇合并方法,提出了一种基于密度和网格的高效聚类算法DGCA,并通过人工合成数据集和真实数据集对该聚类算法进行理论验证.实验结果表明该算法在效率性能和质量方面比DBSCAN都得到了提高.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
