The effect of L-threo-3,4-dihydroxyphenylserine (L-threo-DOPS) on dopamine (DA) release and metabolism in the striatum was studied in freely moving rats by intracerebral microdialysis techniques. The DA level as well as the levels of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid and homovanillic acid were significantly decreased 140 min after the administration of L-threo-DOPS (50 mg/kg intraperitoneally). The results suggest that L-threo-DOPS inhibits the release and metabolism of DA in the striatum. 相似文献

Die Hauptmenge des Noradrenalins (0,3µg/g) wird im Tuba uterina gefunden, der vierfache Betrag von Uterusinhalt. Daneben wurde Dopamin in Cervix und Vagina nachgewiesen.

Résumé Après injection i.v. de 5-hydroxatryptamine-C14 et de noradrénaline-H3 à des rats, on a préparé et centrifugé des homogénates de leurs poumons dans un gradient linéaire de sucrose. Après sacrifice immédiat ces deux amines sont retrouvées dans une grande fraction de particules pulmonaires sédimentant dans 1M de sucrose. Après 30 min les poumons des rat offrent un pic additionel de noradrénaline-H3 correspondant à une densité de sucrose de 0.4 à 0.5.

Depletion of noradrenaline in locus coeruleus neurons after reserpinization was prevented by clorgyline, a selective inhibitor of MAO A, but not by deprenyl, a selective inhibitor of MAO B. Only MAO A is therefore responsible for the degradation of homoneuronal noradrenaline in locus coeruleus nerve cells. 相似文献
